The unit is in a convenient location, clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for seven adults. House was a perfect location for the weekend events. What was not walkable was a 5 min drive or less. Both master bedrooms offered plenty of space and the hot tub was enjoyable each evening. This unit was extremely clean and very welcoming and the feeling of warm and comfortable greets you the minute you walk in. The townhouse itself is an easy walk to the downtown Winter Park and wonderful restaurant’s and to concert in the park. Biking paths that connected us to the winter park village or to Frazier. Great location for summer golf trips and don’t miss the hiking paths and trails add to the convenience of this townhome. Because we don’t ski we have taken off on the trails to snow shoe and enjoy the fabulous views and peaceful sounds of being in the mountains.
