Spacious house in a great location. One of the best stocked kitchens Ive ever seen. Rooms are light and airy and very homely with great decor. The location is perfect - a quiet no through road. About 2 miles to the beach and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Supermarket and other shops within half a mile. Hosts were very communicative and provided lots of info and clear instructions. We were a group of 4 adults attending a college graduation and the space and location were perfect. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

This was the perfect place to stay while in Folly Beach, SC for our daughter's wedding! It felt like home, was clean with a beachy theme and the location was perfect. I wish we had access to the garage as we had a lot to carry up/down the stairs that couldn't be left outside. Faster WiFi would have been great, but it was okay. These were minor inconveniences though. We would recommend to others and 100% stay again! Great place! Great communication! Thank you for the worry free week!

We were in town for our sons wedding. We had several family members staying with us, so this was the perfect place for the six off is to stay. It had everything we needed. We all had enough space and enjoyed all of the areas. The back deck was our favorite, as the breeze was amazing. The living area was large enough for us all to sit and enjoy each other at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Can work on childproof doors/stairs /cabinets for kids (my consideration no glass tables ) If you accept dogs have rugs cleaned B4 the next guests arrive (the rug had a big spot of pee smelled like dog, they did come and cleaned it right away)

This place was wonderful! Not only was it located in a great place close to everything, but it had everything we needed and was just minutes from the beach. The rental was super clean with plenty of rooms and amenities in every room. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Charleston. The house has a greatly location! Close to Folly Beach & downtown Charleston, plus great restaurants on James Island & the grocery store.Great neighborhood, we enjoyed an evening walk where my kids delighted in chasing frogs, crabs & seeing birds.The house was very cute, I personally enjoyed the front porch often.Our only issue was the AC for the top floor was out our entire stay, & it was hot and humid. We let them know as soon as we arrived & tried several remedies per their request on our own. They were responsive, called a tech, but the tech never showed.They sent a very small cooling unit to help, but what was sent was far from helpful, it was essentially a small fan with a place for a little ice. Not exactly any help when an entire floor is 85 degrees.They sent us a $100 apology gift card for the inconvenience to spend on a meal, which was nice, but we were miserable hot & not able to sleep well due to the AC issue.Would have been a great stay otherwise.

The house was great! It was extremely easy to use the self check-in, the location was right by Folly Beach (3 min drive to the water), and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely responsive and provided detailed instructions, as well as offers for beach equipment, and some amenities (such as laundry detergent, etc)The only complaint, and this is extremely minor is, there were some areas of the house (guest bedroom and kitchen) where it looked like liquid had dried on the wall.Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

great space in a quiet neighborhood very convenient to folly beach, james island, west ashley and downtown CHS. 3 spacious bedrooms with large comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. each room was well equipped with smart TVs that our kids enjoyed for movie night and the den has a massive beautiful TV which came in handy to watch a few sporting events. neighborhood is a mix of everything but great for walking and jogging and some of the outer streets have great views of the marsh and wildlife. highly recommend for anyone looking to be central to alot of what CHS has to offer.

Amazing place to stay! Literally 5 minutes from Folly Beach. The house is beautiful and comfortable. They helped out on so many thing. I was even able to get a half day so I could check in really early that morning of arrival. The place is definitely worth the price. I even received credits on beach gear which really helped a lot. Id come back to this place next summer for sure!!!

In town for medical procedure

Amazing!! I was in town for a bone marrow donation for my brother. I was definitely not as upbeat as I normally was so spent a lot of time in the rental. I loved the couch so comfortable and sizable. Tv was huge and I was able to hook my xbox up very easily. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for usage. I was on restricted exposure for human contact so cooking was essential and easy. The bathrooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. 10/10

This is a beautiful property and was perfect for our family! We had to find somewhere to stay while our house was undergoing repairs from a broken pipe and we were so lucky to stay here! We didnt think it would actually be a beach vacation because we already live so close to the beach but it turned out to be a really wonderful getaway from all the stress that were experiencing with the repairs and is even closer to the beach than we already are!!! If I was visiting Charleston this would definitely be the place to stay! The house was impeccably clean and very well stocked. We had everything that we needed for a wonderful two weeks!

Review

This was a nice house. Plenty of room for three people. Nice big TV and the family room chairs reclined which was nice. Could hold up to 6 comfortably. The neighborhood is very crowded and a little dumpy. I thought it was closer to the ocean, but still it's pretty close. My family wished the refrigerator had a water machine. The ice maker did not seem to be working. We had to refill it manually. Not a big deal. All in all a nice place to stay.
