Close to River Run and Mountain House activities. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was critical when traveling with kids. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace after a day out. It's also very spacious and felt like being at home versus a cramped hotel. Molly Stayed Mar, 2024 Review Really nice condo within walking distance to the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay! Eric Stayed Mar, 2024 Great Condo for a ski trip Had a wonderful stay at this condo! A quick walk to the Peru lifts at Keystone. Very clean and comfortable. Rhett Stayed Jan, 2024 Review A perfect stay right by the lifts. Will definitely try to get this spot when we come back Aline Stayed Jan, 2024 Wonderful Conso This is a spacious condo with recent upgrades. Walking distance to the lifts. Highly recommend-we will definitely rent again. Erin Stayed Aug, 2023 Review Great location, quick and lovely walk to River Run restaurants and shops. Pretty river and mountain views. The condo is set-up nice, comfortable living quarters, clean. Would recommend and absolutely stay again. William Stayed Mar, 2023 Review Not too long a commute to the gondola parking lot, and took the shuttle bus back to the unit once. Short walk from the bus stop. The hot tub is convenient to the unit, but the jets seemed very weak and we called management but saw no change. Sierra Stayed Mar, 2023 Review This was our 2nd year staying at Frostfire Condominiums and another great time well spent! Awesome location and the place was very clean and spacious for our group of 8. Thanks again SkyRun! Michael Stayed Feb, 2023 Review Great place to stay if skiing at Keystone. Walking distance from lifts Host's response: Thanks Michael! I hope we can host you again in the future! Greyson Stayed Jan, 2023 Review This place was perfect for our group of 8. There was plenty of space for all of us and all our ski gear. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the slopes. Would definitely stay here again. Joseph Stayed Mar, 2022 Review Great condo that has a wonderful view of the slopes. Equal distance from both the River Run Village and Mountain House so we were able to start our ski days from both locations and end wherever we wanted. Walking on the bike path took us about 10 minutes to get to the lifts carrying our gear. Condo was great and had everything we needed. The hot tub is shared with other condos but we could see the hot tub from our balcony so we could see if anyone was there before heading down. Only downside to this condo is that its on the third floor so it was tough carrying everything up and down. Overall great condo and would definitely stay here again. Kayci Stayed Feb, 2022 Review Awesome view!!! Had a great weekend in Keystone. The condo was super roomy and all the amenities were great too. Mark Stayed Feb, 2022 Review Great unit walking distance to the lifts at Keystone. Stayed here for almost a month, roomy unit and everything worked great - they addressed any issues that came up. Provided good amount of products such as toilet paper and paper towels.Only things I think is lacking is the water heater is not quite sufficient size for as many people as they say can stay here, some folks may have cold showers, and while we were there (peak season) the hot tub in the same building was not functioning (another is a 5 min walk away). Jose O. Stayed Jan, 2022 Nice place It was a nice place. Sucks that other random people came to the jacuzzi, dont think they were part of our building. Grant H. Stayed Jan, 2022 Z Location between lifts was hreat Sharon L. Stayed Jan, 2022 Spacious, No Frills Condo This condo provides a lot of space to move around and feel comfortable. We had 6 adult guests and did not feel cramped at all. The place was very clean and close to the slopes. If you are skiing the gondola is about a 15-20 minute walk with gear on, and the Peru lift is slightly shorter at about a 10 minute walk. This is also a no frills type place in that certain things have been updated but they tried to keep original cabinets and closets while giving them a coat of paint and not bothering to fix or replace. The windows also frosted over in the cold weather. That did not bother us but something that maintenance should check into.It is tough getting a hold of the Sky Run office. I tried calling at different times of the day to ask general questions and received a message stating that I was calling outside normal hours. I called at AM and PM ,and at PM the night the power went out and got the same message. Texting was a better method. Beware also that check-in is not near the condo. It is within walking distance (across the highway from the condominium complex) but if you don't have a car and you are arriving earlier than check in time (4:00 PM) then you are going to have to find a place to hang out (with your luggage). We were at the office to check in at PM and couldn't check in yet because we were early. Luckily we only had to wait 10 minutes outside with our luggage and gear. Also, if you are not familiar with the area, there is no grocery store nearby. There is a liquor store with some essentials and a small market in Keystone Village but the closest grocery store is in Dillon. There is public bus transportation but it is slow. Took us 3 hours to get groceries. Some things the owner should think of:* provide more than 1 set of dishtowels. Being in a place a week, the dish clothe and towel can get nasty.* provide hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms* better communication on access codes. The code to the building was changed mid-stay with no communication to the renter.* consider providing more toilet paper taking into consideration the number of people the condo holds and duration of the stay.Overall I would rent this condo again because it provided a lot of room, was very clean and was the right location. Just wasn't thrilled with the management company, and would likely drive if planing to go to Keystone again. (We flew and took a shuttle from the airport.) Tristan Stayed Jan, 2022 Review We walked to the ski lifts every day! Great location! Extremely cozy and spacious. Shahla Stayed Dec, 2021 Review Really enjoyed our stay. Ryan Stayed Nov, 2021 Review We had a wonderful stay & would recommend this place again & again. Mary Stayed Sep, 2021 Review Great condo for visiting keystone and beyond! Kyle Stayed Sep, 2021 Review Nice and clean. The open layout was perfect for my two young ones to play. Awesome mountain views as well. Will return Josh Y. Stayed Aug, 2021 Mountain House Great location and perfect for a family getaway. Ali Stayed Aug, 2021 Review Great communication Nice, Clean condo.Good amenities Mukta M. Stayed Aug, 2021 Definitely recommended! We stayed in this property for 10 days. We also did our office work during weekdays. WiFi was working fine. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms are cozy and with extra beds and blankets. We will definitely stay here again! Tony Stayed Jul, 2021 Review Everything was perfect, location, communication, cleanliness. Will be back! Andy Stayed Jul, 2021 Review What a great place! It was in a great location, clean, and spacious. Lesly Stayed Apr, 2021 Review This place has a great location, beautiful view. Clean place, is 100% recommended. Vladimir Stayed Mar, 2021 Review Beautiful 2 bedroom with great view close to mountain. There are 2 humidifier in the apartment, with was appreciated. Very short drive and the car can drop skiers about 50 feet from the slope. For snowboarders 5 minute walk is a good option. Megan Stayed Feb, 2021 Review Awesome place to stay! Very comfortable for our family of 8. The location was great. It is about a 20 minute walk to Peru lift, so depending on fitness level you could definitely walk with your skis an ski boots to the lift. However, we drove both days we skied and it was nice to drive 5 minutes to the parking lot! We went night skiing and skied right down to the Mountain House parking lot when we were finished. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a crock pot! Which was wonderful for family meals and having it ready when we were done skiing. Check in process was smooth. The office to get information was across the street. There was not a lot of towels but we were quickly restocked when I reached out! We did have an issue with hot water. A lot of nights some of us ended up taking cold showers because the hot water ran out after one shower. Some other things to note that we found couldve been added were larger trash cans (for our family of 8 a lot of trash was made), we needed more mirrors (for our family of 5 girls to get ready haha), and we never found the key for the ski closet. With all this being said I would 100% recommend people to stay here and would definitely book with SkyRun again! Derek Stayed Feb, 2021 Review Nice condo with a ten minute walk to the slopes. Well equipped and comfortable. Ben Stayed Jan, 2021 Review Great spot, excellent location. Sol Stayed Jan, 2021 Review Everything was very nice. We had a lovely time. The view from the living room to the mountains is impressive, perfect working spot! Walked to the lift thru a beautiful wintery scenery next to the frozen lake. They replied to our messages immediately. It was a great stay and we hope we can come back next year! Kay Stayed Dec, 2020 Review The unit was as described, nicely furnished and clean. The master bedroom tended to be a bit cool and the 2nd bedroom a bit warm. It is within walking distance to the lift, however a bit long if you feel old like me or have had a long day of skiing. It is convenient if you have a driver to take you there which is what we did. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Srikanth Stayed Sep, 2020 Review The hot water while bathing should expect only for 2 people even if you have 2 bathrooms. Later on you will be experiencing too chill cold water. Rest every thing is good with calm environment. Matthew Stayed Sep, 2020 Review Nice location for both summer and winter stays. The condo had good furnishings with the exception of the beds. There was not a single soft spot in any mattress we tried. This would have been a bigger issue if we were planning to stay longer than 2 nights, or if we were coming off the slopes and looking forward to a comfortable place to rest our heads.Aside from that, the amenities, cleanliness, and proximity to food and lifts were great! Soumya Stayed Aug, 2020 Review Great place to stay if you are looking to do lot of hikes around. Close to Breckenridge for lot more fun activities Myrna Stayed Feb, 2020 Review Great location, amazing hospitality Host's response: Thank you! Stephen Stayed Feb, 2020 Review Great location, great condo, and excellent communication. Would stay again if travels bring me to the area Steve S. Stayed Jan, 2020 Nice place, excellent location in relation to slopes We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. The living room was nice and open with gas fireplace, though there were not sufficient instructions for operating the fireplace. In addition, much of the furniture was not very comfortable. One chair in particular was too uncomfortable to sit in. Our greatest complaint with our stay was the property manager (SkyRun). The internet stopped working the second day of our stay. We reported it in the morning by leaving a message and received a text stating it was being given to a maintenance worker to address. Coming "home" in the evening, there was still no internet. A call to the office resulted in "we'll look into it." The next evening, still no internet. A call to office yielded no better result. We stayed for 3 nights and had internet for only one. The worst part was that management was not proactive in communicating where they were with resolving the issue. In addition to the lack of working internet, the management company did not do a good job ensuring that the unit was in good working order. The following issues should have been addressed before the unit was rented to any customer: two closet doors needed repair (one closet was to the laundry along the hall to the bedroom) and the garbage disposal had a I'm-about-to-barf odor. Another item of note, the building we stayed in had ski lockers downstairs. The key left on the counter did not open the ski locker yet customers are not to bring ski/snowboard equipment into the unit. However, even if the key did work, there may have been room for two sets of skis and poles. The unit we rented was able to sleep 8 people. We had 6 (2 skiers and 4 snowboarders). All that to say there so no way our equipment would have fit in their required lockers. These lockers were clearly designed prior to the advent of snowboards.Bottom line, would we stay there again? Maybe, but considering the price paid, SkyRun should do a better job in managing their properties so that customers are getting what they think they are paying for. Timothy Stayed Dec, 2019 Review Great place. Great locationespecially if youre skiing boarding at keystone. Host's response: Hey Timothy, thank you! We do love this location. See you again next year!
