The open floor plan and the number of bedrooms was awesome. We used the pool table and the pool a ton. We were able to watch a family movie in the living room. Bedrooms were inviting. Not a fan of the shower. Too small and shower-head could be better. Floors were a little dirty and couch could be updated. Overall, the house was a great fit for our trip and near a ton of restaurants, TopGolf, movies and more. We would stay there again. Such a great location - super close to Westgate Entertainment. The home itself was perfect for us. There was enough room for all 8 of us to lounge and get away from the heat after being at the baseball fields. The communication was great and customer service even better. Had an issue with the freezer getting super cold and not making ice. I texted the number and Would recommend this place to anyone with kids. The Westgate entertainment district is close. White Tank Mountian Park is 30 minutes away for hiking, Thunderbird Conservation Park is 20 or so. The backyard has nice fenced-in pool with room in the rest of the backyard for kids to run(we had 6 kids total). The hosts were very responsive for the few questions that we did have. Beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms are very big. Bedrooms are spacious as well. Our only suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms. Walking distance to stadium. Take out food is easily delivered, big kitchen for preparing food. A couple of extra dish towels would be helpful but everything else is there. We had a large group and No One got in each other's way. If you have a large group this is your place. Will be staying here again! We spent a great deal of time in the pool. The sun shade over the pool was very much appreciated. Having a fence surrounding the pool was also a bonus since we werent worried about our young toddler getting near the pool unsupervised. Having a pool table in the house was also so much fun for us. We would highly recommend staying here. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owners was excellent. Hoping we will be able stay here again in the future. We were in town for some family milestone celebrations and it was such a relief to have a clean and BEAUTIFUL home for all of us to gather, eat meals, socialize, and celebrate. The beds were very comfortable. clean and inviting, with extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The bathrooms were also very clean and all amenities needed to create a comfortable stay. The kitchen is always the gathering room in all homes and this one is so beautiful, we gathered and felt right at home. Clean everything! That is so important to us, especially with seniors and during Covid. We played pool and enjoyed the sun outdoors, and BBQ'd as well. This home instilled in us a desire to have this family gathering annually as it truly has everything you need to feel right at home. We can't wait to do it again! Location was great as it was close enough to State Farm Stadium to walk, which saved parking and/or uber costs. Only negative comment, which is minor, is that when we arrived, there were a few doggie doos in the rocks on the west side of the driveway. Not only was the house spacious, but it was also very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The pool was pristine, with a depth perfect for the kids (5 feet at its deepest), and the shade over the pool allowed us to stay outside for most of the day, despite it being 111-degrees. The location of the home was also hard to beat; it's near Westgate and provides easy access to the rest of the Phoenix area.
