H7 at Hope Mountain features 50 windows that open to expansive mountain views. This home is in a remote, private location, yet only 20 minutes from hiking the local Rocky Mountain National Park and State Forest trails. This is the perfect getaway for up to six couples, a wonderful place for family reunions, small corporate retreats, and a perfect venue for an intimate wedding. Up to 40 people for day use only. Each luxury suite includes a ensuite bathroom with shower, writing desk and/or reading nook. Guest rooms at this vacation home offer Smart televisions, and balconies. You will love the large library loft area upstairs with amazing views and outdoor decks. Our home has a fabulous chef's kitchen that opens to a dining table for 12 with additional seating available. The kitchen and dining area open into the expansive living room. The living room has multiple comfortable seating areas for your group or family. There is a wood burning fireplace located between the living area and dining area.In the lower level of the home you will enjoy a large game room with a ping-pong table, bumper pool table, a gathering table for game playing or puzzle building, and a comfy TV viewing area. The game room open into the indoor pool. This is a full size gorgeous heated pool with a built in hot tub. Outside of the pool room on the patio you will enjoy the outdoor hot tub under the stars.

There is a large laundry room with a full size side by side washer and dryer, and large laundry sorting space. The garage is not for guest vehicles, but there is an additional refrigerator for extra food storage. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include safes and phones.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. The Christmas Cabin

For the last three years our family has enjoyed being in one the most picturesque settings in all God’s creation for Christmas. Its proximity to Estes Park, the ease of access from the highway and the privacy afforded draws us back each year. We love the layout and spaciousness of Hope Mountain which allows a family of twelve to be together enjoying the kitchen and main gathering room, but also, to have areas of retreat for games, the pool or quiet reading by the fire. Linens upgrade would gain a five star rating, however, it’s an experience worth coming back for time after time.

HOPE, HAPPINESS and GREAT VIEWS

My family LOVED and ENJOYED our stay. We did not want to leave. The house was beyond beautiful. There was plenty of room and space. My kid would have lived in the pool if we would have let them. The mountain views are stunting and breathtaking. A cute trail on the property always allows you to take on an adventure at your own pace. The trail was kid-friendly, with motivational stones to encourage you along the way. WE CANT WAIT TO BOOK ANOTHER FAMILY VACATION ASAP.

Very private location. The layout of the house is great. All listed amenities were available. Easy check-in process. Nice and spacious for our group of 10. It did not feel like we lived on top of each other.

Summer at H7

We had a delightful time at H7. We are a multi generational family with older folks, young adults and children. We take a trip like this every year. H7 was ideal. The pool is esential for us, and it was first rate. The kitchen is wonderful. Sleeping accomodations are great. H7 is close to many activities. I have no criticisms of this property.
