We live in town (Chandler) and this is our 2nd time staying in this beautiful home. Our family from Washington state Loves that we can have a wonderful place to spend time together.. Like Sharing a great meal in the kitchen The pool was a highlight as well as the pool table!! We really wanted to reserve the house next month.. unfortunately the dates didnt work out.. We highly recommend youl enjoy Pete and Marias home!! Also, loved that they had a pack and play and a high chair.. for our 6 month old.. The little one absolutely loved the pool & being able to use his walker in the in the house!!

The chef's kitchen is an absolute dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and perfect for culinary enthusiasts.One of the highlights of this home is undoubtedly the stunning backyard oasis. With a refreshing waterfall pool and plenty of shade, it's the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the Arizona sun. Plus, being close to a greenbelt walking trail adds an extra touch of tranquility to the surroundings. And let's not forget about the location - situated near a plethora of dining options in Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek, you'll never run out of delicious culinary experiences to indulge in. Pete & Maria's house was incredible! It was super spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and had tons of great amenities. We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect place for our group to come together and hang out. The only downside was the neighborhood seems very strict in terms of parking and noise. It wasn't really a problem but the neighbors seem sensitive to even a pretty limited amount of noise such as our group all talking and hanging out by the pool. In general, would happily stay again and Pete & Maria were wonderful hosts!

Hi AshleyThanks for staying with us and for your review. Our house rules has quiet hours from 10pm-8am. You were playing music at 10:30 which disturbed the neighbors. Also, no street parking is allowed in this subdivision.

From the start just awesome. I was traveling with my 3 kids. My youngest had a softball tournament so we needed something close to Mesa. Everything we needed was within a 20 minute drive. Area felt safe and welcoming. Great food in the area. Not one hiccup the entire time. The rental company was extremely responsive and would message to make sure everything was perfect. Kitchen is phenomenal. Beds are to die for. I would kill for the water pressure they have in that house. Hands down best Airbnb I have had the pleasure of staying in. Cant say enough good things. We loved this home!! It is spacious, well furnished, clean, comfortable and beautiful!! We had everything we needed. The space was perfect for our family - seating, pool table, big kitchen, and comfortable beds. The backyard is really pretty, well manicured, lots of seating and a beautiful heated pool. A favorite was opening the big sliding glass doors from the living room to the backyard and enjoying the gorgeous weather. The home is on a cul de sac which gives access to a network of sidewalks within a big green belt. There is a small lake with ducks and seating areas. Thank you Pete and Maria for such an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again!

This house is definitely a five-star rating! We visited during a heat wave, and the air conditioner worked amazingly! The decorating, cleanliness, and stocked kitchen were great. The pool table and area to spread out was a hit! The 4th half bathroom was great. We are from San Diego and rented the house for a place for our daughter to get ready for her wedding. The house made amazing shots in her wedding dress. The only negative thing I have to say is parking. You can not park on the street or in the surrounding area. Makes it difficult if you have visitors or a large group.

Beautiful house perfect for families with kids! The pool has a shallow area thats great for our one year old. There was a pack and play and a high chair which came in very handy. There were TVs in so many rooms, so the kids could watch their shows while the adults could watch the womens World Cup. The bedrooms were inviting and the beds were all very comfortable. The linens were very nice as well. They provided really nice soaps/shampoo/conditioners. Kitchen had high end appliances with everything we needed to cook some great meals. Great location with easy access to gym/groceries/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time during our stay. It is as beautiful as the photos show with many luxury amenities. The heated pool and backyard feel like you are staying at a resort and is very private. The location was close to downtown Gilbert with many restaurants and shopping nearby. We also enjoyed the walking trails in the neighborhood. I cannot say enough great things about Pete and Marias place. We had a blast. The house is absolutely gorgeous and fit 6 people and 3 kids comfortably!
