The Sorings building looks like they are undergoing some upgrades, which is nice given its about 20 years old I believe. First, the view from the huge deck is fantastic, I was able to see my kids ski down the mountain and look into the pool area to see when it was busy. Stayed Jan, 2021 Nice location for skiing/parking a 2nd car is an issue property was good; we enjoyed the stay; management was very responsive; the microwave has a sensor issue when you saute food on the range top. you have to shut the breaker off to stop the beeping. you can turn it back on after the range cools down. we had a second car and dropped it at the free North lot when we picked up our ski rentals. had an 80 dollar ticket since there is small print on the parking lot signs that isn't on the large signs that say free parking. Stayed Oct, 2020 Great condo in River Run Fantastic location and well appointed, spacious condo in the Springs. Chose to come here during off-season due to COVID-19. Love the gas grill on the patio, kitchen had good equipment and condo had plenty of space for our family. Heated pool was great and we were close to lots of great hikes and bike rides. When we arrived there were some things broken in the condo-- the windows were missing cranks so couldn't be opened (problematic since no A/C) and the main door to the balcony literally fell off the first time we tried to open it. The building was responsive but it took them 24 hours to come and fix it (start of day 3 of 5). The only other issue was that despite signs, many other guests ignored the mask requirement which we did not appreciate-- but that is not the fault of the Springs/management. In the morning, we could see how long the lift line was from the living room window / balcony! The condo was beautiful - we had plenty of space. Everything was pristine and working perfectly. The garage level lockers were a big plus - even a ski repair work bench. The garage was warm and spotless. We sat on the balcony after skiing for drinks and watched people ski to the village. Most importantly, the reservation process took a few clicks, the website pictures were completely accurate, check in took minutes, we arranged for late check out, and didn't have to do anything upon departure. There were zero surprises with the process and arrangements. Just perfect - we will be returning! Randy Stayed Jul, 2018 Review This was our first experience staying in Keystone, and renting with SkyRun in Keystone Resort. Our stay was from mid-week (Wednesday) through Sunday in late July 2018 at The Springs # 8912 which was advertised by SkyRun as a Platinum property. This is a three bedroom, 3 bath unit on the top (3rd) floor of The Springs property. We rented this unit through AirBnB, but the property is available from several other sites as well. Our contact with the SkyRun staff through AirBnB was very efficient; questions were answered promptly during office hours and the staff was always helpful and courteous. Documentation relative to our check-in and checkout processes was provided by email a few days prior to our arrival on-site. The information indicated location and hours of operation for the SkyRun offices and directions on how to access keys and papers (lockbox) if our arrival was after hours. We arrived in the early afternoon (well within listed normal office hours) only to find the rental office closed; no worries . . . keys and papers were available in the lockbox. We were expecting the opportunity to speak with someone about the property and resort area in general. Parking was provided on two floors under the building, and during our stay was never a problem; some of the spots are a bit tight due to the location of support pillars. The shared areas (pools, hot tubs, work out area, etc.) were well kept, clean and in good order. The towels provided in the pool area are definitely on the smallish size and thi (Website hidden by Airbnb) personally I would have appreciated larger towels. The building/condos were built in 2000 (I think) and the unit was a bit dated in its construction details, but in general the kitchen and baths fixtures/details were all in great shape. The kitchen included stainless appliances (refrigerator was riddled with small dents ?) and granite countertops. The baths in general consisted of one-piece resin sinks/vanity tops with step-in resin tub/showers. The master tub had some significant stains rust, I think and the night stands and dresser had well-worn tops. This is a rental unit so it did have its issues with wear and tear; a couple of the crank-out casement windows had issues which either prevented them from being opened, or in some cases caused them to be push closed from the outside to be locked. The walls and trim had minor scuffs, nicks, dings and in general the carpets were in decent shape with no significant wear or stains. The beds were all reported a comfy enough; not worn/saggy and the bedding was fine for the summer. As a comment, during our stay in July daytime temps and temps in the condo were definitely warm with afternoon shower (Website hidden by Airbnb) the condo included plenty of fans, both ceiling and standing, but there is no A/C. Normally, if the office is closed early, it usually means that our staff had to leave the office to take care of an urgent matter within the resort.
