My family of my 6 had a blast! There was an issue with the grill and my husband couldn't get it to light. Someone came over within 10 minutes and fixed it for us! My kids loved the pool, the putting green, corn hole and the other games provided in the house. Perfect for a family getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Pete and Marias Airbnb was very comfortable and roomy. Beautifully decorated with modern touch. House was very clean. House is in a fantastic location in a private neighborhood close to downtown Gilbert and short drive to Scottsdale, Chandler and other neat areas. Highly recommend.

This house was everything and more. It was such a relief to snag this house after my first reservation at another property was cancelled with no warning, and left me scrambling to find a place. The host was responsive and helpful even before payment was received and they remained that way to the very end. Staying here felt like home. Highly recommend.

This was one of the better airbnbs we have stayed in. It was exactly as depicted in the photos (honestly - larger than we anticipated). We have a crawling baby and a small dog. Both of them were comfortable and had everything they needed. I appreciated how quickly Pete and Maria responded whenever I would message them.

Really nice family house with lots of room. The house decoration is very clean - not too many decorations to get in the way with kids. The back yard is great. The pool was clean and the golf/corn hole area was fun too. The grill had propane and was easy to use. There are a couple of family games. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The white linens were comfy. It's a quiet neighborhood so it's good for families.

We will be back! Pete and Marias place felt just like home Gorgeous and so clean! They also thought of anything you would need . Came here to celebrate my husbands birthday with our kids and everyone had a great time relaxing in the sparkling pool to playing cornhole and playing on the putting green. The outdoor covered patio is perfect for lunch or snacks after working up an appetite in the pool . The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed . The entire inside was decorated so cute and made it comfortable . It was so quiet and peaceful . We will definitely come back again ! Thanks for helping us create wonderful memories

Our stay at Pete and Maria's place was everything and more! From the comfortable accommodations in the home, to the nice patio in the backyard! The place had everything you could think of. Absolutely perfect for our family! Our five and seven-year-olds loved the golfing green and pool! This home is welcoming and accommodating, we would definitely recommend! We had everything we needed, plus the internet was strong enough to host my video calls for work. Gilbert is also a really great location. Was central to all the restaurants we wanted to go to, and the neighborhood was peaceful and family friendly.

This house is set up very well for overnighting with a family. Four bedrooms are laid out nicely with great mattresses and decor. With ample living space for lounging, card playing and dining we felt very much at home on our vacation. We enjoyed sunning by the pool (although the pool temperature could be warmer). Also, enjoyed the putting green. Best of all, the Chiefs won.

Nice house to stay in with a family! Kitchen couldve had more appliances to use but overall we mainly had what we needed to cook! Pete was super helpful when pool didnt seem to be heating, he came over to check it out and let us know the way its set up it will only heat 15 degrees above outside temperature. Sadly we couldnt use it to swim as it never got warm enough when it was 55-60 outside:( kids were bummed about that for sure but did enjoy the putting green and corn hole!

Beautiful and clean house with a great backyard! We didnt get to use the pool due to weather but my husband thoroughly enjoyed the putting green. The house wasnt far from lots of places for us to visit and hike. We both said well definitely be back in the future during warm weather to do even more.

Pete & Marias home was the perfect background for a girls weekend in Gilbert. The home is well styled and well stocked, and slept our large group comfortably. We had a great pool day in the backyard and with how hot it was in the middle of summer, we appreciated that some could keep cool in the shaded patio seating and still easily converse with those in the pool area. Pete and Maria were very responsive and when we were in need of toilet paper and paper towels, they had some out to the house within the hour. Their place is very centrally located to downtown Gilbert, the farmers market, and plenty of grocery stores and other shops. We would highly recommend staying here.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable - perfect for a family spring break. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to Sloan Park for spring training. Perfect for families staying in Phoenix
We had a wonderful short 3-day stay at this Gilbert home! Very clean and owners checked in a few times. It fit our family of 5, plus grandma perfectly! And there was plenty of room for a few more. Kids loved the pool! Weather was a little chilly for my liking (in the 60s and sunny) but since it was heated the kids went in every day!

Very clean, we were there for Christmas and sadly was met with some rude phone calls and texts after being 10 minutes late to check out. Our bad, but figured Christmas Day wouldnt be so strict. Dont assume to be met with great hospitality, but we did enjoy a nice clean house for the duration of our stay.

Hi Brooke, We always try to accommodate late check out requests when possible. In this case, we did not receive a request for a late check out so we can plan around it. We need to follow strict cleaning guidelines due to Covid, and had another family checking in on Christmas Day. When we receive and approve late check out requests, we schedule additional cleaning people to ensure we can get everything done prior to the next guests checking in. We are sorry you felt that we were inhospitable. We always aim to exceed expectations for both our arriving and departing guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very cute and trendy, and was at the end of a quiet culdesac. It was a great relaxing place to come back to with our family after a day of playing with family down there. The air conditioning also worked great! We were nice and cool. Thank you for an amazing stay in Arizona! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. There was a perfect sized pool with an additional grassy area. We especially enjoyed the large leather sectional - perfect for relaxing and chatting. We cannot wait to come back and have already shared the link to the home with friends and family. The location was perfect. We rented a car and were able to get to downtown Gilbert (many restaurants) under ten minutes. Additionally, Scottsdale was only about a 20 minute drive away. Efcharisto!

This house was perfect for our needs! Great layout Multi family use. Spacious, clean and easy to get to. The crib was nice to have for our littles. Pool was fun with lots of floaties to use- kids loved it! The extra high doorknob on the door leading out to the pool area was brilliant, small kids cant reach it to go outside. This house was incredible! Its about 2 miles from downtown Gilbert and is tucked away in a really nice neighborhood that we enjoyed walking through every day. The finishing touches to the interior were noticed and appreciated from the toiletries, decor, and beach towels and toys. Pete and Maria went above and beyond in making this such a great space and making it feel like home that we did not want to leave! We cant wait to come back and stay here when were in the area in the future!

Pete & Maria were extremely responsive to any questions I had before my stay and were accommodating to ensure there was enough seating outdoors for the 10 guests. The house was absolutely ADORABLE. I wish I could pick it up and plant it on my own property at home! Not only was it extremely clean and cute, but comfortable toobeds, pillows, sectional couch, you name it! There were more than enough pool and bath towels for our 3 night stay. The backyard was also great. The pool had great sun exposure during our stay late April/early May. The backyard lights and grass area was perfect too. We did not end up using the grill but there was one on the back patio. I would definitely recommend staying here! My girlfriends and I plan to be back (hopefully soon!)

Pete and Marias home was a dream! Clean, modern, and beautiful inside and adorable string lights made for a cozy backyard! Decor was lovely, refreshing, and welcoming! They were even able to accommodate our request for a few extra outdoor chairs, for a group of 10 ladies traveling across the country! This home was perfect for our busy family needing some sun but all working remotely in some fashion or another. Throughout our stay in this beautifully remodeled home, we had three college students doing distance learning and interviewing for jobs, as well as my wife and I working remotely. The setup in the home was able to handle it all without any issues. The owners provided excellent communication before and throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this home and will be back.

Nice place- simple design was relaxing. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor area! Everything we needed was provided (towels, body wash, etc). Wish we had known about the reverse osmosis water option so we didnt bring along a case of water to drink - but that was a small thing.

This place was perfect for what we needed. Kids enjoyed the private pool from sun up to sun down. Easy drive to down town Gilbert for dinner and ice cream. Down town Gilbert was the cutest little street. The house felt warm and comfortable with very good lay out for our family.

This home is so cute with everything you need for the weekend. The beds were comfortable, the house was accommodating, the owners are easy to get a hold of and respond quickly. There are a ton of restaurants and stores close. We had a great weekend at this home and would stay here again.

This house was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family stay in Gilbert! Downtown Gilbert is a lot of fun and the house was less than a 10 minute drive to downtown! Very nice and safe neighborhood. The pool and backyard was great and allowed for a lot of fun during the day and at night! Overall our stay was absolutely perfect - nothing we would have changed. Pete and Maria were very responsive the whole booking process but also while at the home! I definitely recommend this home and booking through Pete and Maria! You wont be disappointed!!!

Absolutely amazing stay at Pete and Marias! The decor is absolutely delightful and relaxes you the moment you step into this charming home. The beds were extremely comfortable with cotton sheets plus there was an abundance of soft white towels for our stay. The kitchen was amply stocked with plenty of dishes. The living space was beautiful and roomy, our group of 4 had plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Pete and Maria are excellent hosts who were great at staying in contact during our stay. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again-its a true gem!
