We had a wonderful stay. The home was comfortable and suited all of our needs. We considered extending for one more night just to relax! These are not complaints but just fyi to consider:There is no bathroom on the entry level floor so if you have issues with mobility keep in mind its stairs up or down to the bathroom. Salt, pepper and olive oil are available. If you plan to cook and need to season, keep that in mind for packing/shopping. Summers in the valley are HOT. There was a high heat warning the weekend we stayed . Therefore, the pool water was very warm. Think warm bath water. We still enjoyed being in the water but if youre looking to cool off that wasnt really an option after early morning. We would spend time in the pool and then all go take a break from the sun in the house and play games and watch movies (my husband and I LOVE shuffleboard) and hit the pool again after a while.This would be my ideal fall/winter staycation rental.

Great house for an adult getaway or a family trip. The house has several unique spaces, for togetherness or separation and the backyard pool / hot tub is a true oasis. The backyard, early in the morning, is nothing short of heaven. If you do choose to go out, Old Town Chandler is around the corner and down the street. This house was perfect for our family stay! Perfectly clean, great spaces, everything in working order. The back yard is exceptionalwonderful pool/hot tub, and a great play space for the kids with the putting greens, beanbag games, nice places to sit with ceiling fans and lighting in the evening. We were able to get a high chair and travel crib, which really helped! The pool shed was FULL of pool toys/floats, etcso check that out before bringing or buying more! Very good communication, and easy to check in and out. Highly recommend!

It was more then I could ever imagine, the home was breath taking. This trip was for my husband's 70th Birthday (in heaven) whom passed away 7 months ago. One of his wishes before his passing was for us to go to the grand canyon, he told us we had to go and he would be with us all, all the way. The house had SO many things that gave peace and enjoyment to the gathering. I truly don't remember the last time I have been so relaxed and the feeling at home was unreal. This was a celebration we will cherish for ever. Memories we will have for a life time. This is not just a house to rent, but a true home of love and joy. Thank you so much for the gift you gave us Pete and Maria.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the house immensely. There were seven of us -- two parents, two kids, and three grandparents - and it lived easy. The house was as described and pictured. The pool, putting green, ping pong and game room were all hits. Would 100% recommend.

Everything about the house was perfect for a family of ten. The kids always had something fun to do with all of the games and amenities. The house was spotless and had everything needed to make us feel right at home. The backyard is absolutely amazing for entertaining! The pool and hot tub were very clean with perfect temps. We had a baby on this trip. Pete and Maria included a complimentary high chair and a pack and play. This was a huge perk from a luggage perspective as we were flying. We also used the grill which was very clean and easy to use. As far as communication, Pete and Maria are very quick respond. I highly recommend this host and property. Very smooth process.

Pete and Marias place was awesome! The heated pool was great and the hot tub was exceptional! The house was well appointed and had everything we need! The fun games in the yard were plenty to keep the kids busy! We had a small disruption and Pete was awesome to work with and very accommodating! Would definitely recommend to families to enjoy a relaxing getaway with plenty to keep you entertained without even leaving. We walked over to the park (about 1/3 mile) for the kids to run and play and for adults to get in a jog! Grocery store just down the road and convenient! All in all awesome stay!

We had a wonderful gathering with our adult children and grandchildren - 13 total people. The house was amazing! One of our all-time favorite stays! Lots of room, great kitchen and eating area, and best of all was the outstanding backyard space. The pool was wonderfully heated. We enjoyed family time swimming, playing cornhole, ping pong, shuffle board, and making up games on the putting green. Pete and Maria were super responsive and helpful - usually immediate responses to our questions. We visited several great public parks in the area - one within walking distance. Chandler is a lovely area. We'd love to explore downtown more next time. Thanks, Pete and Maria, for our stay. We'd return in a heartbeat!

A great place to stay for 13 guests (8 adults, 4 teens and 1 child). We were looking for a house that not only had space for that number to sleep, but also had space for us to all eat and hang out. Pete and Marias house fit the bill! We enjoyed our time here!

An amazing house that was perfect for our family Christmas. Lots of space for our group of 8 with each couple having their own room. We loved the pool and hot tub and all of the activities/games both outside and inside. Pete and Maria were wonderful hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

A perfect family place. Loved the pool and we were floating in it every day. The kids loved the mini golf and the grownups played ping pong & shuffle board. Kitchen well stocked and they had plenty of pool towels! Great having a washer and dryer for towels! Thank you

This property exceeded all expectations! The entire outdoor area was beautiful with the turf throughout and provided great sun exposure to enjoy the nice weather. Plenty of seating and space inside and outside for large groups. Property came stocked with essentials like garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry pods, etc. Lastly, hosts were extremely responsive and provided early check-in options to accommodate early flights. I highly recommend this property!

Overall had a great experience with our group- we had a combination of smallChildren and adults and fun was had by all! Only complaints were there was only one kitchen towel available and when your stay is with multiple people and for several days, that kitchen towel can get pretty gross and then you have to wait for it to go through laundry before using again. Also- not very many coffee cupsFor a group of adults! We drank coffee in shifts so that we could wash the mugs in between shifts. Otherwise, the pool/hot tub was fun for kids and adults alike, as well as the ping pong and putt putt. Spent lots of time doing those things. Location so close to downtown chandler, which has lots of fun restaurants and breweries! Would definitely stay at this place again if we come back to the area!

Thanks for your feedback. We have enough coffee mugs as the amount of people the home sleeps. If you needed more, we would have been happy to bring some by. Also, we supply the home with paper towels. We recommend using paper towels to wipe down countertops or tables. My restaurant background and sanitary license taught that its much more sanitary to use paper towels to clean surfaces with disposable paper towels, as opposed to kitchen towels. Kitchen towels are meant to wipe clean hands, but not dirty surfaces. Hope this info helps. We would be happy to host you again

This Place was great for my family! Its was spacious and the kids loved the pool and games inside the home and out in the backyard. Pete and Maria were very thoughtful and the house had everything we needed. The house is renovated from the inside and its clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. Chandler is close to Gilbert and Scottsdale if u want to wine and dine. There are local stores around Chandler if you need to get groceries. Great place I recommend 100%.

This house is located in a cozy residential area close to downtown. The house was well cared for and decorated nicely.Plenty of space for 3 families( 9 people) on a soccer tournament. Everyone was comfortable. This place has an early checkout time (10am) compared to other. We had to pay extra $50 to have later checkout at noon. However, we have enjoyed our stays and would visit again. Nice rental property.

Pete and Marias place was an oasis and the pool/hot tub were both amazing with less than ideal weather! Their home was very comfortable, a great layout and tons of space for our group! Downtown Chandler was less than 5 minutes away with excellent restaurants! Also easy commute to great hiking on Superstition Mountains. Thanks for an amazing get away! Snakes and Lattes was a great way to spend our rainy day before check in

This home was so perfect for our big family! We had a blast in the back yard and in the heated pool and hot tub! Nice big kitchen made it easy to feed everyone at once! Great location to many restaurants and family activities. Very friendly and prompt hosts. We hope to be coming back next year!

This home is beautiful and the perfect floor plan that offers plenty of space. The games downstairs were a big hit with the adults and kids. And then there is the outside. It looks like a resort with a beautiful pool, sitting area, and lots of yard games. We would definitely stay here again. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect for Spring Training!

Perfect house for fun in the sun! We had 8 adults and 6 kids and it worked perfectly. The kids never wanted to leave the backyard! Very clean, easy check-in and all the amenities you could hope for. Would definitely stay again!
