The Seasons at Keystone is a new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone. The living area features beautiful wooded views, a gas fireplace, and radiant floor heating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and new appliances. The breakfast bar seats four. The bathroom is just off the main living area and features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private laundry area off of the kitchen. The primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, lots of light, and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the private outdoor hot tub that offers beautiful views! The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax. The Seasons at Keystone offers shared amenities including a hot tub, steam room, and grills. The Seasons at Keystone is about a 10 minute walk to Keystone Lake on a meandering paved bike path. Hiking, biking and snowshoeing are just steps from the complex and the out of the way location makes for great wildlife viewing. The four of us had a very fun and relaxing weekend skiing, catching up, and eating great food! The condo is beautiful, nicely appointed, the kitchen is very functional, and the entire unit perfectly designed for two couples. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The best part was being able to jump into the hot tub after a day of skiing, without having to leave the unit. We had only one small maintenance issue during our stay, which was quickly addressed the next day. I would definitely stay at this property again. The repair is very high quality (not flip style), very nice design in brown tones, all the furniture and design attributes are high quality and expensive. There are all kitchen appliances, all plates, spoons, kitchen utensils and etc.The location could not be better, the view from the windows is excellent everywhere, there is a local road nearby, but there were few cars passing by and they could not be heard at all. The windows are new with double glass, the doors are high, the ceilings are high, a very pleasant feeling of spaciousness.There is a large hot tub on the terrace, the three of us enjoyed there every evening, the hydromassage works perfectly, the temperature is 104 degrees, different backlight modes. It is very nice when you are hot, and it is cold and snowing outside!The cost is fully consistent with the quality of the rest, I am pleasantly surprised that we found this option. The Seasons has many beautiful townhomes and we loved the layout of our townhouse. We enjoyed the private hot tub, but it appeared that maybe it had a few missed maintenance cleanings. We were very thankful that we had two humidifiers for each room but both had moldy filters. The rest of the townhouse was clean. The furnishings are nice but both queen beds were very firm and the adults woke up with sore backs, my spouse and I took turns sleeping on the couch which did partially help. The couch is hard and not the most comfortable either. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but was missing a hand mixer. It did have many other things that I wouldnt think of though. We loved cooking on the gas range, and the kitchen itself was beautiful. The heated floors felt wonderful after a day on the slopes. All in all we felt comfortable and made some wonderful memories. We loved the trails and Snake River running right beside us and we loved how convenient it is to Dillon, Silverthorne, and Breckenridge. The place in itself is very well laid out and functional. Plenty of space for 4 people. My only complaint is with the hot tub. The water level was super low so we were only able to use it a couple times during our stay. You could not have the jets on without it spraying everywhere. Maintenance was sent out, as requested but he was not able to fix the issue. All in all it was a nice place to stay. Beautiful walking trails right outside the door. Can see and hear the river from the back deck. This particular unit is ground floor, we were happy to not have to climb any stairs with luggage. The hot tub is large and felt great after a cold hike and conveniently situated on a corner so that you don't have to be next to someone while taking a soak. I appreciated the fact that the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and there was even some staples such as coffee, salt, pepper, oil, seasonings, etc. The bedrooms are very comfortable, however the master didn't have a remote control for the tv and the bathrooms are nice. I would suggest in the master bath that the owner mount some towel rods, for there isn't anywhere to hang a towel after use. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying in this condo. It is a great size for up to 4 people. Stayed Sep, 2021 Great Stay Convenient Location Lovely home. Clean and comfortable. Great location. We needed a location close to Keystone Ranch Golf Course as we were playing in a 2 day Colorado State tournament. Perfect place. It was also just across the river ( walking distance) to the Keystone Lodge so we could get massages. Restaurants and grocery shopping were not far.The only issue we had was the hot tub was unusable. We contacted the owner, but unfortunately they could not get it in working order before we departed.There was not a king bed in the Master, but we were only 2 people and needed 2 bedrooms anyway so queens were fine.They could add a towel bar or hook to hang your wet towelin the bathrooms.Other than that.....we were completely satisfied Kaydee Stayed Aug, 2021 Review My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights & it is a very nice place! The selling point for us was the private hot tub but unfortunately we could not use it our first night there as the heating was suspended due to the filter needing to be changed. I let them know & they did send someone out the next day to fix the issue which we appreciated. This unit has only queen sized beds but I noticed in the top part of the description it mentions king sizejust FYI. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable & adding a topper would be very beneficial. They did provide some Breck coffee for us & that was really nice! We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings as it got a little cool. There were guests in the unit above us our final 2 nights & you could hear the kids running around pretty well. There was a nice trail right outside the unit & a little river right behind the unit as well so that was fun! Having a washer/dryer was handy as I took advantage of that while we were there. Beautiful countertops and six burner gas range. The layout is perfect for a small family. I only have two complaints. The beds could have been a little more comfortable and the VRBO listing says it has air conditioned and it doesnt. Yes, the description has a small mentioned of no a/c hidden at the very bottom but the VRBO filters lists this unit as having a/c. Excellent with younger kids in the evenings since the bedrooms are separated from the living area so you don't have to worry about noise. You can hear the folks in the unit above walking around, but not terrible.Overall, SkyRun communication is good & convenient, though we had one significant miscommunication. My wife came home alone and was in the bedroom area for a few minutes before walking to the living area where she found a man standing in the living room. Scared the hell out of her. He was there to service the hot tub, but we had not been given any notice and it was obvious the unit was occupied (though the service person said he thought nobody was there). SkyRun said they didn't know the service was coming. Need to work on their policies with subcontractors about entering units. That said, its a convenient and lovely location, the hot tub is a plus, and being able to walk to the lake is also great. Right on the shuttle line, as well. The kitchen is well equiped. When we opened the shades in the morning-- the view was mountainous all around us.It had everything we needed for a family of 4. We drove a short distance -1/4 mile I think---with ski boots on(LOL) to the Mountain House West lot. (got the "passport" parking app/ its really easy) -- paid the $20 a day for parking but cound have taken the Silver shuttle service if we really wanted to..... We came back to the condo for lunch and then went back out to the mountain and grabbed the Peru lift. This is an easier process than going to the River Run free lot over and over..Dillon is close enough to pick up whatever you need..Great Value ! I would rent again if I was going to Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin-- or Copper.. They are all close. Thanks for sharing your Condo ! Carmen W. Stayed Jan, 2021 Winter vacation stay Our family of four (2 adults , 2 teenagers) stayed at this brand new unit. Was beautifully decorated, everything was brand new, had a very nicely equipped kitchen with a porch overlooking a wooded area. It is only a 4 minute drive to slopes (super convenient acess), the owner left some nice books to read amd our kids like the egg spachula. The beds are both queen-sized and on the firm side, but very comfortable. We would highly recommend renting this unit, shall it be for skiing or for using some of the hiking and walking trails that are right in front of the property.
