Seasonal & Snowbird Rentals in Marco Island

If you’re looking spend more than a few days in Marco Island or escape the snow for the winter, SkyRun has a portfolio of properties suited for a longer stay, including beachfront condos, waterfront homes, and townhomes with plenty of room to unpack. Several of our Marco Island monthly rentals are set up with extended guests in mind, and some require a longer minimum stay by design, which tends to mean quieter buildings with less weekend turnover.

Marco Island is a favorite landing spot for snowbirds heading south for the winter, and once you’ve spent a few weeks here, it’s easy to understand the pull. The Gulf of Mexico stays calm most of the year, Southwest Florida’s temperatures run well above what most of the country sees from November through March, and Crescent Beach, the long stretch of shoreline running along the island’s Gulf side, gives you plenty of room to spread out. Tigertail Beach and South Marco Beach are the two main access points, both good for an afternoon of shelling, and from either one it’s a short trip out to the Ten Thousand Islands or the edge of the Everglades if you want to get out on the water. On land, there’s golf across the Paradise Coast, shopping at Marco Walk Plaza, and enough restaurants that you won’t have to cook every night, even with a full kitchen at your disposal.

In addition to long-term stay properties SkyRun Vacation Rentals Marco Island portfolio includes short term rentals across the island: condo rentals in San Marco Villas and South Seas East, units in the South Seas Tower buildings, and canal-front or waterfront homes with a private dock for guests who want easy access to the water. Marco Island has been home to condo living since the 1960s and 70s, when communities like Ville de Marco went up near Old Marco, and that mix of older, established buildings and newer developments is still part of what gives the island its character today. Wherever you land, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, free wifi, and air conditioning built to handle the Florida heat. Many of our Marco Island condo rentals also come with a private or heated pool, a jacuzzi, a BBQ grill, or nearby tennis courts, and we have pet-friendly options too if you’re bringing a four-legged companion along for the season.
