I cannot say enough good about the hosts for this property and the home itself. It's perfectly located to get to everything in Gilbert. Super clean, well maintained, the perfect size for us, our four children and our grandchildren. We asked if there were two playpens and not only were the playpens there and set up, there were also two high chairs!!! With the pool table, pool (and all the floaty toys), putting golf green, corn hole, games, etc, everyone always had something to do. The garage was super helpful with the 111 degree temperatures. All the fans, air conditioning and shaded afternoon backyard made the house perfect. The bathrooms, closets, beds, towels, etc were super clean and very user friendly. It's a full neighborhood with lots of cars but very quiet and friendly. The hosts were super responsive and so helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a family visit for our nieces graduation. We have a large family and this place had the space we needed, plenty to keep us occupied, the pool was very nice in the heat and was exactly what we had hoped for. The management was very responsive when we had questions and were super nice. We enjoyed our week there. Even had a pair of doves for roommates. Only complaint is the beds weren't as soft as home but certainly didn't feel like it wasn't home. We would stay here again if we travel as a family again.

Our family had a great getaway at Pete and Maria"s. We enjoyed the pool, putting green, and bags in the yard, and the pool table inside! We were there for a Cub game and the location made travel easy to the game. We had never been to Gilbert and enjoyed going to the Heritage area for restaurants in the evening. Their home was perfect for our trip!

The house was exactly as advertised. The pool area was nice. We did not get to use it due to weather but it looked great. The putting green was cool and makes me want one at my house. The pool table was the biggest hit and my 10 year old think he is now a pool shark! It was just my son and I but there is so much space to hang out that you could easily have 10 or so people staying there. The location was nice as it was right off the 60 with easy access to anywhere you wanted to go. The hosts communicated really well. We didn't need anything but I had the feeling if we did, they would have jumped all over it.Overall, we definitely recommend this location and the hosts!

This house truly met our needs in terms of bedrooms, a HEATED swimming pool, and outdoor living spaces! We had 3 generations ranging from infants to seniors, and were all able to have our own spaces. We would have appreciated a few more kitchen supplies like serving dishes and complete sets of measuring cups and spoons, but that was a very minor inconvenience. Our only complaint was the dirty floors. The house looked very clean, but the pink pants on the 2 crawling infants were black within minutes of crawling around, and the white socks on an adult also became dirty instantly. This was surprising since so many previous reviews raved about the cleanliness of the house. We did find a mop and bucket and washed the floors ourselves. Overall, we were pleased with the accomodations.

Beautiful & clean home! The pictures captured the home well. The home fit our family of 6 very well. The area was nice and located near restaurants and shops. The only negative are the two king beds have overly hard mattresses. I would recommend adding a mattress topper to both. The queen mattresses were great as well as the two beds in the one room.

Really happy with the house we stayed in and with Pete and Maria. Day of, we requested an early check in since we got into town and they accommodated. We also asked if they had a high chair and pack in play and they made sure to put one in. The house had everything we needed, the ac/heater worked great and the pool was heated. Id recommend this house to friends or family.

The place was nice but not homey. I found the place echoed and the furniture very uncomfortable. Lots of room and the pool was great! If youre staying just to go out on the town its perfect. If youre staying to be with your guests and hang by the pool Id stay elsewhere.

Pete & Maria were great hosts. The house is as described and is well maintained. There was plenty of space and lots of activities to do. The pool table was a hit. it was also nice to have a pool to cool off in. We would stay there again.

Our family of 13 were in town for the wedding. This house worked out perfectly! The putting green, pool table and pool were a huge hit with our grandson and the adults. It was very clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to shopping for anything you need and many nearby restaurants.

Great spot for couples

You know when you look for a place for many adult couples for an event, and all you can find are places with bunk beds? Not here! Loved the layout of the house with personal space for each couple. Backyard is awesome for hanging out. The property managers were easy to communicate with. No hesitations to stay here again!

First of all Air B&B sucks. Air B&B couldnt function and their customer service was clueless about changing dates. It was such a simple request, but they were worthless. That said, Pete and Marias place was wonderful. Nice people who tried to help with scheduling, but couldnt do much as Air B&B controlled the scheduling. Definitely use Pete and Marias place.

This is a must stay! A group of us had a wetting in Gold Canyon but also wanted to explore Scottsdale so it was the perfect in between! The house was 20 minutes to airport and to the city. It was located in a cute development that was very quiet. It was stacked with amazing outdoor activities. The hosts were very accommodating and quick with responses! It had spacious rooms and bathrooms! I would only add just more mirrors in bedrooms for easier getting ready with a group!

This home had everything we needed. Probably one of the better stocked kitchens we have had in an Airbnb. Plenty of space for my large family and I that stayed there. The pool was amazing to have and there were lots of towels for all of us. The house was so wonderfully maintained and super clean! Unfortunately a monsoon came through during our stay and damaged a few things, but the owners were great to answer us promptly and resolve any issues we had. All you need to pack are your clothes because this house pretty much provides all the essentials. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the phoenix/Mesa/Gilbert area. We had a great time!!

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. I went on a girls trip with my coworkers and this wasnt too far from good restaurants and fun things to do in Scottsdale. I appreciated having access to the garage for late night coming and going, as we didnt want to disturb the neighbors. The pool and backyard was perfect. Id like to come back and stay with my kids next time.

Pete and Maria were extremely responsive to all of our inquiries prior to our arrival and during our stay. Their lovely home was very clean and the perfect place for our family, including 3 young grandkids, to enjoy a wonderful week together. Plenty of room for everyone and great activities with a pool table, putting green, corn hole and heated pool. Grandkids also enjoyed the parks in the neighborhood.
