This recently remodeled and redecorated home offers several decks: a walk-out lower level deck with a porch swing and hot tub, an upper deck with a cozy sitting area, and a back deck that leads directly to the yard.

Bedrooms: 3 spacious bedrooms, including a top-floor primary suite with vaulted ceilings, mountain vistas, a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and a cozy reading nook. The two additional bedrooms are located in the walk-out basement: one with a queen bed, and the other with a queen and twin bunk beds. These rooms share a full bathroom.

Bathrooms: 2.5 bathrooms featuring modern fixtures and finishes.

Living Area: 2,074 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living space. The main living room includes a huge flatscreen TV and plenty of comfortable seating, ideal for cozy evenings in.

Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen with custom rift-sawn white oak cabinets, quartz countertops, induction stove, dishwasher, and skylights that fill the space with natural sunlight.

Basement: Walk-out basement with 9' ceilings, two spacious bedrooms, a remodeled bathroom, ample storage, and direct access to the lower deck with hot tub and porch swing.

Additional Features: Large dining table with seating for eight, cozy reading nook in the loft, gas fireplace in the living room, shuffleboard table, full-size washer and dryer, and a laundry/mudroom leading to the lower deck and hot tub.

Pine Valley Ranch Park is only 15 minutes away, offering tranquil fishing spots along the North Fork of the South Platte River, plus trails for all skill levels that weave through forests and lead to stunning overlooks. -Garage: Two-car garage.
-Guest Limit: The home accommodates up to 8 guests, primarily referring to adults. If you have additional guests, especially children, reach out to us for approval.
-Pets are not permitted.
-No Parties: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the hot tub, decks, and surrounding yard. The property offers ample parking with a two-car garage and additional driveway spaces.
