This large stone hearth is the emphasis of the main living room and situated perfectly for watching the snowflakes fall through the large living room windows. The cook of the family will be overjoyed with the gourmet, fully stocked granite and stone wrapped kitchen. You'll find every gadget and gizmo needed to prepare the perfect meal! A beautiful china cabinet and elk antler chandelier round out the upscale dining room that features a 6 - 12 person dining table. In the summer you can pull out the BBQ and cookout on the recently installed front patio, or relax on the sunny front porch with an afternoon ice tea. On the main floor you will also find a mud room. Downstairs is the second living room doubling as a game room and kids play area. This large room has two comfy couches and a full size washer and dryer. There are two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor. The first bedroom features two twin beds. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and two large sunny windows. Off the downstairs living room you'll find another full bathroom and a third bedroom with a king bed. On the second floor, there is a fourth guest room featuring a king size bed and a twin bunk trundle bed, vaulted ceilings and an en suite bathroom. The primary suite encompasses the entire upstairs east wing of the home.  This oversized room features an elevated king sized bed, vaulted ceilings, three large windows and a small sitting area. You'll find an inviting shower and duel sinks with plenty of counter space in the ensuite primary bathroom.
Situated on a quarter acre, corner lot lot, 13 Bear Tree is nestled among the aspen and pine trees on a quiet cul de sac. This home has a private heated two car garage and extra room in the driveway so you can bring the whole family. Don't feel like driving? No problem! The free Keystone Shuttle Bus picks up at the nearby Flying Dutchman complex, a 10 minute walk away.

Amazing!

The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious for us to stay! It was very clean and had more than enough room for the six couples. The heat was a bit much at night time so we just turned it down low. It was very close to the ski areas and the local restaurants were very good! Check in and check out were very easy! Truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful house!

Wonderful house in wonderful location

We stayed in this house for a week with our entire immediate family, including five young grandchildren. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is spacious and well maintained. The owners can take justifiable pride in their house. The first thing I did after moving in was to sharpen all of the kitchen knives ;-).

Winter Wonderland Vacation

My whole family enjoyed our vacation at this property. It was clean. The check in process was very easy. It was located in the perfect spot. Close to town, but not too close to be busy. Was also easy to drive to the property even in the snow. We would definitely visit there again.

Our family of 12 spent 5 days here during the Christmas holidays. This is a wonderful house for a family gathering with plenty of gathering spaces and comfortable bedrooms for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. We would definitely return to this great cabin.

Perfect for our Workgroup!

We were here attending the COSHRM Conference held this year at Keystone. This luxury cabin was perfect for relaxing after presentations/training, with common space large enough for our group's working sessions, as well as plenty of individual area to retreat to at the end of the day.

Property was well maintained. A few suggestions for rental company otherwise very nice.

We really loved the home. It felt like we were visiting relatives and they rolled out the red carpet. All thI amenities were perfectly thought out and although many cabinets were labeled "owners only" we did not need for anything. Ok, I did use a little of your olive oil...sorry. The rental company was very nice and helpful as we arrived to an unfortunate situation. Only thing that I would comment on was I Wallis have appreciated a follow up visit or call after our arrival and incident

Great home!

We had 11 family members for a 6 day weekend to celebrate the 4th of July, and there was plenty of room. Great kitchen, with everything one would need. The home was warm & inviting. Will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would change would be the timing of the water sprinkler. Every nite while sitting on the deck, the sprinklers would go off at 7pm? Beautiful cabin in Keysone

A group of work colleagues and I stayed here for 4 nights and we could not have been more comfortable or content. We had plenty of room to stretch out and the cabin had all the amenities we were looking for. If you want a quiet and luxurious stay and you needs lots of space, this is the place for you. I can't leave a review without mentioning the Sky Run staff. They are very customer service focused and do a great job of making everything smooth and easy. I have to specifically mention Lindsey who took care of all our needs flawlessly and I would say went above and beyond to make us happy. We will definitely look for Sky Run the next time we rent a cabin or condo. Thanks so much.

December 2016 Stay

This house was amazing!! Plenty of space for large families. Extremely clean and extra cozy! Sky Run made the rental process easy and flawless. The location is perfect in regards to the slopes... were able to park 2 full sized SUVs and 1 Texas Sized Pickup easily in the garage and driveway. Would highly recommend!
