This was a lovely place to stay. I stayed in the master bedroom which was nice and spacious. We also took advantage of the pool area. Very beautiful and peaceful surroundings. I do have just a couple of recommendations to make the experience perfect- I would say add more full lengths mirrors. There was one in one bedroom and I kept having to go to someone elses room just took see my outfit. Only other thing would be add speakers outside. I know it would be an investment but it would be a great one! Other than that, great stay!

Very nice house! Was spotless upon arrival with clean linens and towels. They gave us clear instructions on pool amenities as well as other instructions as well. They are flexible with check in/out times as well for a fee of $100 or more depending on how early/late you want to check in/out. Process was smooth overall and we enjoyed our stay here.

The house is amazing with high end finishes and tons of space. We really appreciated the small touches like having dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, and really nice soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. Its nice to not have to buy these items when on vacation (regular vacation renters will understand this!). The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The home was the perfect layout for our long girlfriends weekend. Pete and Maria make things so easy - all the information was at my fingertips. Its clear these hosts are experienced and pay attention to the details. This rental was seamless and wed be happy to return for another stay if our plans bring us back to the area.

We come to Fountain Hills annually for sales meetings and golfing. Staying at Pete and Maria's home made this year really great for my colleagues and I. We look forward to staying with them again next year

A really fantastic property, its even bigger and more luxurious than it looks in the photos. Pete and Maria were fantastic hosts and dealt with a very minor issue with the dishwasher immediately and proactively. Well definitely hope to be back next year!

House is spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It's in a very quiet neighborhood.There are a few things we would like to mention:-bring blackout shades if you need them, especially if you have small children who need a dark room to sleep. All of the bedrooms are BRIGHT, we had to put portable coverings on the windows. -There isn't much privacy. There are no shades on the big multi sliding door and window leading to the yard from living room. A maintenance man was peering into our window and started waving me down to get me to come outside to ask me a question about the pool. It scared our toddler, and it was really uncomfortable to have someone pointedly looking in the window trying to talk to us when we weren't expecting it. -The garage door clicker didn't workBut with that being said, it's a beautiful house and still warrants a 5 star review. The host was very responsive.

Sorry you missed the part in the welcome book where we mention that the home gets weekly pool service and that the pool maintenance guy would be coming into the backyard to service the pool. I believe he was waiving at you from the backyard and you saw him through the patio glass door. All of the bedrooms have privacy shades on each window. We hope to have you back.

My family and I are fortunate that we had the opportunity to spend Christmas in Pete and Marias beautiful house. We enjoyed meals together in the spacious open kitchen and dining area along with lots of pool time and games for the children. We reached out to Pete and Maria about the dryer not working and they were quick to respond and had the dryer fixed up and running by the next day. I would highly recommend this home to anybody. Thank you for helping us have a great family Christmas.

Amazing! This rental home was absolutely one of the best we ever stayed at. Pete and Maria were so easy to communicate with and they responded immediately. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also had many really cool extra features like the rooftop patio, the putting green and other outdoor games. The pool was wonderful and actually was a great temperature. Pete and Maria obviously know what they are doing and provide a wonderful experience for their guests. This house is even better than the photos and we would definitely stay again.

We could go on and on about this place!! It was beyond spotless . We kept saying to one another that we thought it was brand new! It was gorgeous!! Huge open floorplan, minimally but beautifully decorated and stocked, high ceilings, wide hallwaysjust a great layout. But the best part was the yard . It was amazing! The pool was beautiful with a waterfall and so clean! I havent gotten in a pool in years, but I was in this one multiple times a day! Playing ping pong, then practicing our putts, and back to the pool. My husband and I had a great time spending a week in this gem!Weve stayed at dozens of homes all over the country and this was by far thee best all around. Spacious, beautifully designed and decorated, huge tv with multi programmable fireplace with so many color combos, the fun backyard, it was all so great. The Lord blessed us with a fluke of a deal and we had the best week and the beauty and peacefulness of the house had everything to do with it! Loved it !!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable in a gorgeous neighborhood. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. They were quick to respond to texts which was greatly appreciated. The heated pool and backyard activities were a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay here again.
