H7 at Hope Mountain is a unique conference and retreat center high in the Rockies (9,000 feet elevation) surrounded by 32 acres of forest and open space in Allenspark, Colorado (15 minutes outside of Estes Park). It includes a beautiful indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a magnificent Great Room, large well-equipped kitchen suitable for a catering chef as well as a home cook, and a 1-mile meditation walk on the property. The meditation walk has a beautiful guide provided to all guests to guide them through the seven reflection stops on the walk.
The 10,000 square foot home is perfect for corporate, church, or family retreats. The special use permit allows only 12 guests supported by three offsite staff, as needed, and limits stays to six days. Everyone loves the six large bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and deck or patio area.
Enjoy some group down time in the game room, a great place for morning yoga, movie night, a fun game of ping-pong, bumper pool or social time with a board game. The expansive deck areas looking out on Mount Meeker and Twin Sisters offer a peaceful end to the day. A time for reflection and contemplation. Smell the pine trees, listen to the birds, relax in the quiet of this beautiful mountain setting.
Nonprofit and for-profit boards and executive staff teams have experienced the serene and rejuvenating power of this special retreat center location. Families, couples, adults, and youth all love the spirit and beauty of H7 at Hope Mountain. H7 is owned by Alliance for HOPE International, one of the leading advocacy and social change organizations in the country supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, and human trafficking.
The Alliance has hosted multiple retreats on the property for professionals who work with trauma survivors, both adults and children, and retreats for survivors of violence and abuse. H7 is so named to recognize seven themes of the Alliance in working with people who have faced adversity, illness, disease, or trauma: Help; Heroes; Humility; Heart; Human Rights; Health; and Healing. The profits of all other retreats on the property help support the life changing and healing work of Alliance for HOPE International.

What To Be Aware Of:
No Central AC
No garage parking.
Jetted bathtubs are not available for use due to slow producing well.
Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool and pool area.
Children 12 and under are not allowed to use the outdoor hot tub. Children 12-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
No Smoking or vaping inside or outside the home.
No Smoking anywhere on the property.
No Pets.
Quiet Time 9p.m.
Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
A flashlight is highly recommended.
This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving. Do not leave food or coolers outside
or on decks.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow removal at 4 inches of new snow on the ground at your arrival
H7 is just two miles from the Wild Basin entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Easy access to beautiful hiking trails into Rocky Mountain National Park including Calypso Cascades, Finch Lake, Pear Lake, and others.
