The place was spotless! I really appreciated that they have a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. (Having lived in Arizona for 10 years, I know that the water straight out of the tap, while note harmful, does not taste good. The R/O system solves that problem.) The home was extremely clean and welcoming! The kitchen had everything we needed to make full complete meals each day. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials incase we forgot any toiletries. The beds were firm, air conditioning and heat worked very well. Tvs had a range of apps to enjoy and watch. Garage fit our Toyota 4 runner perfect. Location was AMAZING! Walking distance to all the best places! We will be returning very soon & look forward to our next stay! Our family felt right at home and our host was very responsive to our text or phone call (within 1 hour or less). This house was super clean and well organize also close to a lot of stores for grocery shopping and restaurants (within walking distance after 5 pm), as well as 2 Malls within 30 mins along with 2 amusement parks no more than 30 minutes away from the house. The bonus item for our family was the Salt water pool near by the house to cool off from the Arizona heat (community pool are hours 7 am to 10pm). It was a tough time with COVID19 travel restrictions and restaurant closures but the self-cleaning heated private pool was a real asset with our kids and grandkids coming for a short time. The house was tastefully decorated, clean and best of all everything in it worked as it should! The house was quiet and in a good neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay tere and would give 5 stars and beyond to Pete and Maria. They were caring, attentive and responsive without being intrusive..... a perfect combination of characteritics in a great AirBNB host! The location is within a short walk of downtown Gilbert's Heritage District so you can easily access many excellent restaurants in just a few minutes. The property is spacious and open and had everything we needed for a longer stay. Pete and Maria did a great job communicating and made sure we had everything we needed and offered to bring anything by that we didn't have.
