Everything went smoothly and we had no problem with checking in. We received the pass code before we arrived at the home. The locks worked every time. The neighborhood was very peaceful and no noise issues by the neighbors. I felt safe in the home and the area as well. The home was very cool on a very hot day as we entered the home. The home was exceptionally clean and a pleasure to stay to stay in. The beds were neat and clean as well as each room. The bathrooms were roomy and very clean. Plenty of towels for everyone! Which was helpful as the swimming pool was well maintained and we swam morning and evening every day. My wife said she could get use to that. I am not a golfer, but the putting green was very nice and there were club and golf balls available. the kitchen was very clean and roomy. The refrigerator was very clean and spotless. There was also a counter-top ice machine. The price of the stay is very competitive with hotels Mesa Gable Stayed Jul, 2024 Review First I will mention the pictures look exactly like the photos, very spacious, comfortable and clean.. one thing I will point out is the kitchen garbage baskets in the bottom cabinet,was annoying because I kept seeing roaches, I just continuously kept emptying the trash one last thing out by the pool would be a good idea to have the number sign on the ground of how many feet it is..maybe it used to be there but over time faded away ,but besides that its a nice comfy placereally enjoyed relaxing on the patio!! It was very hot outside and it was refreshing to walk into a cool house. The house was extremely clean and neat. The kids and I loved that we were able to come here and enjoy the pool. We grilled one night and we were able to eat dinner together outside. We cooked breakfast and lunch and had everything we needed right in one place. It was much better than staying at a hotel. We had our own rooms and it was very spacious inside. The patio had a nice shaded seating area too. We were sad to end our stay here. Thank you for your hospitality and great hosting. Maria and Pete were very quick at responding to my requests and don't require much chores to be done before leaving, like other rentals do. My family said they would stay there again. About one minute to Target (for those of us who forget things) and close to Gilberts downtown area where there are sooooo many great eateries. Clean. Lots of towels for baths and pool. Loved the backyard area but the pool was frigid for our taste (having the heat on would have been awesome!) and the barking dogs at all hours in the neighborhood were EXTREMELY annoying (not much you can do except use the provided earplugs in all the bedrooms!). Laid out well for our family of four but it would easily sleep 8 without feeling crowded at all.We would definitely return. We barely left the house at all in the time we were there, mostly spending time lounging by and swimming in the pool! There were all of the amenities we needed, but nothing extra so it never felt cluttered. Check in/check out was simple. It was convenient to be so close to the Target across the street. I had all my bridesmaids stay at the house so no one would be late to the wedding and had the makeup and hair people show up early morning to the house and then had breakfast delivered there as well. It was sheer perfection I had 6 bridesmaids, myself and my mom and mother in law stay the night prior to the wedding. Everyone had a place to sleep on a bed. Then my new husband and I spend the first two nights as a married couple at the house prior to leaving to our honeymoon It was perfect quite and peaceful in the house. The home was clean, has everything you need, temperature control pool, hot showers, remodeled, perfectly decorated and honestly would recommend 1,000 times over.
