The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary king bedroom includes an attached ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a spacious vanity with ample storage, and a skylight that brings in abundant natural light. This bedroom also has direct access to the sunroom, creating a bright and peaceful extension of the living space. The second bedroom features a king bed and provides a quiet, comfortable place to unwind. The third bedroom includes two twin beds and offers direct access to the deck and propane grill, making outdoor dining and grilling convenient. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs for added comfort.

A shared hall bathroom has been recently updated and features a modern walk-in shower and single sink vanity.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to a cozy seating area with a pair of chairs, perfect for morning coffee or casual conversation. From there, the space flows into the main living room, which offers ample seating and a TV for relaxing after a day at the beach. Just beyond the living room, the sunroom serves as a bright and inviting gathering space with large windows that fill the room with natural light. The sunroom includes a dining area with plenty of seating as well as an additional living area with a couch, chairs, and a TV, making it ideal for meals, games, or unwinding together.

Outdoor spaces are equally inviting, with a private deck featuring a propane grill and a covered seating and lounge area beneath the cottage, ideal for shaded relaxation. Covered parking is available at the property for added convenience.

Amenity cards are not included with this rental. Guests may independently purchase Seabrook Island amenity cards through the Seabrook Amenity Card Office or in advance of their stay for $50.00 per day or $300 per week.
