Sunrise By The Sea 3215

Sunrise by the Sea is a 2 BD/2 BR condo located at the beautiful Sandpiper Cove Resort on Holiday Isle in Destin and conveniently located within walking distance of the Louisiana Lagniappe. This second-floor corner unit is close to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Destin, yet a private area perfect for families and those seeking quiet getaways. And it includes FREE beach service for two (2 chairs/2 footstools and an umbrella) from 3/1-10/31.

ACCOMMODATIONS
There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 4 plus seating for two at the kitchen bar, which opens up to a spacious living room with comfortable seating with a large 55" Smart TV and sofa bed that will sleep two. The master bedroom has a private bath, a shower/tub combo, and a large vanity with a makeup counter. There is a large king-size bed and 32" TV with plenty of closet space. The guest bedroom has a full and twin bed to comfortably sleep three. There is a 42' TV with closet space. The guest bathroom has a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Enjoy the back deck with comfortable seating.

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Sandpiper Cove is a stress-free resort with 24-hour security and provides other shared common areas where guests and children can fish, picnic, play yard games, or simply relax in the breeze. Two restaurants on the resort include the award-winning fine dining Louisiana Lagniappe and Rick's Crab Trap on the resort’s private beach. And this unit comes with FREE beach service for two (2 chairs, 2 footstools and umbrella).

DINING AND SHOPPING
With lots of shopping nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir, gift, or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village, where you can find some unique stores, or only a few miles away is the Destin Commons, with many nationwide brand names, a movie theater, and dining options. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf.

OTHER AMENITIES and OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course for guests to enjoy for free, 2 restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe; Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels may be required to park off-site. It is the guest’s responsibility to verify resort requirements. Please contact the resort directly.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
Although there is no physical check-in for this property, you will be required to show ID at resort security gate to enter the property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.

Dog friendly - 1 dog up to 25 lbs. There is a non-refundable fee of $150. Dogs are not allowed on any beach.

Wonderful vacation

We spent the week at this beautiful condo for my son's spring break. The location was really convenient, close to the airport and close to shopping, groceries and many many fantastic restaurants. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked to cook meals when we decided to stay in. Tons of amenities within the complex. Enjoyed the new tennis and pickleball courts right outside our door. This place even has it's own golf course for free. The beach is the best part. Absolutely perfect sand beach which included a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella. They even have a snack bar right on the beach for lunch or a quick cocktail. We felt very safe walking around the area at all times. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

I thought the stay was comfortable, this was cozy space. Perfect size for the five of us, two of us being small toddlers. Great decorations and comfortable beds. Would love to stay again.

Clean, inviting, safe and relaxing

I stayed 4 days in this condo and was very happy with our choice! It was clean, inviting and right across the street from the beautiful beach. Amazing restaurants to walk to. Fun getaway with my sisters!

You’ve got to check out this cozy condo right near the beach! We had a terrific experience from beginning to end! From the warm and friendly booking and timely information through calls, emails and texts to the cozy quarters, comfy beds and beautiful surroundings, we had a great sunny getaway. It was affordable and easy to book. The condo community is gated, safe and well maintained. The beach is so close with a fabulous snack bar and the most gorgeous views of the water. We walked to coffee and breakfast each morning, checked out the restaurants and loved the nightlife available. It was a short and affordable Uber to everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a fun getaway with family or friends!

Review

This was a pretty good stay overall. Pros: Location is close to all things Destin. Unit is as described and the condo property has all the amenities included with plenty to do for everyone.Cons: Pet hair on floor in rooms when we checked in, but we found a vaccuum in a closet and cleaned the unit. The master shower had a clogged drain with ankle deep standing water. We used the spare bath shower. Host directed me to Liquid Plumber under the kitchen sink and it helped some but ended up making a night run to local store to buy another bottle out of my own pocket and handled it. The tennis/pickleball courts were taken down and under renovation. Restaurant traffic is a pain to navigate towards the back of the property.

Great place to stay in Destin

First time in Destin and Sand Piper Cove and this condo unit were great. The unit is located in a great spot, close to restaurants and groceries. The condo is a great size and has all the things you need for the week. Kitchen is well supplied (I would love to see them add a blender). They also had lot of extras like boogie board, extra beach chairs, golf clubs, and beach toys. The beds were all comfortable.
I recommend booking through Destin SkyRun. Saved lots of money vs VRBO. They also provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella everyday. Will be coming back to SPC!

Family Vacay

A very quiet happy place!

Beautiful place

Look no further!, thats what my husband said to me when I asked him if he wants to come back here next year. Place is clean, close to the beach 7-10 minutes walking from door to the private beach depending how fast you are walking. Beach has the best sand we ever seen, we had free sun chairs and umbrellas as part of the rental- it was very nice feature especially when we didnt want to leave the beach at noon it was too nice! Close to groceries and many nice restaurants. Our 5 year old was so happy so many things to do around! There is a bar with great lunch right at the beach entrance - it was so convenient! Place is safe with 24/7 staff at the gate.Condo itself had everything we needed and is in quiet spot overlooking tennis court.Thank you for hosting us! We are looking forward coming back next year.

Nice, spacious condo by the Gulf

The condo itself was very spacious and very clean. The proximity to the private entrance to the Gulf was a 3-4 minute walk. The tennis courts and pool were nicely maintained. 2 minor issues were not have directions from the entrance of Sandpiper Cove to the condo itself. We drove in during a thick fog at night and the security guard gave provided vague directions. None were giving from management property prior. Also the front door is directly next to another condos balcony and as we were checking in there was an almost naked man smoking a cigarette right next to us which was uncomfortable.

Nice. Would stay here again.

Nice 2nd story condo in a family-friendly, dog-friendly community. Place is clean and smelled fresh. Lovely balcony overlooking the tennis & pickle ball courts where you can watch a good portion of the setting sun. It is an end unit with windows and 2 large sliding doors to the balcony, making the living room area sunny and inviting. Beachy decor and lots of beach supplies. Kitchen is small but has most everything you'd need. We arrived in the late evening and checked in at the guard shack. Easy.

Relaxing Getaway

Condo is great! Well maintained, clean, comfortable beds, everything you need for cooking and beach time! Convenient location, white sand beach and tiki bar right across the street, and plenty of shopping as well as tasty restaurants close to the condo. Enjoyed having multiple pools on property for those quick trips for sun and water. Definitely will be back. Thank you to the hosts for providing a nice getaway location.

Great place to stay!

Great space! Close to shopping and tons of great restaurants. Short walk to the beach where there is chair and umbrella service. Full kitchen was a great perk. Comfortable living space and fantastic balcony with great sunset views. Can’t wait for our next trip!
