Spacious and clean this condo is located in a beautiful, quiet development with easy access to amenities from trails to dining, shopping and scenic byways. Would definitely stay in this condo again. This is our 2nd time using Sky Run Vacations. They are knowledgeable and helpful and actually recommended this condo over a few others I was looking at based on my travel needs. Skyrun equips the bathrooms and kitchen and W/D with a great starter setup. Downsides of this unit: Cookware was on the “lite side”. Glassware was very limited. The "heated" pool could be a bit warmer, but the location was right by the townhome. We only had 1 car, so that was not a problem for us, but it would be nice to have a place to park another car. Was newer, pretty, and cozy with an awesome gas fireplace-- well tended as far as towels, toiletries, laundry detergent, labeled switches. There were *3* thermostats in the space--main room and each bedroom so we left our bedroom at 66 and my son had his at 75! It was a lot faster drive between Breckenridge, Keystone, even Dillon/Silverthorne/Frisco than I expected so the area was fun to explore.SkyRun was professional with answering questions and THANK YOU to the person who came promptly to let me in when the magnetic key card got wiped by my phone! The Minnie's Cabin was a nice extra and had a changing room and shower room in there next to the hot tub/pool so you don't have to run around outside wet unless you choose to 🙂 People were friendly and the neighborhood circle walkable. It was ALMOST awesome and 2 things leave me with mixed feelings--cleaning and general use items. We didn't get keys at because the cleaners were still there--Waiting just made it sadder to come in and see trash (body armor bottle half drank, a stranger's ski pass, crumbs in the couch and on/beneath the ottoman, clothing tags in the bedroom) It was not a careful clean.This unit does need some owner attention so the use of the space matches the upscale feel of the whole area (flat worn out pillows, barstool legs that fell off if you moved the stool, chipped/broken pottery, you get 8 huge dining room chairs but only 4 mugs, rusted can opener that failed to open a can, zero pot holder/oven mitts after Easter-egg hunting the whole kitchen to get something out of the oven, no hair dryer when it's -6 out!) I know it's the end of the season and all but I felt disappointed. Conversely, if you didn't cook or pay for it (like my 22 year old son and husband) you'd just say it was awesome like they did lol 🙂 Melanie Stayed Feb, 2022 Wonderful, Better Than Expected! The location is very convenient to Keystone - River run 2-3min and Green Mountain 6-8 min drive. The design of condo lacked some common sense. The dishwasher was so close to oven you have to pull handle to allow it to drop. The brown chair was positioned under the granite bar so when my son sat down he hit his head very hard. Pull chair out from bar top! As newbys to Keystone, the area is not marked well so we had a learning curve. Beaver creek was an easier place to navigate. The condo was clean but needed the floor mopped (Im a stickler for actual clean). Overall this was a nice ski trip and we would recommend. The management always responded promptly to our questions and we had zero maintenance issues. September seems to be construction season, so it was much louder than we expected, but cozying up next to the fire each night proved to be the perfect antidote. The living room is very spacious and the kitchen and dinning table were great for our pre-sking breakfasts. We didn't use the shuttle but perhaps it would have been faster than taking our car and parking. The orange shuttle stops about 30 yards from the house! The jacuzzi and pool did look a bit larger on the pictures, but were nice and the common cabin is large and well maintained. We would gladly return! The condo has just about every amenity imaginable, very spacious but cozy. I went with my wife and two other couples that are great friends. We actually had a three bedroom, three bathroom condo. The full kitchen came in handy and the fire place set an amazing ambiance while the snow fell. Great place to stay a must in Colorado. T3 Stayed Jan, 2013 Very nice unit, except... The SkyRun folks were helpful in showing us several units on-line that they had available and the check-in process was a snap. They were ready for us (even though we arrived before the check-in time) and even had a bottle of red wine for us.We found the townhome unit to be very nice. It had plenty of space for our family of four, the layout was well planned and the quality of the finishes was consistent with the platinum rating of the unit.The kitchen was in excellent condition and had everything that we needed to be able to prepare meals while we were there.The as fireplace was terrific as it quickly warmed up the unit.The bathrooms were spacious, especially the master bathroom, which has a great walk-in shower.We took the shuttle, which was very easy as it stops just a few door away and drops off at both River Run and Mountain House base areas. Also the townhouse is only about a mile east of River Run, so it's very convenient to drive there in the evening.The problems we encountered were twofold: (i) the mattress in the master bedroom sagged in the middle, which made it difficult to sleep well, and (ii) one night the people renting the adjacent unit, which included all of the area above our unit stomped around and we could hear raised voices. At one point, we thought all the noise might wake our kids. Fortunately, by the time we went to bed, the noise had stopped.Lastly, we forgot our ski bag in the ski locker outside the entrance to the unit. We contacted Sky Run to see if they could mail it back to us but Sky Run has not responded to our message. Mountain Dreamer Stayed Aug, 2011 Great place to escape!
