Welcome to Gateway to the Wildside! This spacious sunlit 3BR/2.5BA townhome offers both elegance and convenience for the perfect Rocky Mountain vacation. This home is located just minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, breweries and gift shops.
The entryway steps lead into the open-concept great room, dining and kitchen areas. The great room is light and bright with ceiling-high windows, complete with flat screen TV, comfy sofa and leather chairs. The kitchen and dining areas provide plenty of room for meals with a dining table that seats eight. The kitchen has all the appliances and room needed for meal prep. The deck has a grill and table and chairs. The half bath is located between the living area and kitchen. A door leads from the kitchen out onto the tree-lined deck, which features an outdoor grill for summer barbecues and family fun.
To the left of the kitchen is the master bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an ensuite bathroom and spacious walk-in closet.
The lower level of this townhome houses two queen bedrooms and a den area with a queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms can take advantage of the full bath with a tub/shower combo and a spacious vanity.

Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Event rentals are prohibited. Event rentals are defined as the rental of a Unit to one or more persons for planned gatherings of related or unrelated persons for the purpose of celebrating special events such as, but not limited to, weddings, reunions, bachelor and/or bachelorette parties, and business retreats. Rentals are restricted to rentals to family gatherings so as to comply with the Declaration rules concerning occupancy, and in keeping in character of PRW as a residential community.
Quiet Time shall be from 10:00 P.M. until 8:00 A.M. every day, during which no person shall conduct an activity inside or outside a unit which is audible within any other unit or shall disturb the quiet or peace of any other unit. Examples of such activity are, but not limited to: conversation or music inside or outside a unit audible inside any other unit, deck parties, occupancy of a hot tub or spa, operation of a noisy vehicle or mechanical device. Exterior lights must be turned off overnight.
Renters may not bring pets into Park River West.
Trash is to be placed in approved containers at the end of the driveway on the day of collection. No other trash, rubbish, equipment, or material of any nature shall be left outside of any unit.
Parking is restricted to the garage and the driveway bib in front of the garage door.
No trailer, boat or RV of any type is allowed on the PRW property unless it is parked in the garage. It may not be parked in the driveway or on the public street. Cars or pickup trucks 3/4 ton or smaller are allowed (typically 250 or 2500 class or smaller). Van conversions and pickup truck campers are not allowed as these are recreational vehicles.
No open fires are allowed at PRW. This includes limited common elements, decks and patios. By way of example and not limitation, no charcoal barbecues, propane or wood fire pits, Chiminea outdoor fireplaces, tiki torches, bug repellent/citronella candles are permitted on decks, patios, or in any open areas.
Please keep gas or electric grills, as far away from the structure as possible, and not less than 2 feet away from the deck railing, when in use. Do not leave the grill unattended.
No activities shall be conducted within any Unit or upon PRW property which are unlawful or may be unsafe or hazardous to any person or property.

Great stay in a great location

This property has many, many pluses, including proximity to the US 36 Upper Beaver Meadows park entrance, easy in/out to downtown, as well, and walkable distance to Coffee on the Rocks, Burgers and Gyros, the BBQ restaurant, Kissing Moose food truck (great food), Country Market and the liquor store, and the donut/burger places in the gas station, among others. It's great to be able to walk out for coffee or dinner. You also can get food delivery here, which is not necessarily the case with all vacation rentals in Estes. This condo also is spacious and roomy, with plenty of comfortable beds and three bathrooms (2 full, one quarter). The A/C works extremely well if needed during the occasional 80+ days in Estes. The electronics and kitchen are up to date and offer anything you'd need for eating, drinking, and evening entertainment after a day in the park. SkyRun made the check-in and check-out process super easy, there is ample parking in the garage plus in the driveway just outside the garage, and the place was very well cleaned and maintained, something we always especially notice. We've rented through them many times before, and they are always extremely responsive, thoughtful, and professional. Check-out procedures are less of a lift than in many vacation rentals, and the checkout time is pretty standard for rentals in Estes. Ease of entry, stay, and departure in a comfortable, perfectly situated place in one of the most beautiful places in the country.

Our family of 4 adults and a toddler stayed here in June 2024. The floor layout was perfect for a family like ours with a kid. The kitchen amenities were super helpful. The coffee shop and restaurants nearby was great. We had to stretch our budget to spend over 500/night (incl fees and taxes), but turned out to be a good decision.

Review

The only problem we encounter while staying at Wildside was the HVAC internal unit was extremely loud throughout the entire use. Temperature was manually lowered to sleep cooler at night but thermostat still stayed at 70 degrees upstairs while lower lever was very cold. Also could use a few Tupperware containers for food storage. Other than those two things the townhouse was fantastic as well as our stay there!!!

Great condo in Estes Park, close to RMNP

We were very happy with our stay here. The location was incredibly convenient to the park entrance and many area restaurants. Parking was great with the access to the garage. It was just my wife and I but the condo would work great for large groups due to multiple bedrooms/baths and lots of open kitchen/living spaces. We would happily book this place again on our next trip to EP/RMNP. The process with Skyrun was very simple start to finish.

Absolutely perfect!

We could not have been more pleased with this property and will absolutely try to stay here every time we visit Estes Park. It was impeccably clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc., the location was PERFECT (just outside of downtown and just outside the RMNP entrance), and the home and decor were perfectly cozy. We had the best time on our trip due in large part to these incredibly comfortable accommodations. Would recommend this property to everyone!

Gateway to the Wildside (Estes Park)

Absolutely lovely condo! Perfect set up with master bedroom on main floor and two (large) bedrooms, large bath and bonus room downstairs. My daughter and I took the downstairs and my friend took the master. The condo is very conveniently located to downtown in one direction and the National Park in the other. It is decorated very nicely and equipped with everything you could need. SkyRun is very efficient and responsive to any issue that one may have. My only recommendation is to have SkyRun leave the porch light on if you are arriving after dark. It is a very wooded area and impossible to see the keypad without a porch light. I would strongly recommend this condo and the SkyRun property management company.

A very nice property we saw deer every morning. The view would be enhanced if the windows were cleaned inside and out. The big negative was the traffic noise from HWY 34.

Our family loved our stay at Wildside! We had plenty of room to spread out but mostly enjoyed gathering in the main living room or around the table. One of our main complaints about rental properties is that the kitchen is not stocked with necessary utensils and cookware. That was not the case at Wildside! The kitchen had everything we needed and morewe didnt eat our once while we were there because we enjoyed cooking so much. The best thing was that it felt like a home. Usually properties are very depersonalized, but this one seemed like a family had made many great memories there. We certainly did!

Beautiful property

very nicely furnished, comfortable property. There is some road noise but not too bad. Lovely trail by the river in walking distance, great location. Property management was a bit rude when we accidently parked in a fire lane. Also, the place could use some extra blankets in the bedrooms.

This place is a gem! Plenty of room to move around, but cozy enough when you want to get together. Location is great; close to "downtown" for shopping, but you feel like you're in the woods when staying in the condo. All the amenities are there if you want to stay in. Gateway to the Wildside house in Estes Park

This is a great house in a perfect location. It is well equipped and super comfortable. The TV is great! A garage protected our rental car during a short hail storm! There IS noise from the main road behind the house, but the house itself is so good that the noise didn't matter much. We wished for air conditioning for about two hours during a few of the days we were there. We would definitely stay in this house again!!

Comfortable surroundings

My wife and our two grown kids sent a few days in Estes Park and RMNP. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. There is no air conditioning in the condo and you are asked to keep windows closed at night and anytime you are not in the condo so as not to attract bears (a good recommendation!), however, that made for some less comfortable sleeping conditions. Apart from that and the proximity to Highway 36, this condo is perfect and still earns 5 stars!

Excellent 3 bed home in a very good neighborhood!

Finding the house on google maps was a bit time consuming because it only brings us to the vicinity. Every thing about this cosy home was brilliant!!!I have 2 suggestions- lighting could have been brighter. Bedsheets should be of a better quality. These were 100% non breathable microfiber. There are some great quality cotton blends that are available. Other than that, the stay was absolutely wonderful! The home came complete with all utensils and cutlery!!

Winter Fun with our nieces

We had a great time in Estes Park! We brought our teenage nieces to just have fun and play in the snow and we were not disappointed. The condo was a great space where we could all come together in the common area, yet the girls could go downstairs and have their own space. We enjoyed sledding in Hidden Valley at RMNP and tubing in Fraser. The drive over to Winter Park and Fraser was stunning! We enjoyed the quaint downtown Estes Park area and visited most of the shops and several of the restaurants. We had a great lunch at "You Need Pie" and a wonderful dinner on Valentine's night at "Wayfarer". We enjoyed just being in nature and enjoying God's masterpiece! We are already planning our next trip for either Fall or Spring!!!

The Perfect Get-Away!

Lovely condo near RMNP

Gateway to the Wildside is a well-appointed condo in an area very convenient to downtown Estes Park and RMNP with an added bonus of walking distance to the "must visit" Coffee on the Rocks. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped which many times, is not the case. While other reviewers have complained of road noise, we didn't open the windows so it was not a problem for us. Wildlife abounds right outside the dining area window. Lots of rabbits and birds as well as VERY large bull elk hanging out in the afternoon. We'd definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the mountains in this lovely condo

This was a nicely decorated and very clean place. We were vacationing with another couple. We appreciated the 2 floors, so the other couple could have their own space with bedrooms and bathroom to themselves. One of the goals of our trip was to hear and see the elk during their rut season, and we were not disappointed. We also had a mule deer walk by the condo one morning and we got great pictures :).

Mini family retreat

We had a great time seeing elk everywhere. The scenery while horseback riding was wonderful. The house was great - great location! Everything we needed!!

Coffee on the Deck is a Must!!

We hiked and drove Trail Ridge Road. Did lots of shopping downtown Estes. Food everywhere we went was great! We saw a moose, elk and even a big horn sheep. We enjoyed lots of family time. This is the perfect condo - we love it! The last time we stayed here was 3 years ago, and we can't wait to come back again!!

There was no air-conditioning, so we thought the thermostat was broken, with the windows open, it was cool enough for us. This was in the description but i forgot when i saw the thermostat. Long weekend getaway

My family and I very much enjoyed this property. It was a clean, beautifully decorated condo with a wonderfully stocked kitchen that met our needs perfectly. The showers were excellent after a long day of hiking. It was unusually warm in Estes this week which made the condo a little hot during the day. Fortunately, most of our days were spent outdoors anyway. The provided fans were much appreciated during the evening hours. The only other slight drawback was the position of the condo so close to the road which caused a lot of traffic noise. It certainly didnt prevent me from sleeping! Hopeful to return soon for another visit, thank you for sharing your home with us.

Home away from home

Was the perfect getaway from this pandemic. The person that owns this place clearly loves to cook. It has all the utensils you need to make a gourmet meal, nice bbq on the balcony, great kitchen. Was perfect for our little family! Wish we could stay there every year. Great location since we are avid national park visitors; minutes from the park. Also minutes from downtown Estes and on the side of town to avoid the traffic into downtown Estes. A short walk riverside to a cute coffee place. Everything super clean and updated. Plenty of living space for larger groups.

Great place to stay

We had a great time in one of our favorite towns. Sky Run Wildside is a great place to stay, beautiful neighborhood close to everything. Only negative was AC didnt cool the greatest when temps got in the mid 80s, house stayed around 75-76.

Great home away from home

This house was beautiful and centrally located to downtown. Way closer than I originally expected. The house was nicely decorated. Our only complaints about this house were you had to play with the fireplace for it switch on, we had maintenance come out but we had it turned it on so he couldnt really find an issue, and the beds might need to be updated. The couches slept great though! Wildlife is right outside your front door literally! We had a bull elk hang out all day one day and we saw multiple deer grazing during our stay. It was amazing! This was a great place especially if youre looking for a small town quiet Christmas.

Property was beautiful and worked out very well for a family get together.

Overall very nice. Only 2 issues. Did not receive email for entry. Had to call and have it sent to a new email. The shade in the master bedroom was broken. It couldnt be opened to open the window. It allowed light in the room when down and in the day when you wanted more light I was unable to open it. I called maintenance and a light bulb was replaced but the shade was most likely not repairable and needs to be replaced.

Fun Vaca

Such a fun vacation! We drove (because Granny is afraid to fly). We had all 4 seasons in the week that we were here and LOVED IT! Wonderful experience!

This was a wonderful experience for my family! It was so big that we were able to each have our own room. If you are like me, my number one concern is cleanliness! And this place was super clean. It was meticulous. I only had two concerns... 1. There’s no air conditioner so it got super hot during the day and sometimes would not cool off at all even with the windows open. 2. There’s no king-size bed which made it less comfy for sleeping. The queen bed combined with the heat made an uncomfortable sleeping condition. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful area. Best location possible for Rocky Mountain National Park! There was a line just to get into the town to the other hotels but because we were between the park and the town, we had no issues. So much fun!

Great location, nice home

We rented Wildside for a Girls Getaway and it worked perfectly for this! Super close to downtown Estes Park, approximately 10 minutes or less, depending on traffic. We were all from mountain areas and have all traveled extensively, often utilizing private home rentals. Given our experience, here are a few minor things to note:1. this unit backs to the highway. Wasnt a problem for us, but we didnt spend any time on the deck, which is pretty close to the road. Traffic pretty much stops after 10 so sleeping wasnt affected.2. There is no air conditioning so in the heat of summer you will be warm until the sun goes down. They have provided numerous fans.3. The bathrooms are really nice. But with slate floors, they didnt provide a bath mat for the shower or the tub. Also, the tub didnt have a mat and we had a senior gal with us that I was concerned about possibly slipping.4. The master bedroom is very hunter chic and has a memory foam or temperpedic mattress, which we didnt know about. Just a heads up in case someone in your family/group cant use that kind of mattress.5. Some of the pans could be replaced. And there are no scissors. Minor, I know, but we had to open food containers with knives and we were celebrating birthdays and had to get creative with wrapping gifts.Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and it worked well for us. This rental was absolutely superb. Excellent accommodations were kept immaculately clean. We adapted quickly to the road noise and hardly noticed it after the first day. We have read others complain about this factor, but if you live in a city of any significant size, it was less noisy than it is living on the edge of any property located on a busy street. This unit is five minutes from the gate of Rocky MountainNational Park and five minutes from downtown Estes Park. The location, the amenities, the cleanliness, the furnishings ... everything about this unit is excellent!

Sanjay mentioned to us the air conditioning was not working. This home does not have central AC. We suggested he open the windows and use the fans provided. Perfect for Christmas and Summer Getaways!

The pictures do not do it justice. Amazing views, fantastic location and plenty of room for everyone. The home was very cozy and clean and it was perfect for our Christmas getaway. We hope to stay again in the summer! The Skyrun company was very attentive and always responded very quickly.

Loved Staying at Your Place

We loved staying at your place. Our two boys enjoyed the "kid's tv area" and having their own rooms. We went hiking, drove Old Fall River Road, went off-roading, horseback riding and went to the Rooftop Rodeo. We saw elk, chipmunks, marmots and even a coyote! We enjoyed our stay!

So Happy to Spend Our Anniversary Here!

This is our 17th wedding anniversary and we are so happy to have been able to spend it here! We have been able to meet family and have great meals. We have been rock climbing, hiking and have had wonderful dinners with delicious food. Thank you so much!
