Stayed Apr, 2024 Review The view was absolutely stunning. I loved the turning of all the roads to get up to the Hilltop - it was exactly what we needed for a quiet getaway. The dogs had a blast, the kids had a blast in the garage, and I loved the big dining table and oversized bath tub. My 13 year old loved the tv access and stayed up late watching Gremlins. I will say it is definitely a getaway so don't forget all you might want or need because I paid dearly for a DoorDash delivery. Definitely our vibe. Thank you! It what was described. I was hoping we could see the fireworks across the Lake during the 4th. We got multiple firework displays all weekend leading up to the 4th. Communication was good by host management company. We went to the pool twice during our six night stay and it was good. We went to downtown Austin and took about 40 to 45 minutes. Oasis restaurant was about 30 to 35 minI win with my family (four-month-old a three year old grandma, two teenagers and my wife and myself) and we felt we had enough room. However, the house is more vertical and horizontal but in this case, it was helpful for the amazing view.Pros: peaceful and relaxing out of the city and able to do lake life within a half an hour away.Cons: we had ants starting on the second night downstairs in the master bath and informed the host.
