I will say the pool was a little loud at night with music and yelling past cutoff time but that is no fault of the host! We really enjoyed our stay and being able to bring our pet was wonderful! It was nice to have the pool directly outside our back patio! We came for a week in mid May and the community was quiet and nights were calm. The only thing that bothered me was they hadnt sent me the door code 10 minutes before allowed check in time so I had to call. Stayed Feb, 2023 Really nice townhouse This property was very nice - it had most things that one needs for a couple of weeks long stay. Its not right on the beach but just a short walk. One thing I would have changed is the flooring upstairs to a tile or laminate rather than carpet. We had a small plumbing issue and the response to take care of it was done quickly!
