Picked this house for my Daughters 8th birthday and my sons 1st birthday celebration (born on the same day 🙂 ) and I couldnt have been happier with my choice! The pictures of the house are beautiful but it is even better in person! All my guests were extremely happy and we all loved the beds. Extremely well stocked home, we had everything we needed. The pool and views from the backyard were SPECTACULAR. I also really loved how private and peaceful the location is as well. Lastly, the hosts are so nice and responsive! I highly recommend this home, you wont regret it!

I had 5 - 16 year olds with me. They loved all the bathrooms. They swam and got in hot tub. The house was extremely clean. I plan to return and will definitely rent the house again. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

The location is more isolating than we expected but was perfect for the private back yard! The home was beautiful and the kitchen fully stocked with utensils, dish ware and olive oil! Bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner & soap!Unfortunately the pool pump never turned on, even after following instructions. There was a lot of debris in the pool and a mouse. On our second day someone came and added chemicals to the pool. If we hadnt asked, we wouldnt have known that we couldnt enter for 2 more hours. Sadly, he came during the hottest part of the day so that felt like a big interruption that we werent prepared for. We were not notified the AC unit would be replaced. HVAC staff/noise woke us up early. Communication about maintenance in advance would have been nice. House was surface clean. Some dead bugs but thats expected with the desert. Other than a random chocolate chip in the primary closet & cob webs on exterior dining windows, it was very clean!

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the private backyard and found the home beautiful and well-stocked with amenities.We apologize for the inconvenience with the pool pump. We did send a message about the AC tech coming to replace the unit per a preventative scheduled maintenance , and we are sorry if you did not receive that notification. Additionally, the pool pump was actually running but it may have stopped because it was removed. We have instructions in the welcome book that you may not have seen, and we apologize for any confusion.We are sorry for the interruption caused by the pool maintenance person adding chemicals. This is necessary to keep the pool levels accurate. The pool tech just mentioned that your eyes may get a little red if you swim with open eyes but the pool was swimmable at all times after his service. We will make sure to speak with the pool service company to communicate better in the future.Thank you for bringing the cleanliness issues to our attention. We will address these with our cleaning staff to ensure a more thorough clean for our future guests.We appreciate your feedback and hope that you had an overall enjoyable stay. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home - pictures truly do not do it justice! We had all the amenities and supplies we needed for a long weekend trip, and comfortably slept our group of 13. The pool was the perfect temperature, hot tub heated up quickly, and grill and kitchen was great for a cook out! Our whole group raved about how comfortable all of our beds were as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The house is beautiful, plenty of room and great for a large group, although we only had 7 people. The views were beautiful and private. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We enjoyed the indoor pool table as well. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom was amazing! The hosts provided plenty of toiletries and the kitchen was wonderful. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it!

An amazing lace off the grid. My guests and I enjoyed this place throughly. Close proximity to hiking and mountain biking (less than 3 min). And a perfect outdoor space built for entertaining! We will be back!!

Pete and Maria were very responsive and the place was immaculate. They also had lots of household utensils for cooking cleaning, etc. Anytime I need assistance with anything they reach right back out within a few minutes.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The house was remote and peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains and the most spectacular sunrises. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was considered and thoughtfully done. I cannot recommend it enough! I truly hated leaving. It exceed my every expectation. I suggest using the QR code for more information on the use of the pool, hot tub, grill, etc. The information was clear and very useful.

My family of 6 stayed here the weekend of 1/19-1/22. The house was more beautiful than the pictures & put off a warm cozy vibe. The pool & outdoor patio was stunning with the mountains in the distance with beautiful sunrises! The beds & linens were very comfortable. Just everything was just perfect for a fun little family getaway. Pete & Maria were really sweet & very responsive. It was hard for us to leave but we would love to visit again. You will not be disappointed!

The home was absolutely incredible, it honestly exceeded my expectations. Everything was so clean and exactly where they said it would be. The outdoor space is out of this world.. It is seriously paradise.. the view is breathtaking!!! The only thing you have to be aware of before your stay, is there are little to NO restaurants or grocery stores within 30 mins of the home. That is not a huge deal when on vacation, just arrive prepared with everything you'll need for your stay 🙂

Our family of five stays in home rentals frequently, and while there are many places we love and enjoy, there are few places we find ourselves wanting to come back to again. This was one of those places - we absolutely loved the peacefulness, surrounding beauty, quiet area, beautiful sunrises, and the amenities of the home. We instantly fell in love with how comfortable we were, how everyone had their own space, and how the outdoor area was a place for our family to relax and rejuvenate. We did not use the separate attached casita area, but just the 3 bedrooms within the home. Everyone had comfortable beds, with plenty of blankets and pillows. We had groceries delivered through Instacart upon arrival since the town is about 15-20 min away. The home had everything (paper towels, sample sized shampoo/conditioner/wash, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, etc.). Hiking in the area was beautiful, and we even drove to Sedona for a day. Great golf nearby as well. Loved our stay!

Wow! This place is just gorgeous. Pictures do not do it justice. The views just dont get any better Weve never seen sunsets like the ones we saw our few nights there. The pool heat was perfect- we were swimming mid December! Very upscale property and area. The hosts were really friendly, just overall really good experience! Highly recommend.

Great house, great hosts. Perfect place for our family to gather together. Note that it is about 25 minutes from anything so if you want to party on the town you might want to be closer. But if soletude, great hiking,and spending time with loved ones is what you seek, then this is the place.

I took my employees here for a work retreat, and it was the perfect space to hold meetings, brainstorm and cook together (great, well stocked kitchen!) After meetings we spent time swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot tub. Plenty of space for us all to retreat for private time but also to hang out together. The house is gorgeous and I'd love to come here with friends or family as well!

Amazing house!!! Perfect for a bachelorette weekend! It had everything we needed, was super clean and comfortable and fun. The pool was fantastic. We couldn't get the hot tub to work, but besides that everything was great. It is a little bit out there, but we were looking to hang at the house for most of the time, which it was perfect for. Pete&Marias place was amazing! The house was beautiful with enough room for everyone. Its a bit of a drive into the city but for the views we had, it was more than worth it! The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. We had a few minor issues with the pool and hot tub, but Pete& Maria got the pool guy out right away, and got it taken care of. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this place. Hope to visit again soon!

Our group consisted of 4 adult couples looking for a relaxing getaway in the sun. This home was perfect for us! Everyone had their own space to themselves but also enjoyed the common areas such as the pool, patio, and gorgeous living room. Each evening, we grilled a meal in the outdoor kitchen and ended the night around the fire pit. We love it so much that we barely left the property! The weather was amazing, 80 and sunny every day. The views of the desert from the pool were stunning as well. We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again someday!
