SUBMIT Sarah Sayles Stayed Mar, 2026 Other than a tiny hiccup getting in the door the first night, I very much enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, the space was perfect for a single woman travelling alone, and it felt like a very safe neighborhood. I liked being away from downtown. If I had one regret it was that I had hoped for more than a microwave in the kitchen, but I managed - and most of my meals were take at the conference so it ended up being unimportant. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm and invitingexactly as pictured. The large windows brought in beautiful light and we kept them open to enjoy the perfect weather. The shower was uniquely eclectic, adding to the charm of the place, and the electric stovetop worked perfectly for our needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and their dog, Buddyboth were friendly and welcoming! Thank you again for such a lovely stay. We look forward to returning in the future! I had camping plans that went sideways and was just beginning my drive to Oregon so it was a huge help to me. They let me know they were washing the bed comforter and wanted to make sure it was done before I arrived, awesome efforts to accommodate a last minute reservation! I was traveling with my canine companion as well and we both felt very welcome and comfortable. Lots of great touches and amenities. Comfortable bed. One small thing, if youre sensitive to scents/fragrances, ask if they can unplug the air freshener before you arrive, its a bit strong for the size of the space. Great stay! The location is close to a bunch of trailheads, a winery and CO National monument. Otherwise downtown is not too far of a drive, same with Fruita and a host of other trails.
