SUBMIT David Stayed Sep, 2024 Review Visited Estes Park for 3 nights for a wedding and loved the location of this Airbnb because of its walking distance to the venue, close driving proximity to town, and easy access to RMNP. Would stay again! Host's response: Glad you enjoyed your stay in this beautiful home. SkyRun Rocky Mountain would love to host your next trip to Estes Park. TX Fam 5 Stayed Jul, 2024 Great stay in a great location This property has many, many pluses, including proximity to the US 36 Upper Beaver Meadows park entrance, easy in/out to downtown, as well, and walkable distance to Coffee on the Rocks, Burgers and Gyros, the BBQ restaurant, Kissing Moose food truck (great food), Country Market and the liquor store, and the donut/burger places in the gas station, among others. It's great to be able to walk out for coffee or dinner. You also can get food delivery here, which is not necessarily the case with all vacation rentals in Estes. This condo also is spacious and roomy, with plenty of comfortable beds and three bathrooms (2 full, one quarter). The A/C works extremely well if needed during the occasional 80+ days in Estes. The electronics and kitchen are up to date and offer anything you'd need for eating, drinking, and evening entertainment after a day in the park. SkyRun made the check-in and check-out process super easy, there is ample parking in the garage plus in the driveway just outside the garage, and the place was very well cleaned and maintained, something we always especially notice. We've rented through them many times before, and they are always extremely responsive, thoughtful, and professional. Check-out procedures are less of a lift than in many vacation rentals, and the checkout time is pretty standard for rentals in Estes. Ease of entry, stay, and departure in a comfortable, perfectly situated place in one of the most beautiful places in the country. Host's response: Thank you for your review! A walk along the river for a cup of coffee at Coffee on the Rocks is a great way to start the morning! We would love to host you again! Andrew Stayed Jun, 2024 Review We booked very last minute as our rental needs changed and they were super accommodating and fast to respond. The place was super clean, spacious and well laid out for us and our 2 children. Would stay again and recommend. Host's response: Thank you for your review. We are glad this home was what your family needed. SkyRun Rocky Mountain would love to host your next trip to Estes Park. Ser Ripu Stayed Jun, 2024 Review Our family of 4 adults and a toddler stayed here in June 2024. The floor layout was perfect for a family like ours with a kid. The kitchen amenities were super helpful. The coffee shop and restaurants nearby was great. We had to stretch our budget to spend over 500/night (incl fees and taxes), but turned out to be a good decision. Host's response: We are glad this was the perfect place for your family and your toddler. SkyRun Rocky Mountain would love to host your next trip to Estes Park. Fran Stayed May, 2024 Review The only problem we encounter while staying at Wildside was the HVAC internal unit was extremely loud throughout the entire use. Temperature was manually lowered to sleep cooler at night but thermostat still stayed at 70 degrees upstairs while lower lever was very cold. Also could use a few Tupperware containers for food storage. Other than those two things the townhouse was fantastic as well as our stay there!!! Host's response: We would have loved to have heard from you during your stay so we could have solved the issue at the time. We will mention containers for left overs to the owners. Thank you Joel Stayed Oct, 2023 Review Super nice place! Easily walkable distance to downtown. House was clean and everything needed to make it a homey as possible! Stayed Sep, 2022 Great condo in Estes Park, close to RMNP We were very happy with our stay here. The location was incredibly convenient to the park entrance and many area restaurants. Parking was great with the access to the garage. It was just my wife and I but the condo would work great for large groups due to multiple bedrooms/baths and lots of open kitchen/living spaces. We would happily book this place again on our next trip to EP/RMNP. The process with Skyrun was very simple start to finish. Host's response: Thank you for such a glowing review. SkyRun Estes Park loves to hear how we played a small part in your Estes Park Adventure. Please choose SkyRun Estes Park for you next vacation. Rebecca H. Stayed Sep, 2022 Absolutely perfect! We could not have been more pleased with this property and will absolutely try to stay here every time we visit Estes Park. It was impeccably clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc., the location was PERFECT (just outside of downtown and just outside the RMNP entrance), and the home and decor were perfectly cozy. We had the best time on our trip due in large part to these incredibly comfortable accommodations. Would recommend this property to everyone! It was clean and so comfortable! Host's response: We are happy to hear you were comfortable in this home. SkyRun Estes Park would love to host you again. Wendi Stayed Sep, 2022 Gateway to the Wildside (Estes Park) Absolutely lovely condo! Perfect set up with master bedroom on main floor and two (large) bedrooms, large bath and bonus room downstairs. My daughter and I took the downstairs and my friend took the master. The condo is very conveniently located to downtown in one direction and the National Park in the other. It is decorated very nicely and equipped with everything you could need. SkyRun is very efficient and responsive to any issue that one may have. My only recommendation is to have SkyRun leave the porch light on if you are arriving after dark. It is a very wooded area and impossible to see the keypad without a porch light. I would strongly recommend this condo and the SkyRun property management company. Host's response: SkyRun Estes Park appreciates your feedback and we will look into the porch light idea. We are so happy you enjoyed the proximity to activitie in Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. We hope to host you again soon. Diann M. Stayed Sep, 2022 We really enjoyed this very roomy, tastefully decorated property. A very nice property we saw deer every morning. The view would be enhanced if the windows were cleaned inside and out. The big negative was the traffic noise from HWY 34. Host's response: Thank you for your review. We are in the middle of our annual professional window clean. I am sorry we had not gotten to this property prior to your stay. We hope you will stay with SkyRun Estes Park again. Aruti M. Stayed Aug, 2022 Amazing property Beautiful property. Cant beat the location, its close to Rocky Mountain and downtown Estes park. House was well stocked up with all the essentials! Host's response: SkyRun Estes Park appreciates your wonderful feedback. Everything is close to the town and Rocky Mountain National Park. Please let us host you again soon. David c. Stayed Aug, 2022 Great time in Estes We enjoyed staying at the Wildside very much! Accommodations were everything as advertised Beautiful home and area Only criticism we have is that the driveway does not handle a full sized pickup very well. Tight parking space. Would stay again when in Estes Park. Family time fun Property was as advertised. It suited our family size and interests. We would definitely consider staying there again. Host's response: We are happy to hear this property suited your family size and interests. SkyRun Estes Park would love to host you again. Sara Stayed Aug, 2022 Review Very nice house. We really enjoyed our stay! Host's response: Thank you for your review. We would love to host you again. Devin Stayed Aug, 2022 Review Our family loved our stay at Wildside! We had plenty of room to spread out but mostly enjoyed gathering in the main living room or around the table. One of our main complaints about rental properties is that the kitchen is not stocked with necessary utensils and cookware. That was not the case at Wildside! The kitchen had everything we needed and morewe didnt eat our once while we were there because we enjoyed cooking so much. The best thing was that it felt like a home. Usually properties are very depersonalized, but this one seemed like a family had made many great memories there. We certainly did! Host's response: We are glad you loved your stay at Gateway to the Wildside. The owners are very family oriented and will be happy to hear you felt at home and had everything you needed to enjoy a great family vacation. We would love to host you again. Harry & Twila B. Stayed May, 2022 Beautiful property very nicely furnished, comfortable property. There is some road noise but not too bad. Lovely trail by the river in walking distance, great location. Property management was a bit rude when we accidently parked in a fire lane. Also, the place could use some extra blankets in the bedrooms. Host's response: We are glad you were comfortable at this property. I apologize if our staff sounded a bit rude when you parked in the fire lane. We will forward, to the owner, your feedback about extra blankets. Thank you for staying with SkyRun Estes Park. Bret Stayed Mar, 2022 Review This place is a gem! Plenty of room to move around, but cozy enough when you want to get together. Location is great; close to "downtown" for shopping, but you feel like you're in the woods when staying in the condo. All the amenities are there if you want to stay in. I would definitely stay here again. Host's response: We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and had plenty of room for your family. SkyRun Estes Park would love to host you again. Robyn H. Stayed Feb, 2022 Quilting Get Away This was a great condo. This was a great place to stay! Clean, beautiful, quiet and accommodating location. It was the perfect size for a group of 8 of us. I recommend it! Yaquta Stayed Aug, 2021 Review Loved the house. Very clean, good view & beautiful decor. I will surely stay at skyrun properties. The staff was very good with communication. The property is close to the Estes downtown and approx 25mins to the bear lake corridor at RMNP Host's response: We're happy to hear you had a wonderful stay and fully enjoyed the property! Thank you for choosing a SkyRun vacation home. We hope you can stay with us again! Tom F. Stayed Aug, 2021 Gateway to the Wildside house in Estes Park This is a great house in a perfect location. It is well equipped and super comfortable. The TV is great! A garage protected our rental car during a short hail storm! There IS noise from the main road behind the house, but the house itself is so good that the noise didn't matter much. We wished for air conditioning for about two hours during a few of the days we were there. We would definitely stay in this house again!! Host's response: Thank you for the great feedback, Tom! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and the amenities at Gateway. We hope to host you again soon! Merlene B. Stayed Aug, 2021 Great Stay Our family of 6 was very comfortable in the house! Very convenient to all activities! Host's response: Happy to hear that the six of you were so comfortable in this beautiful property. Sounds like you were able to enjoy all the Estes Park has to offer. Chip B. Stayed Aug, 2021 Comfortable surroundings My wife and our two grown kids sent a few days in Estes Park and RMNP. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. There is no air conditioning in the condo and you are asked to keep windows closed at night and anytime you are not in the condo so as not to attract bears (a good recommendation!), however, that made for some less comfortable sleeping conditions. Apart from that and the proximity to Highway 36, this condo is perfect and still earns 5 stars! Host's response: Thanks for the feedback, Chip! We're glad you enjoyed your stay with SkyRun! Saniya S. Stayed Jul, 2021 Excellent 3 bed home in a very good neighborhood! Finding the house on google maps was a bit time consuming because it only brings us to the vicinity. Every thing about this cosy home was brilliant!!!I have 2 suggestions- lighting could have been brighter. Bedsheets should be of a better quality. These were 100% non breathable microfiber. There are some great quality cotton blends that are available. Other than that, the stay was absolutely wonderful! The home came complete with all utensils and cutlery!! Host's response: Thank you for your great feedback! We're very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We hope to see you again soon! Kris F. Stayed Jun, 2021 Our stay at Gateway to the Wild side at Estes Park Beautiful property, very clean, comfortable. Great location. Host's response: We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us, Kris! Sri Stayed Jun, 2021 Great property Great property - very close to the national park. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and really enjoyed our stay here. Ken R. Stayed Jun, 2021 Great vacation! Very easy and will consider renting it again. Host's response: We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our Skyrun managed property. R&R Loved our stay. The condo was beautiful and had eveey you could possibly want. Absoutely beautiful...would highly recommend staying here. Rhonda C. Stayed Feb, 2021 Winter Fun with our nieces We had a great time in Estes Park! We brought our teenage nieces to just have fun and play in the snow and we were not disappointed. The condo was a great space where we could all come together in the common area, yet the girls could go downstairs and have their own space. We enjoyed sledding in Hidden Valley at RMNP and tubing in Fraser. The drive over to Winter Park and Fraser was stunning! We enjoyed the quaint downtown Estes Park area and visited most of the shops and several of the restaurants. We had a great lunch at "You Need Pie" and a wonderful dinner on Valentine's night at "Wayfarer". We enjoyed just being in nature and enjoying God's masterpiece! We are already planning our next trip for either Fall or Spring!!! Host's response: Thank you, Rhonda! I'm so glad that you enjoyed your time in Estes and hope to host you again soon! Angelica N. Stayed Feb, 2021 Awesome! We loved everything about this home! Jessica Stayed Dec, 2020 Review Awesome place to stay. I would recommend it to my family members. I will definitely come back soon. Maria P. Stayed Dec, 2020 The Perfect Get-Away! We wanted to get away for Thanksgiving and visit my brother who lives in Colorado. We wanted a place that made us feel like we were on vacation and in the mountains. This rental did not disappoint! The decor, the fully stocked kitchen (to make a full Thanksgiving meal), the open space and all of the personal touches were on point! Robin H. Stayed Oct, 2020 Lovely condo near RMNP Gateway to the Wildside is a well-appointed condo in an area very convenient to downtown Estes Park and RMNP with an added bonus of walking distance to the "must visit" Coffee on the Rocks. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped which many times, is not the case. While other reviewers have complained of road noise, we didn't open the windows so it was not a problem for us. Wildlife abounds right outside the dining area window. Lots of rabbits and birds as well as VERY large bull elk hanging out in the afternoon. We'd definitely stay here again! Cheryl Stayed Oct, 2020 Review This Airbnb was beautiful and cozy. The decor and view were outstanding. The location perfect for hiking at Rocky Mountain National park! We saw lots of deer and elk close by! It was by far One of the nicest Airbnb I have stayed at. Hope to return one day! Sue M. Stayed Oct, 2020 Enjoyed the mountains in this lovely condo This was a nicely decorated and very clean place. We were vacationing with another couple. We appreciated the 2 floors, so the other couple could have their own space with bedrooms and bathroom to themselves. One of the goals of our trip was to hear and see the elk during their rut season, and we were not disappointed. We also had a mule deer walk by the condo one morning and we got great pictures :). Mercedes Stayed Sep, 2020 Review You can expect a fun experience. If your staying indoors or visiting the town youll enjoy your time doing either one. The treasure chest down stairs is full of games to play and the view from the top floor windows are a view to see from. Faisal Stayed Sep, 2020 Review Great Place, Great Location, Great Hosts ! Danielle Stayed Aug, 2020 Review Warm, welcoming, great location! My husband and I stayed with our 3 & 2 year old and the space was perfect. We plan to book again for our next stay and hope the house is available again! esther r. Stayed Aug, 2020 Mini family retreat Our family enjoyed the beautiful views and the closes Great House! We had a great time seeing elk everywhere. The scenery while horseback riding was wonderful. The house was great - great location! Everything we needed!! Coffee on the Deck is a Must!! We hiked and drove Trail Ridge Road. Did lots of shopping downtown Estes. Food everywhere we went was great! We saw a moose, elk and even a big horn sheep. We enjoyed lots of family time. This is the perfect condo - we love it! The last time we stayed here was 3 years ago, and we can't wait to come back again!! Family Time! We enjoyed family time - and the river sounds were the best!! Your condo is really great! We rent often and I comment often - and this was everything you advertised. Comfy, clean, close to everything. Enough space to spread out and separate from teenagers. Thanks until next time! Gorgeous Place! This place is gorgeous. The view from the the living room is a dream. The weather was perfect to keep the windows open. The house and pillows were so comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. The decorations in every room make the place feel like home. Sandy Stayed Jul, 2020 Review We loved our stay. We could walk along the river on the backside of the property. There was no air-conditioning, so we thought the thermostat was broken, with the windows open, it was cool enough for us. This was in the description but i forgot when i saw the thermostat. Tina from the office was quick to address any concerns we had. We would return here. Shannon M. Stayed Jul, 2020 Long weekend getaway My family and I very much enjoyed this property. It was a clean, beautifully decorated condo with a wonderfully stocked kitchen that met our needs perfectly. The showers were excellent after a long day of hiking. It was unusually warm in Estes this week which made the condo a little hot during the day. Fortunately, most of our days were spent outdoors anyway. The provided fans were much appreciated during the evening hours. The only other slight drawback was the position of the condo so close to the road which caused a lot of traffic noise. It certainly didnt prevent me from sleeping! Hopeful to return soon for another visit, thank you for sharing your home with us. Host's response: Sounds like you had a wonderful time hiking and exploring the area. It was a pleasure to host you while you were in Estes Park. Please come back again. Laura S. Stayed Jul, 2020 Family getaway Easy to rent, would have liked an earlier check in. The property was immaculate. Definitely would rent again. Host's response: Thank you, Laura! We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay and found its cleanliness so impressive. We take extensive measures in the cleaning and inspection of each home prior to guest arrivals and that is the reason for our 4PM check-in time. We hope to host you again soon! Home away from home Was the perfect getaway from this pandemic. The person that owns this place clearly loves to cook. It has all the utensils you need to make a gourmet meal, nice bbq on the balcony, great kitchen. Was perfect for our little family! Wish we could stay there every year. Great location since we are avid national park visitors; minutes from the park. Also minutes from downtown Estes and on the side of town to avoid the traffic into downtown Estes. A short walk riverside to a cute coffee place. Everything super clean and updated. Plenty of living space for larger groups. Yvette V. Stayed Jun, 2020 Loved it! Perfect location. Could walk to river and to adorable Coffee on the Rocks. Great layout and set up for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Everything is updated and very nice! Highly recommend! Host's response: So glad you enjoyed your stay in our SkyRun property. Please come back and see us again soon. Brian H. Stayed Jun, 2020 Great place to stay We had a great time in one of our favorite towns. Sky Run Wildside is a great place to stay, beautiful neighborhood close to everything. Only negative was AC didnt cool the greatest when temps got in the mid 80s, house stayed around 75-76. Host's response: Thank you, Brian! We're so glad that you enjoyed staying at Gateway to the Wildside! Most homes in Estes Park don't have central air given our mild year-round climate and the cooler temperatures overnight (windows can be opened and there are fans and window units) I'm sorry that you felt too warm during your stay, perhaps you would find a spring or fall visit more comfortable! We would love to host you again! Wesley B. Stayed Dec, 2019 Great home away from home This house was beautiful and centrally located to downtown. Way closer than I originally expected. The house was nicely decorated. Our only complaints about this house were you had to play with the fireplace for it switch on, we had maintenance come out but we had it turned it on so he couldnt really find an issue, and the beds might need to be updated. The couches slept great though! Wildlife is right outside your front door literally! We had a bull elk hang out all day one day and we saw multiple deer grazing during our stay. It was amazing! This was a great place especially if youre looking for a small town quiet Christmas. Host's response: Thank you for your comments and thoughts. And you had visitors - Wonderful!! We're pleased you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your return. Jeff I. Stayed Oct, 2019 Gateway to the wild side We had an excellent time Cabin worked perfectly thank you so much Nancy E. Stayed Sep, 2019 Great stay!!! We loved being so close to the entrance of RMNP. Home was beautiful and well stocked. Had a super time Host's response: We're so pleased you enjoyed the location of your vacation home. We look forward to your return, Nancy! Marilyn M. Stayed Sep, 2019 Property was beautiful and worked out very well for a family get together. Overall very nice. Only 2 issues. Did not receive email for entry. Had to call and have it sent to a new email. The shade in the master bedroom was broken. It couldnt be opened to open the window. It allowed light in the room when down and in the day when you wanted more light I was unable to open it. I called maintenance and a light bulb was replaced but the shade was most likely not repairable and needs to be replaced. Host's response: We're happy to hear the place worked out well for your family get together! If there's ever an issue with an email not coming through, we're happy to resend instructions or send to an additional email, so thanks for letting us know you didn't receive the initial one. Maintenance is always happy to fix what they can immediately, and we appreciate you bringing the shade to our attention so that it can be addressed for future guests. We hope to have you guys back again in the future for another visit! JUDY T. Stayed Sep, 2019 Loved the place! We loved our stay and it was easy access to the Park! The size of the condo was perfect and the sitting area upstairs was comfortable for all four of us! The short walk to the river was delightful! Host's response: Thank you, Judy! We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay at the condo and hope that you'll be back again soon! Kirsten P. Stayed Sep, 2019 Labor Day Getaway Our family had a wonderful time in Estes. The home was beautiful and clean. Our family enjoyed riding bikes in the neighborhood and relaxing in the great room. Host's response: We're so pleased you enjoyed your vacation home and family activities in Estes Park. We hope this means you're planning a return visit! Michelle P. Stayed Aug, 2019 Great vacation Beautiful, clean condo in a great location with easy access to RMNP. Dawn F. Stayed Aug, 2019 Best Vacation Ever Loved loved loved it!!! Host's response: Thank you, Dawn! We are thrilled to hear that you loved staying at our Gateway to the Wildside condo and hope that you'll be back for a return trip soon! Fun Vaca Such a fun vacation! We drove (because Granny is afraid to fly). We had all 4 seasons in the week that we were here and LOVED IT! We got to visit RMNP, Lazy "B" Chuck Wagon show, the Dunraven, went shopping, and went to the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. We are very thankful and blessed to be able to stay here and spend time with the family making memories. Thank you and God bless you. Cynthia Stayed Aug, 2019 Review Beautiful condo. Very clean and well stocked. Company is pleasant to work with. Lovely neighborhood. Just be aware that its located close enough to highway 36 to hear the traffic. Host's response: Thank you, Cynthia! We are so glad to hear that you were happy with the condo and hope that you'll be back again! Clean and convenient Great house, close to everything you need! Quite hot without AC in August, but other than that it was perfect! Host's response: Thank you! We're so glad that you enjoyed staying at Gateway to the Wildside and hope that you'll be back for a return trip - perhaps during our cooler fall and winter months! Laurie C. Stayed Aug, 2019 Beautiful and convenient! We loved our stay! The staff was very helpful and the property was very comfortable! Host's response: Thank you for being our guest in Estes Park. We're pleased you enjoyed your accommodations. We hope this means you're already looking at your calendars and planning your return visit! Ittie Stayed Jul, 2019 Review Great space for larger groups and only a short drive from downtown Host's response: We're pleased you found the home to meet your needs. We look forward to your return! Annette T. Stayed Jul, 2019 Wonderful experience! This was a wonderful experience for my family! It was so big that we were able to each have our own room. If you are like me, my number one concern is cleanliness! And this place was super clean. It was meticulous. I only had two concerns... 1. There’s no air conditioner so it got super hot during the day and sometimes would not cool off at all even with the windows open. 2. There’s no king-size bed which made it less comfy for sleeping. The queen bed combined with the heat made an uncomfortable sleeping condition. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful area. Best location possible for Rocky Mountain National Park! There was a line just to get into the town to the other hotels but because we were between the park and the town, we had no issues. So much fun! Harriet Stayed Jul, 2019 Review The house was immaculate. Wonderful set-up with open kitchen, dining room and living room space. Nice to have the extra sitting room space downstairs. The house perfectly accommodated our extended family of 6. Very easy access to the national park. The only downside is the proximity of the bedrooms to the busy highway. Closing the windows at night was a big help. Host's response: Thank you, Harriet! We are so glad to hear that you were happy with the home and that it perfectly fit your family's vacation needs. We hope to host you again soon! Kathy K. Stayed Jun, 2019 Comfortable family home Very nice condo, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our whole family Host's response: We're pleased you enjoyed this comfortable home for your Rocky Mountain family vacation. I'll be sure to let housekeeping know you noticed their attention to detail when they clean. Come to Estes Park in the fall and listen to the bugling elk! Brad E. Stayed Jun, 2019 Nice clean place. Beautiful place close to Rocky Mountain national park. Host's response: We're pleased you enjoyed your accommodations and location. Perhaps you'll want to return and stay again - Fall is a beautiful time to be in Estes Park! Heather M. Stayed Jun, 2019 Great family rental Great rental! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Kids loved the downstairs area. Beautiful views out the family room window. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Great location between RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Host's response: Thank you for your comments. We're pleased you and the family enjoyed the home and location. Come and visit again! VACATION FOR THE GIRLS We met people at Cascades@ Stanley. Stayed Oct, 2018 Beautiful clean home Beautiful clean home in a great location. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. The beds were too firm for us, but everything else was great! We hope you were able to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park and the amazing wildlife displays this weekend! Please come back to visit us again soon. RoxannaOct 2018 Justin B. Stayed Aug, 2018 The property was in great shape and well kept! I appreciated the quick communication and ease of access to the property. There was also great detailed information provided that helped us with specifics we needed to know for our stay. The location was also conveniently close to downtown. Host's response: Thank you for your kind review and helpful comments, Justin. We hope you'll return and stay at this or another SkyRun vacation home in Estes Park! Laura T. Stayed Aug, 2018 Great location, nice home We rented Wildside for a Girls Getaway and it worked perfectly for this! Super close to downtown Estes Park, approximately 10 minutes or less, depending on traffic. We were all from mountain areas and have all traveled extensively, often utilizing private home rentals. Given our experience, here are a few minor things to note:1. this unit backs to the highway. Wasnt a problem for us, but we didnt spend any time on the deck, which is pretty close to the road. Traffic pretty much stops after 10 so sleeping wasnt affected.2. There is no air conditioning so in the heat of summer you will be warm until the sun goes down. They have provided numerous fans.3. The bathrooms are really nice. But with slate floors, they didnt provide a bath mat for the shower or the tub. Also, the tub didnt have a mat and we had a senior gal with us that I was concerned about possibly slipping.4. The master bedroom is very hunter chic and has a memory foam or temperpedic mattress, which we didnt know about. Just a heads up in case someone in your family/group cant use that kind of mattress.5. Some of the pans could be replaced. And there are no scissors. Minor, I know, but we had to open food containers with knives and we were celebrating birthdays and had to get creative with wrapping gifts.Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and it worked well for us. Thanks for a wonderful time! Host's response: Thank you for your review and comments. We listen to our guests and make adjustments as needed. We appreciate your comments! We are pleased you enjoyed your girls getaway and hope you contact us when you plan another Rocky Mountain getaway. Steven M. Stayed Aug, 2018 Warm and cozy Very clean and good location Jesse Stayed Aug, 2018 Review SkyRun's house is FANTASTIC. Beautiful inside and outside. Sparkling clean. Lovely kitchen, lovely bedrooms. We were very, very happy here. Will stay again. Host's response: Thank you for your lovely review and kind words, Jesse. We strive to provide 5-star accommodations for our guests. I'll be sure to let housekeeping know their hard work is noticed and appreciated. The home owner will be thrilled with your comments. Please visit again! Carol Roger Stayed Aug, 2018 Review Awesome...you won't be disappointed Host's response: Come and stay again real soon, Roger! Eric M. Stayed Jul, 2018 Beautiful, well equipped and comfortable! We loved this place. It was beautiful and had all the comforts we needed while we stayed in Estes Park. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was very close to all the things we enjoyed doing while we were there. People were very friendly and helpful. The parking was a little tight for our pickup truck. Eric M. Edwin Stayed Jun, 2018 Review This rental was absolutely superb. Excellent accommodations were kept immaculately clean. We adapted quickly to the road noise and hardly noticed it after the first day. We have read others complain about this factor, but if you live in a city of any significant size, it was less noisy than it is living on the edge of any property located on a busy street. This unit is five minutes from the gate of Rocky MountainNational Park and five minutes from downtown Estes Park. The location, the amenities, the cleanliness, the furnishings ... everything about this unit is excellent! Host's response: We're so pleased you enjoyed your Rocky Mountain getaway at Gateway to the Wildside! Thank you for the comments about road noise - they are most helpful and clarifying to future guests. Please come back and stay with us again, Edwin. We look forward to hearing from you in the near future! June 2018Carol Sanjay Stayed May, 2018 Review Best place to stay, very close to get to Rocky Mountains National Park. Thank you for the stay ! Host's response: Sanjay mentioned to us the air conditioning was not working. This home does not have central AC. We suggested he open the windows and use the fans provided. Most homes in Estes Park do not have central AC (mine does not) because of the cool, dry mountain air. This home is wonderful and we hope our guests respect all our guest homes. Our home owners take pride in their vacation property and we want everyone to have a wonderful Rocky Mountain experience when they stay in our vacation homes. Carol L. Stayed Dec, 2017 Very Cozy!
