The gourmet kitchen features custom cabinets, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances including an induction stove and a cabinet-front Bosch dishwasher. Step onto the large deck to savor your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or relax in the hot tub under a sky full of stars.

Walk-out Basement Bedrooms: One with a full bed and another with a queen bed plus twin bunk beds. These two rooms share a full bathroom.

2.5 bathrooms with modern fixtures and stylish finishes.

Living Area:
2,074 square feet of comfortable living space. The main living room includes a gas fireplace, plush seating, and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for cozy nights in after a day of exploring or watching the snow fall outside.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with rift-sawn white oak cabinets, quartz countertops, an induction stove, dishwasher, and skylights that bring in plenty of natural sunlight.

Basement:
Walk-out basement with 9-foot ceilings, two spacious bedrooms, a remodeled bathroom, plenty of storage, and direct access to the lower deck with the hot tub and porch swing.

Nestled in Pine Junction, this home offers the perfect blend of a peaceful mountain setting with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. Located just off Highway 285, you’ll enjoy the feeling of a secluded escape while still being close to conveniences.

Staunton State Park (5 minutes away): Explore scenic trails that are perfect for hiking or mountain biking in the summer and snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in the winter. During the fall, the trails come alive with golden aspens and vibrant autumn colors.

Pine Valley Ranch Park (15 minutes): A quiet spot for fishing, walking along the river, or enjoying a relaxing picnic surrounded by nature.

Other Things to Note

-Stays shorter than 30 days are not permitted at this time.
-Lot Size: 1.01-acre flat, usable yard with trees and a walking path.
-Garage: Two-car garage with additional driveway parking.
-Guest Limit: The home accommodates up to 8 guests, primarily adults. If you have additional guests, especially children, please reach out for approval.
-Pets: Not permitted.
-No Parties: This is a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
-Cameras for Guest Safety: Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance, motion-activated camera overlooking the driveway and front deck, and no cameras inside the home.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the home, decks, yard, and hot tub. There is plenty of parking with a two-car garage and additional spaces in the driveway.
