The couple of issues we had were taken care of immediately. The property was centrally located, which made it easy to do all the sight seeing we had planned. Watching the wildlife daily/nightly and fishing in the river behind the house was the icing on the cake. Couple of suggestions are have an extra set of towels in the linen closet instead of just 1 towel person. Sometimes you need an extra towel or two. And fix the screens on doors. With no A/C it would have helped with air flow to cool the place off. When we were there it was record highs in the 90s. Thank you for quickly responding on the couple of issues we needed resolved. Property had everything we needed, except don't plan to do laundry while you're here. There was mildew visibly growing in the machine. A note in the visitor log from May said the same thing. Contacted the property manager. They were aware of the problem and offered to come try to clean the machine, but we had no confidence it would solve the issue.Otherwise, loved the sound of the river, spending time on the deck, and the proximity to RMNP. Coffee on the deck every morning. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and owner provided "starters" of TP, paper towels, detergents, etc. Only complaint was the wifi connection was terrible. We had friends with us who might have stayed longer had they been able to work remotely, but they couldn't. Also made it harder to make reservations in the park and with restaurants as so many have gone to online reservations. Overall, this was a wonderful place and would like to rent here again.
