The only thing that differed from the description is that there is no washer and dryer in the unit. Other than that, the host was responsive and the unit was great. Lisa Stayed Jan, 2024 Review Condo is in a great location and underground, heated parking was a huge plus (additional fee applies.) We were only there for a few days so to not have to spend time messing around with shuttles, parking, etc. was great. The condo is pretty small so sleeping 5-6 would be tight (my opinion) but for just my son and I, we were just fine. The unit could use a little TLC so youre really paying for the location but the location is great and the host was super responsive with any questions I had. Host's response: I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed the great location of the condo, and the convenience of underground, heated parking was a significant plus for your short stay, even with the additional fee. It's understandable that space might be tight for 5-6 people, but I'm glad it worked well for you and your son. Its right in the middle of the action at Winterpark Resort with plenty of restaurants nearby and a quick 3 minute walk to the gondola where the mountain awaits. Book it! I left promptly due to an incoming snow storm & accidentally left something in the condo. The management company was not at all helpful in getting the (very expensive) item back...even though I described exactly where it was & what it looked liked 🙁 bummer Host's response: Kevin,We sent someone to look for your expensive pillow twice and they did not find it. Within walking distance to all of the Winter Park activities, as well as restaurants, a small park, shops, and anything we could need for a few days. Sarah Stayed Jul, 2023 Review This unit was perfect for our family of five! We are familiar with grand county but had never stayed in the winter park village. We loved being so close to everything. My husband and son enjoyed mountain biking (you can store bikes in the parking garage cage if you're a guest of zephyr mountain) and the whole family got to ride the alpine slide and did all the fun summer activities in the village. Others made it seem like the check-in process was confusing, but if you read the detailed instructions from Sky Run, it is very straight forward. Just make sure to pick up the key cards from the PO box first thing before you park. Our kids loved watching DVDs in the condo and the bunk room was so fun for them!The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook our meals in the unit. The patio was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. Highly recommend and we are already looking forward to booking again and coming back soon. Excellent easy access to ski in and ski lockers gave us more energy on the mountain instead of carrying her around at the base. Ski in/out was awesome. You can ski down to other lifts and the Gondola from the 2nd floor exit by hot tubs. Locker for ski equipment storage was convenient. All the local restaurants were great. Staff everywhere were very nice. Right across highway from snowmobiling also. Beautiful, clean place to stay. Parking garage, too. We will stay there every time we come back if available. Small space.Lobby receptionist provided conflicting information regarding key return process and management service (SkyRun) threatening to charge for extra key. Host's response: We emailed you specific instructions on how to get the keys from a lock box and in the same instructions asked you to return the keys to the same lockbox upon check out. They charge us for lost keys so we have asked you to cover the cost. It can be confusing because there is a lobby but it does not service guests through Airbnb. I do not know of any places here in Winter Park with A/c because the temperature drops below 50 at night so opening a window cools of the place quickly. Jason Stayed Jan, 2020 Review Great family vacation. Unit was perfect. Actually much larger than the pictures make it seem. Loved the bunk beds for the kids in the second bedroom. Underground parking was very nice. We really enjoyed being right in the village and all it has to offer. Unit was well stocked. Only complaint was the lifts for beginners was a rather long walk in ski boots. We later learned to wear our shoes to the walk to the lift and carried them with us in a back pack while skiing.
