I loved getting up and walking down to get some good coffee in the mornings. I forgot about there not being ac, but we just opened all of the windows and turned on the fans to keep it cool. The hot tub and pool are an added bonus. The location is perfect for taking advantage of the restaurants and shops in River Run Village and you can walk to the ski lifts! Management company super-responsive and friendly when I communicated with them. Joseph Stayed Feb, 2023 Review The location was top notch for people who are looking to stay in the resort. It's a 5 minute walk to anything you want to do. The only issue is that you need to plan to come with everything you need -- especially if you come with 8 people (as advertised). There were limited resources. Pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, towels were all limited. The soap at the kitchen sink was a tiny bottle that was diluted with water, and we had to search the lodge for extra trash bags to be able to dispose of our trash properly. The shampoo products provided were hotel sized which is lovely-- but when you come with eight people for five days-- it's just not going to cut it. Cooking utensil wise, you can scrape a simple meal for a small amount of people, but plan to be resourceful if you are cooking for a larger group.I would recommend this place to anyone, but I would also warn them to come prepared to go to the grocery store and spend more money than anticipated. It was a great location and so easy to get to the mountain. Kitchen was missing a few essentials like a cutting board and hand towels. Also please provide a couple more chairs or bar stools. The package says sleeps 8 but kitchen table only has 6 chairs. We have 7 in our family but we worked it out. Thanks again. Everything was excellent!
