Superb Stay!

Stayed for close to a week in mid-July with 2 families. Great house for a group of people! The front faces due West so you get super bright sun in the afternoon into the evening until sunset on sunny days. The living room/kitchen area really warms up so it can get stuffy, even with the windows open. Portable fans in all the rooms which is ideal to cool things off with the windows open. Fully stocked kitchen was perfect for meal prep...has everything you can think of. Rooms/beds were comfy! Super clean! Quiet area on the opposite side of the snake river so one does have to cross the main road, which can get busy. That is the only fault if one were to nitpick. Overall though had a wonderful stay, total 5 stars...highly recommended. And SkyRun as a rental company is great! Will absolutely be a repeat customer!

Amazing Men’s Retreat!

I stayed here for a men’s retreat and this place was ideal. It was perfect for fellowship and meals together, the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and modern, and the hot tub was ideal after the short walk back from the base of the resort. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish and unforgettable weekend getaway or retreat!

Keystone Basecamp Home is THE place to stay in they keystone/dillon area. We came as a family with littles and felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. They had TWO washers and dryers for all of our ski clothes. Plenty of sleeping space. A room right by the garage to hang our jackets and things, and put our ski stuff in the garage. The house was pristine - you can tell they really are attentive to cleaning the place. And THE VIEWS out every window are just stunnnning! You can even see the lifts from the downstairs master and front porch / hot tub. We loved the place so much and highly recommend! Such a beautiful home.

Some coworkers and I stayed here for a conference we had in Keystone. The space was lovely very clean, great location, beautiful views. We each had our own bedroom and private bathroom, which was perfect. Would definitely stay here again! It would be the perfect space for a couple families or friends to stay.

Amazing Stay!

Beautiful condo in great location and stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax. Perfect combination of space for togetherness as well as separate rooms for peace and quiet. Loved sitting on the porch looking at the mountain and sunset view. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Keystone. I’ll be back!

Perfect!

My family loved this space would definitely go back. It was more like staying in someone’s home, due to all the comforts and extras that were provided. Other than possibly having extra coffee, there was nothing else we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need, bar tools, grilling tools, even partial bottles of liquor that I assume were left by guests. We had six adults and two children, and everyone had their own space. The two kids slept in the upper bunks. I might mention that the trundle bed would not have been usable, as it had a very tiny mattress that did not fit the space. The bathrooms were beautiful and had toiletry items like you would expect in a hotel. The main living/kitchen space was open and bright with a sectional couch, gas fireplace, big screen TV, large dining table and beautiful kitchen, and lots of windows to look out on the beauty. They even provided a selection of games! Grill, hot tub, multiple balconies, and close to groceries and liquor. Right off the main highway. There are a lot of stairs, so be aware if that is an issue for someone in your party. There isn’t much dining in Keystone, but there are multiple towns really close. We very much enjoyed Frisco, which is maybe 10 minutes away. We had vegans in the group, and were able to find multiple options nearby that were delicious. Dillon Lake is beautiful, and some of our family walked the 7 1/2 miles from the cabin to the lake, where we ended up at a tiki bar right on the water, on the most perfect day. If you cross the highway and go behind the complexes, there is a trail/bike path that is paved all the way to Dillon Lake and into Frisco, if you’re interested on a longer bike ride. There’s a beautiful stream beside the path. As I said, we loved our stay! ❤️

Will Stay Again

Every spring we get together and rent a place in Keystone and ski A-basin. We stayed here this year and it is the best place we have stayed so far (we've been doing this for almost 10 years)! The place had everything we needed and it was very spacious for the 9 guests we had staying. The hot tub was a delight and there we no issues at the house. The only confusing thing is that address they give you is not where the place is located, but if you follow the directions you get at check in, you will have no problem getting to the place. We are hoping to stay here again next year! I would highly recommend this place!

Me and my friends had a great welcome when we got to this place. Everything is new and high end and everything works! The setting is beautiful and the house is so well laid out. Keystone Basecamp - Stellar Sunsets and Amazing Vistas

As I prepare to head back home, I am sitting in front of the beautiful windows at dinner table for 8 watching a light powder snow fall and think about the beautiful sunsets while soaking in the hot tub or drinking hot cocoa after spectacular days of skiing and snowboarding. Keystone has all you would expect from an Epic resort but without the overwhelming crowds and hustle and bustle of Breck or Vail. This condo makes the perfect basecamp for experiencing all this mountain valley has to offer. We hear about the amazing skiing at Arapaho Basin so went up there for a day above tree line - at 12,500 feet! It was only a fewminute drive from Keystone Basecamp. I will definitely be back in the summer. Cannot wait to Barbecue on the balcony while watching the summer sunsets. Bet they are as amazing as they were this winter!

Amazing Place, one of the best EVER

I just stayed here with some friends in early Feb, 2023! Place is gorgeous, incredibly clean! It is new and modern and it HAS EVERYTHIING! The owner has practically anything you need. Everything was comfortable and it is so convenient to ski at Keystone. I have stayed in alot of various places all over the US and this is one of the best for sure! Spectacular

This is the best rental we've ever stayed in. Everything is brand new and in top condition. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and had all the tools you'd need to cook a gourmet meal (even a food processor!). So many thoughtful consumables were supplied from coffee pods to post-it notes. The views out of the main room are breathtaking ~ keep your eyes out, we spotted a moose. On top of all that it was spotlessly clean and the management company was very responsive in coordinating a late check-out.

Great family ski vacation

This house is perfect for a large family group. Plenty of space to spread out. Location is a very easy drive to the slopes, where you can easily find front row parking with groups of 4 or more. Easy check in/out and prompt response to any inquiries or issues we had. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!!

Wow, we loved this place! What an incredible house filled with anything and everything, I can't name a single thing I would add or change, they thought of it all! Not only is the house great for a cozy stay but the location is also perfect for skiing, hiking, cycling, biking, and it's close to food and shopping (and they included an incredible list of the owners recommendations which helped us feel like we were locals too!). If I could I would give more than 5 stars! We will definitely be back!

Convenient and Fun!

Wonderful stay with walking access to the resort, trails, shops, and more. Also close and accessible to both highway 6 and I-70 via Loveland pass. Very well-maintained, clean, and aesthetic property with a great view of Keystone mountain from the hot tub! Large, roomy garage with all kinds of adventure and recreation accessories. Lots of beds and room for large or multiple families with no worry of overcrowding or lack of privacy. Have stayed multiple times and will certainly return for great vacations both summer and winter!

Perfect Getaway!

Just a great all around experience! It is very recent if not brand new construction. The owners/rental company were very easy to work with. The property was very clean and up to date. It has a huge chef's kitchen with an amazing Wolf range. The main level is one giant room with the kitchen, dinning area, and living room all in one. It's great to come home and hang out after a long day of adventures and hang out in one giant space. Two families and we all had plenty of room. Plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep. Great beds and pillows (you sleep a third of your life; it matters!) The views are amazing. It's right across from the mountain. Perfect getaway!

What a house!!

I have stayed here multiple weekends now and I absolutely love it. Right across the street from the resort, making it the perfect location to walk to the ski resort or hop on the rec path for a bike ride! The house is very clean and aesthetic. The home owners even have a whole section in the garage with bikes, helmets, footballs, soccer balls, etc. to use when staying at the house! Very family friendly home and I can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect Mountain Home

Couldn't be happier with our stay at this property! The home is so spacious with an open floor plan, large kitchen table and bar stools, all appliances are top of the line (amazing kitchen for cooking for large groups). It's obvious that the details matter, all furniture is cozy, beds are so comfortable, we even had a selection of pillows based on our sleeping preference. We stayed in the master upstairs across from the laundry room and did not hear the washer/dryer running at all. The views from the balconies are amazing, the location is convenient to shopping areas, hiking and biking trails, as well as Dillon town center for groceries and such. We will definitely stay here again! (On a side note, although construction is still taking place for other townhouses, we did not hear any construction noise.)

Great place for two families

We have stayed in VRBO/AirBnb's each summer in Colorado over the last 15+ years. This is one of our favorites for sure. We love the comfortable 4 bedrooms plus flex room/game room, and the private bathrooms for each bedroom. Two master suites providing king size beds is very nice too. Good parking for multiple cars, and very accessible to bike/walk trail system. (just go straight across the main street, down driveway of Lodge and you catch the paved trails)
