Good use of space and comfortable. We would stay again for the quiet and convenient area. There are a few things that need attending. The blinds in the front bedroom were impossible to lower, no problem for us as we rise early anyway. The pool and pool deck need resurfacing, the swim was nice but the overall experience was marred by the look and feel. The firepit starter didnt work so we werent able to use. The main living space, kitchen and dining table were large enough for me to cook and the kids to spread out but also have dinner together. We enjoyed the views from the back porch. The bed in the master is a little firm but fine. The other bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space for our family. A few things to know: laundry is off the garage. There are a lot of steps! It would be very helpful to have a entry keypad at the garage or back door. The garage keypad wasn’t working so we had to walk all the way around the building every time. Patio door allows beautiful view but snow comes in during windy storm. Patio Door wont lock. Great place for family but wouldnt be for separate couples since there is no bathroom on top level and must be shared with on lower levels. Needs deep cleaning upstairs allergies went crazy. Decided on condo instead of hotel with a family of 5. Glad we did! This place has plenty of to spread out. Nice to have full kitchen and dining area, balcony/grill, laundry etc. View was great! We would definitely stay here again. Only thing that needs to be attended to is the grill - needs to be replaced. It worked but only back side burner. There are 3 sets of stairs but not a deal breaker for us. We actually liked having a few floors for our family to spread out and relax with tv in several rooms after a long day in the park. Kitchen was fully stocked. 3 floors were a bit tricky to bring and go up and down after hiking trails all day. The wifi never worked even trying multiple times with information given in condo. After contacting the management company they gave same information and still didnt work. No Smart TVs on main floor and 3rd floor and didnt have many channels to watch. Plenty of linens. Super well equipped kitchen with large family table and well appointed living room. We stayed in this condo with our four children, and our parents stayed nearby. We were able to host all 8 of us comfortably for dinner, games and hanging out. The kids LOVED the loft (2 teenagers) and the little kids slept in secondary bedroom near ours. I would highly recommend for a large family. It's a little confusing as to how to enter at garage level and then walk up all the flights vs. the front door (actually at the back of the unit) that is level with the kitchen, but we figured it out. It was too hard and not good pillows. A new mattress or at least a thick topper would make it better. After a long day of hiking, we would have appreciated a comfy bed. My wife and I were in the master bedroom. Very comfortable bed and great master shower! One of my sons and his wife were in the 2nd bedroom. My 3 other adult sons slept upstairs. Plenty of room there! Only wish list item would have been a third shower, (There are 2 baths), so we had to share the master shower and 2nd bedroom shower with the 3 other adults. The code we were given for entry didnt work initially, but management was very responsive and quickly gave us a new code. Did a little bit of cleaning in the kitchen upon entry, but everything else was neat and clean. Would have appreciated having a way to access the house/garage directly through the garage, but one person had to go in the front of the house to open the garage door at the back of the house each time we came home, which was a mild inconvenience. Looked like there was a bathroom that was locked off that could have been useful in the upstairs bedroom, but if you're not using all of the bedrooms it's not a problem. Greatly enjoyed the gas fireplace and used it each day! It was very nice and the right amount of space to come back to at the end of a day hiking. Stayed Aug, 2021 Beautiful setting While we were close to Marys lake, there wasnt a view of the Meadows below the condo area (which we loved last year at another place). There was no access via garage code or lower level door where you park, so someone had to run around front of building and then downstairs to open garage door each time. Otherwise it was ample space for our fam (3 kids with my husband and I) and my folks. Hot tub was also super chilly, but that isnt responsibility of this one owner or manager the signage said. The view from the condo is incredible and there is more than enough space for 8 people to live comfortably! It is really close to the National Park entrance, making it super accessible. We knew there was going to be some, but 3 flights were more than we, and our legs, anticipated. We got use to it towards the end of the week though. The pillows were pretty flat and the skillets/pans were kind of small (especially for cooking for 6 people). Otherwise everything else was fantastic and would highly recommend staying here!! Love the fact a garage was available to park our car inside away from snow/ice. Neither GPS nor simple map skills will get you there. Its more accurately off of Kiowa Dr near Kiowa Ct. Theres extremely limited parking near the only access to unit. Having said that, the unit is very nice inside. The space was very clean and modern and has a nice view. We had a few issues but overall I was pleased with the unit. This rental was exactly as described and the views were absolutely amazing! The space fit our family great with everyone having room to sleep and move without feeling crowded. The rental was very clean as well. Our only complaint is beds were a little too firm for our taste. Also, we had a little trouble with some of the locks on the windows being hard to latch and lock.
