Its close to multiple stores and restaurants that were easy to find and get to. The pools temperature was perfect and there multiple yard games available for us to play. The host made it very easy to check in to and had everything ready for us to use. Check out was very smooth and easy as well. Loved the space, pool and ping pong table. The area is not for attractions as it is fully residential and 25 to 30 mins to Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix but it was a perfect home base. The pool was our favorite part and the water was warm enough to swim in the evenings. We enjoyed our time there and the kids are already talking about wanting to go back. Also, Pete and Maria checked in daily and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The house is unique and beautifully decorated. The back yard was perfect for hanging out and playing games. It had everything we needed and they stock the coffee bar for you! The bunk beds are big enough and with enough space that an adults could easily sleep in them. The hosts are responsive and caring. It had a very comfortable, homey feel with a great neighborhood, and we felt comfortable enough to let our teenagers run the block. There were so many things to keep everyone entertained at the house that we almost didn't want to leave for our intended reason for being in Phoenix. We highly recommend this house, and if we ever return, we hope to stay here again. Pool was nice and warm, kids swam daily/ my son and his wife have 4 children (1-3-5-7), we had plenty of room and things to do. Kitchen furnished with about all our needs/ works have liked a crock pot and griddle to make pancakes or French toast. But we got by. We enjoyed having the yard games available. Once we realized the two bathroom fans were somehow connected we adapted our use. We didn't initially realize the house manual was obtained via QR code so needed to reach out to our hosts to obtain updated information when an item wasn't found where the prior communication indicated. Even in December pool was very warm & crystal clear pool water. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, recently upgraded pretty much everything in the house.even new speaker bath fans. Looks like they upgraded AC & pool pump/heater too. Our kids are 14, 19 & 21.they all had a nice time and liked the house as well. We will stay here again if the opportunity arises! My daughters and I had a lovely home away from home as we visited our elderly aunt in Mesa who is quite ill. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house is modern, visually appealing, very comfortable, clean and affordable. We felt at home the entire time we were there. It is equipped with everything that you could ever need for your stay. We had traveled to Mesa from Chattanooga, TN, and after driving all day, Pete and Maria were able to grant us a special request upon arrival which eased these weary travelers. We were here for my step-daughter's graduation, we were able to conveniently UBER to the high school and back. The backyard was amazing and we were able to have my step-daughter, step-son and nephew over one evening for backyard games and swimming, it was a really fun night. The hosts very accommodating and friendly. One piece of valuable information I would like to share is that the hot and cold in master shower are reversed. Everyone thought the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for bath and pool. The kitchen is great for cooking meals, has lots of places to sit, and the backyard is phenomenal. We enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and playing ping pong, cornhole and spending time in the heated pool even on the days when it was only in the 50s! We would definitely stay here again. The code did not work on the loc but we contacted them and they were able to get us in fairly quickly. Some of the bedding was not clean and the shower wouldn't drain but they fixed both things quickly. Other than that, the place was very clean and well stocked with all the extras we needed. The pool was wonderful for the kids and place is quiet and safe. Pete and Maria were very responsive and we would definitely stay at one of their houses again. Inside was spotless and so spacious . The beds were super comfortable. The pictures did it, no justice, and the pictures were great!! We even had a special request, and Maria and Pete were amazing to accommodate. We will definitely be renting again in the future. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IN THIS HOUSE!
