Brew coffee in the open kitchen, and soak up the Arizona sunshine in the large turf covered backyard. Take a dip in the complimentary heated play pool, and throw some burgers on the BBQ while the group stays busy with a game of pool or corn hole. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The open floor plan and the number of bedrooms was awesome. We used the pool table and the pool a ton. We were able to watch a family movie in the living room. Bedrooms were inviting. Not a fan of the shower. Too small and shower-head could be better. Floors were a little dirty and couch could be updated. Overall, the house was a great fit for our trip and near a ton of restaurants, TopGolf, movies and more. We would stay there again.

My family and I had a blast, especially with the pool that was extremely squeaky clean and have never had an Airbnb rental with such a clean pool. everything that we needed was there. The house was amazing and generally locates for all my needs. I was there for graduation from GCU and it was perfect. There was plenty of things to do there at the house for my kids to do to keep them busy as well as for the family to be able to relax as well. I would definitely go back there again!!

This place was fantastic. We did a 6 guy golf trip and this was the perfect place to stay. The backyard is fantastic. Lots of restaurants a short drive away, although they tend to be chains. We were really pleased with the price. We didnt have any problems with the house. The pool in the back as well as the pool table were popular.

My husband and I with our 4 children stayed at Pete and Marias place. We absolutely loved it. House felt so fresh and clean. They had a pack and play set up ready for my baby. The pool was fully fenced which was a MUST for us with our small children. Fun games for the kids to play! House was easy to find! Easy check in! Great location! Great neighborhood! My daughter in laws mom was in the hospital in Phoenix and she wanted me to come down to help with the kids. They were driving down from Show Low. They were kind enough to let them check in even though I wouldnt make it from Chicago until the next day. It was nice to all be together during a difficult time.

Everything was amazing! Definitely recommend this location! We had a total of 12 people and it was perfect, we never felt crowded inside or out. We left something important and the hosts were very respectful and accommodating to get it back to us. The only thing is the pool looks much bigger in the pictures, however, it was still plenty big for 12 people. All the other pictures were exact in comparison! There are games in a closet, soap to wash hair, body, hands, clothes, and dishes, many trash bags, and lots of towels.

This place was perfect. It had everything that we needed. Its in walking distance of the Stadium which would be awesome during football season. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and ample dresser/closet space. The pool was great for my kids and even the adults enjoyed it also. During the cooler months the backyard is perfect to hang out in. Highly recommend this home and will be back if the opportunity ever arises.

We were here on a family vacation and scouting the area for possible future relocation. My husband is disabled and it was great that everything was on one level. Very accessible for his wheelchair. The place was just as described on the AirBnb website; walking distance to the stadium, the west gate district and lots of good places within minutes driving distance. I like that they allowed us to check in early. My grand kids love the swimming pool and we even left a few pool toys for other future guest to enjoy. I would stay here again.

This was our first time staying at an Air B&B. Wasn't sure what to expect, but this home is more than what we expected. Such a great location - super close to Westgate Entertainment. The home itself was perfect for us. There was enough room for all 8 of us to lounge and get away from the heat after being at the baseball fields. The communication was great and customer service even better. Had an issue with the freezer getting super cold and not making ice. I texted the number and Would recommend this place to anyone with kids. If we have to come back to Phoenix for baseball again, I would book this place in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay if you are going to the State Farm Stadium
Great location. The pool was a lot of fun. House was clean and the neighborhood is quiet. The best part was walking home from the stadium. The walk was about 10 minutes and we were back to the house before most cars had been able to exit the stadium parking lot. We definitely would stay here again.

Great place to rest while visiting Glendale
We just wanted to escape cold weather. We did not have an agenda and just wanted someplace warm with a pool. This place was perfect. The pool was small, but perfect for the kids to play in. We played Cornhole and just hung out in the backyard. The owner/manager was super responsive and communicative. A+ property manager for sure!

Pete and Maria went above and beyond during our stay. The house was clean and ready for us when got there. They even helped us out by having 2 pack-n-plays and 2 high chairs for us. There is alot to do within a 20-30 minute drive. State Farm Stadium is less than a mile away. The Westgate entertainment district is close. White Tank Mountian Park is 30 minutes away for hiking, Thunderbird Conservation Park is 20 or so. The backyard has nice fenced-in pool with room in the rest of the backyard for kids to run(we had 6 kids total). The hosts were very responsive for the few questions that we did have. Great place to stay!

Loved the place beds super comfy!! Just a few things we might suggest. If there are damages to let guests know before hand.Couple things were already there and we didnt damage.Curtains in master missing couple of slates, kitchen baseboard broke etc.. And another thing I would do is have a list of things to do, your favorite restaurants, closest store. Other than that it was very nice we especially liked that the pool was heated and there was not an extra cost to heat. Would highly recommend!!

Great place to stay if you are going to the Cardinals game with a group.
Easy check in and out process, great communication with hosts. Large house, great back yard with Cornhole Boards, sitting area & a picnic table. Pool was wonderful but it would have been a little better if the overhead tarp had been put up. Beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms are very big. Bedrooms are spacious as well. Our only suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms. Walking distance to stadium. Take out food is easily delivered, big kitchen for preparing food. A couple of extra dish towels would be helpful but everything else is there. We had a large group and No One got in each other's way. If you have a large group this is your place. Will be staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Pete and Maria's home. You can not beat the location, especially if you are going to an event at the stadium. Great restaurants all around as well. The home it self was like being at home. Needless to say, we had a great time. When we come back, we will be looking up Pete and Maria's home to stay, no question about it!

Pete and Maria home was beautiful and amazing. The family and I absolutely loved staying at their home. Its so spacious and housed all 12 of us and probably would house some more. Theres four nice size bedroom and two baths, breakfast and dinner area and a pool table. The home and backyard was very well kept and everything was neat and clean. Amenities are all there. The kids loved the pool! Our host was also quick with their responses. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Arizona! Wonderful hosts!

Great location, jogged around State Farm stadium and through the mall/entertainment area. Our trip was for HS baseball tourney and we were 15 minutes from every field. Also drive 25 min to Chase stadium for Dbacks game. House was fun, two families plenty of space. Used the Pool table, ping pong table, corn hole and outdoor pool religiously over the week long stay. House was on the high end of cost, would be my only negative. But obviously the pros well outweighed the single con. Solid communication, very easy processes.

What a lovely stay for our families! We had everything we needed in a great location. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. Cant think of anything we needed that we didnt have. A little over priced, but in all it was a nice place. Dont bother with asking to check in early or late, they wont accommodate.

So sorry that you didnt see the same value in our home that many other guests have seen. We always try to avoid ate early check in requests when possible, however on your check in date, we had someone checking out the same day you were checking in. We had to clean the home? Wash linens and towels, and sanitize the home, all in 6 hours. Our crew works hard to have a clean and sanitary home for each of our guests. Especially after your stay, as remnants of marijuana was left inside the home. We were kind enough not to ask you for the extra costs and time it took for cleaning the home after your stay.

Awesome Spring Break Vacation
Our family had an awesome time staying at La Buena Vida. Everything was so comfortable and welcoming. We spent a great deal of time in the pool. The sun shade over the pool was very much appreciated. Having a fence surrounding the pool was also a bonus since we werent worried about our young toddler getting near the pool unsupervised. Having a pool table in the house was also so much fun for us. We would highly recommend staying here. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owners was excellent. Hoping we will be able stay here again in the future.

This is a lovely home in an excellent location. Spacious, clean and well equipped. It was a perfect place for us to stay with our family. The pool was our focus and perfect for adults and children alike to play.

Pete and Marias spot is fantastic. It has wonderful flexible common spaces, up to date decor, perfect location for the stadium, comfortable atmosphere, plenty of kitchenware, and a fun backyard. I would definitely recommend it and if we go back to the stadium as a group again Ill book this exact property without hesitation.

This was our first experience with Airbnb and it's going to be hard to beat. We were in town for some family milestone celebrations and it was such a relief to have a clean and BEAUTIFUL home for all of us to gather, eat meals, socialize, and celebrate. The beds were very comfortable. clean and inviting, with extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The bathrooms were also very clean and all amenities needed to create a comfortable stay. The kitchen is always the gathering room in all homes and this one is so beautiful, we gathered and felt right at home. Clean everything! That is so important to us, especially with seniors and during Covid. We played pool and enjoyed the sun outdoors, and BBQ'd as well. This home instilled in us a desire to have this family gathering annually as it truly has everything you need to feel right at home. We can't wait to do it again!

House is beautiful and has all amenities needed, games for fun, and night lights to help at night. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, lots of towels and great backyard. TV and multi-phone charging station was awesome. Location was great as it was close enough to State Farm Stadium to walk, which saved parking and/or uber costs. Only negative comment, which is minor, is that when we arrived, there were a few doggie doos in the rocks on the west side of the driveway. Pets are not allowed and we did not have any, so not sure where they came from.

Our family had a wonderful time at Pete & Marias place. The beds were wonderful as well as the spacious living space. We had a great time playing corn hole and family pool tournaments. The outdoor heated pool was so fun -swimming in December!

Pictures dont do this home justice. Gorgeous home, very spacious. Host does not miss anything when it comes to the details! We literally had everything we needed yo feel at home! Fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous backyard very close to stadium, shopping center. Really felt at home here!

This house is exactly as advertised. A great spot for our group of 10, including small children. The pool was lovely and the backyard space was a perfect spot to hang out. The owners provided helpful instructions and info in the guestbook and also were very responsive via text.

This is an ideal location if you are in town for a game at State Farm Stadium. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the stadium and the bars and restaurants in the Westgate area. The house is comfortable, clean and spacious, with all the amenities. The backyard is great for morning coffee and a bbq in the evening. I would definitely recommend staying at Pete and Maria's place.

My family and I recently stayed at Pete and Maria’s home, and we all had the best time! Not only was the house spacious, but it was also very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was pristine, with a depth perfect for the kids (5 feet at its deepest), and the shade over the pool allowed us to stay outside for most of the day, despite it being 111-degrees. The location of the home was also hard to beat; it's near Westgate and provides easy access to the rest of the Phoenix area. I would recommend this home to anyone and look forward to staying there again the next time that we are in town!
