Elk Haven is a lovely two level, 3 bedroom condo, walking distance to downtown Estes Park, near The Stanley Hotel, nestled in the trees in a quiet neighborhood. You will love the comfortable living space with great mountain views.
The main floor open living space includes a living area with plenty of comfortable seating to settle in near the fireplace, and enjoy a movie, or enjoy the view out of the back windows. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has everything you need to create great shared meals while chatting with friends and family at the counter top bar, with seating for four. You can enjoy meals at the kitchen bar, or at the cozy table perfect also for playing games together. There is also a powder room off of the open living area. Access to the two car garage is off of the living areas.
The upper floor features three bedrooms, two full baths. The first upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full/double bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with bath tub shower combo located in the upstairs hallway. The third bedroom is a master bedroom with a brand new king bed with adjustable position mattress with remote, and an attached private bathroom with a jetted shower tub combo. Enjoy access to the private deck and mountain views from the master bedroom. The master bathroom also has a full size washer and dryer to make doing laundry more convenient. One of the guest bedrooms, and the master bedroom, each have a flat screen TV.
This home is a short walk to downtown activities and the local grocery store. Located just minutes away by drive from Rocky Mountain National Park, Elk Haven offers the best of both worlds.
Enjoy your mountain vacation and create great memories at Elk Haven!

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Beautiful house, had everything our family of 6 needed for our 4 day stay. We did not need to purchase any extra cleaning supplies and everything was in great condition. There were clear instructions on check out. Wide variety of pots and pans for cooking. Beautiful view from deck and back windows. Would definitely stay again!

The house is far from the cities that were on my itinerary to visit, such as Breckenridge, Vail, Copper Mountain, Winter Park, but this didn't stop me from visiting any place. My family and I drove for around hours and we went to visit these cities. In the city of Estes I was a little frustrated because I couldn't explore Rock Mountain as I would liked. Part of the road to go up to the mountain was closed, and I didn't go back another day to check if it was open. A really cool place in Estes, especially for people who travel with children, is riding the roller coaster, located at Mustang Mountain Coaster. It was so funny! About the house itself, it accommodated us very well, very well equipped with pans, all kitchen utensils, barbecue, for us Brazilians who like to cook it was perfect, including it allowed us to prepare our Christmas dinner. I spent wonderful and memorable days with my family. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic Location!

The location can't be beat! We were so happy to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, but still return home to a beautiful and peaceful townhome. True to its name, we saw lots of elk. The home is very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the dining table has a pretty meadow view. There are games in the closet by the dining table for family fun. Lovely balcony with a mountain view off the primary bedroom and lots of space for everyone. The attached garage made loading and unloading the car a breeze. The driveway is a bit tricky to navigate so be sure and check your surroundings before backing out. We would love to return for another stay!!

Lovely

Very nice condo located in a small enclave of like condos above Estes Park Colorado. Near shopping, but felt like you were "in the woods". Was just the right size for our group of 7. Check-in and out were simple and we had no issues at all with the lodging.

Cozy Winter Cabin

This is a spacious condo. The upstairs bedrooms have room for all of the people! We loved the view out the bathroom window in the main suite. We also loved the fireplace as we were staying there in January. We would have loved to have a vacuum or a broom to clean up after ourselves as we were there with two kiddos and definitely had some spills that we had to clean up by hand.

It was in a beautiful location and the unit itself was spacious and comfortable. It was difficult to park our large truck in the designated spot. And there weren't a lot of amenities for the amount we paid. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This spacious condo is perched on a hill above the Stanley Hotel. It has excellent access to all roads and downtown. View from master bedroom of NP peaks is inspirational. Garage was great when snow was flying. Saw wild turkey and deer out the diningroom window daily.

Peaceful neighborhood with stunning views

The check in was pretty turnkeywe just tried the front door first and then found that the code worked on the back door. The tub in the spare bathroom drained very slowly. We were not sure which remote to use on the television!

Great location

Our family of 4 adults and 4 teens stayed here for one week. Great location with beautiful mountain view. It's in a condo complex. Close to grocery store, Rocky mtn np, downtown, lake estes. Beds were comfortable. No AC or it wasn't working (?) but kept windows open at nite and it cooled down. Owner has a fan in master bedroom and queen bedroom that we used and was appreciated. We brought one other from home; middle bedroom ( full size bed)can get warm ( in july). Ceiling fans are present. Kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of space and sitting room for all of us. Gas grill in garage. Nice having a garage to park and store coolers etc.. no outdoor patio or seating area but has a balcony off master bedroom with 2 chairs. Has washer/dryer( not coin operated as listed. Free to use). Only negative was floors were dirty( I scrubbed kitchen floor when we got there ) and carpets are in need of a good steam cleaning, but livable. All linens and towels provided. Would stay here again.

Great location. Close proximity to Town, the Park, The Stanley, Retaurants etc. Pretty setting. Quiet neighborhood. The home has everything you need if you plan on hanging out, eating in and has games etc. Carpets a little tired but not bad. Otherwise the check in and stay was very nice.

we had a wonderful experience. The condo was perfect for the six of us. It's close to the park entrance. We walked to the grocery store down the street, and visited the Stanley Hotel, a few minutes walk as well. We didn't cook much but the kitchen has everything! We asked about the trash pickup schedule, and received a response within minutes. All the beds are very comfortable. We didn't use the pullout sofa bed in the living room so can't comment on that. A great place and the perfect location for visiting RMNP.

This location is very clean, comfortable and convenient. It has a mountain feel but close enough to the lake and town that it made it easy to go back for meals. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishes that made it easy to cook & prepare meals. The driveway can be a tad tricky especially if you have a larger vehicle or truck. There were plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels as well. Overall a well maintained, quaint location.

Spacious and Comfortable

This is a great little rental. We had a pretty large group stay here and it was surprisingly spacious with a functional layout. It was perfectly located close to the Stanley, Downtown and easy to get to the wedding venue Della Terra. Most of the beds were comfortable, however, the couple that stayed on the pull-out couch said it was pretty uncomfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms for a group our size, the kitchen was very functional and the two-car garage was great. The Sky Run customer service was also friendly, accomodating, and easy to get a hold of. Thanks for having us!

The home was great and we got to seen mule deer and Elk. Never heard any sounds from the neighbors that share a wall with the unit. The other neighbors were very friendly and had beautiful wind chimes that could be heard only when the wind picked up.

Great Estes vacation

We had a great time!

We loved our time is Estes Park. Condo is close to town, but not walking distance. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a very cute condo. Only downside is lack of Ac, which is pretty common for Estes park. There are two window unit in the closet, but the 3rd one was without. We had to sleep with the windows open and were fine. With that being said we would stay here again!

Lovely and quiet, close to downtown

Don’t put 10 people in here! I would cap for 4-6 mostly because the living room is small. We loved being close to downtown, we even walked to safeway one night. Enjoyed the Stanley and just hanging out by the fire place. Very nice.

Sweet family getaway

We stayed for a long weekend in October. The location near the Stanley Hotel was perfect! Walked the beautiful neighborhood nearby, rode bikes near the condo and climbed the boulders in the yard. Also, one of the easiest and quickest treks to town. The space was ample for a family of 4bedrooms well-appointed and comfortable. Definitely enjoyed our time here.

Elk Haven is a fantastic rental in a great location!

We recently stayed at Elk Haven with 2 families of 5. The space was great and the location was even better. You are close to the Estes Park shopping and the park. We used every bed available and wish that there was another hangout space for while our kids were still sleeping in the living room. This was a very minor thing that wouldn't keep us from staying there again. The communication from Sky Run was amazing! They were quick to answer questions and gave detailed instructions for the check-in well in advance. Thank you so much for a fantastic time in Elk Haven!

Great condo for a girl's scrapbooking week/weekend

Three of us used the condo for a scrapbooking getaway. We brought our own tables and loved that we could enter the unit through the garage to unload all of our supplies ( after we got in the first time through the door). Very comfortable and close to shopping if you need it!

Our stay was very enjoyable. It is very convenient to downtown Estes Park and to the getting in and out of the park. The home/condo we stayed it was very nice, clean and had everything that we needed for the kitchen, bath, laundry and more. All appliances, TV's, etc were up to date and in excellent working order. There were five of us so we had lots of room. It would comfortably hold at least eight and there was another fold out couch downstairs for 2 more. We received an email from SkyRun several days in advance that had all of our codes for the door, internet and their phone number for questions. We called them on Sunday when we arrived and they picked up immediately and answered all of our questions. Overall, everything and everyone was very professional and easy to work with.

The space provided us with a cozy and enjoyable place to come back to after the days Adventures. It was clean and provided us with everything we needed. The view was also beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!

The place to stay in Estes Park!

This was our second visit to Estes Park. There were eight of us, one being our one year-old granddaughter. This place was perfect for us! Plenty of room for socializing between hikes. The full kitchen and gas grill were perfect for meals. Quiet area for our granddaughter (and grandpa) to nap. Wildlife literally right out our back window. The location was excellent...a ten-minute walk to downtown Estes Park. Ten minute drive to RMNP. The only issue we had was that we couldn't get the coffee maker to work. A new one was delivered to us in a matter of an hour or two. We would most definitely stay here again if we ever brought our family back to Estes Park!

Great, clean, condo, lots of space, and with a view!

At first we were kind of skeptical for the listing of the property based on the price we were paying for it, but that quickly dissipated once we arrived. Great place, clean, kitchen had everything we needed. View, both out the back to the wooded area, and also out the upper front balcony that you could see the mountains, very beautiful. It was definitely close enough to everything (right up the street from Safeway, you could walk to downtown Estes if you wanted), but secluded enough that you did not hear all of the traffic and hustle and bustle of the town. You could tell the place had some remodeling done. Washer and dryer was a big plus as well. Also to point out that all of the bedrooms are upstairs (the couch on the main floor is a pullout), so if stairs are an issue, that might be a concern for you.Things which were cons for us were - not a ton of space in the living room/dining room area, did not have a tv in the 3rd bedroom, lack of dresser space in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.Overall, we would probably stay there again, if the price is right, on our next trip to Estes Park.

Beautifully situated at the foot of the mountains with a dinning area which looks out to where you will find elk grazing in the morning hours. Spacious and accommodating for a larger family. The kitchen, with the breakfast bar seating, brought the family closer together. Wonderful home to stay while we prepared for our daughter's lakeside wedding.

Great spot in Estes Park

The location is perfect for our needs as we had events to attend at the Stanley Hotel. The condo in general worked great for our group.

The house is clean, well stocked w/bedding and the kitchen has all the essentials.

The view into the backyard is awesome. Mule deer grazing and jumping the fences. The house was clean and well stocked with bedding and kitchen essentials. The master bedroom was big, the living room cozy and the dining room a little small. 5 adults and 3 kids - everyone enjoyed our stay!! GmB

We enjoyed the stay the pictures always make the rooms look bigger and while true we had plenty of room. The kitchen was FULLY equipped to completely prepare a Christmas dinner. It was a great way to enjoy our holiday.

Great place!!

We had a great time in Estes Park and loved watching the wild life out the window!! We saw Elk, deer, rabbits and coyotes without leaving the house!
