We travel to Winter Park often and have stayed in many different places. This condo is definitely at the top of our list for so many reasons! First, the views and location are unbeatable….it’s only a few minutes from the resort without the resort prices and crowds! The clubhouse is great, we really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. And the condo itself is so warm and inviting. Also, the nightly rates were very fair as we’ve paid a lot more at other places and enjoyed ourselves far less. This place is a true gem!! Josh Stayed May, 2024 Couldn't be better! My wife and I booked this place hoping it would offer the perfect Colorado experience, and it didn't disappoint! It was everything we wanted...amazing views, covered parking, pool/hot tub, and very close to the Winter Park base. And just a five minute walk to Cooper Creek Square!! The condo was so cozy and we had everything we needed and more! This place also is a great value considering how nice it is. We'll be staying again!! Chrissy Stayed Mar, 2024 Review We were very happy with everything in the rental. All of the furniture seemed fairly new, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and everything was working great. We wouldve liked shampoo and conditioner but other than that everything was provided for us. Theres a steep walk down to the shuttle, but its not far and we use that for skiing each day. The pool is a bit older and not heated, but we ended up going to the rec center in town and had a great time there. Overall, we had a great trip, and we would stay there again! Galen Stayed Mar, 2024 Review This is a great location and very responsive hosts. That being said, there was some room for improvement. While the place was really nice it felt that some of the smaller things were missing. For example there was limited kitchen supplys, extremely scratched pans, and the bathrooms didnt have very high end soaps (shampoo and body wash combined, not very much conditioner). It was lively that there was a ski locker in the garage and covered parking, but I didnt realize it was up two flights of stairs. That all being said, for the price I believe this is a good option for a quick ski trip to winter park. Host's response: We do have noted in the listing that the property is on the second floor with no elevator. We have moved to a shampoo body wash combo rather then single use bottles to cut down on plastic waist as there are not many recycling options in Winter Park. Walking distance as described to many restaurants and shops, and a five minute shuttle ride to Winter Park base. The covered parking is also ideal, and the view must be seen to be believed. Gopalaseshan Stayed Dec, 2023 Review The place is in the heart of winterpark town walkable distance to all the restaurants and shops, plus a 8 minute drive to winter park resort and 18 min drive to Mary Jane lifts. There was a covered garage that came in handy during the snowy nights, the home was spotless. The host was very responsive and respectful in their communications and addressed the heating issues in the apartment in a timely manner. the sauna in the apartment was not working but the community sauna, pool and fitness center worked well.
