Hosts were very responsive and very helpful with all needs! Very clean home with all amenities you need. There was some trouble with the locks and shower drain but the hosts were quick to fix all issues. I had a great stay I recommend !

Our family absolutely loved staying at Pete & Marias property . Very clean home with comfy bedding on all beds . Kitchen had absolutely everything you would need love the set up of the house very open . Pool was our favorite part very clean and perfect temps. Pete & Maria take excellent care of the property . I would definitely love to rent this Airbnb again. It was the perfect house. Very clean and bright on the inside. And the backyard was paradise! Of course it was in the triple digits but we were in the pool almost all the time. The kitchen had everything we needed. Tons of towels for the bathrooms and the pool. Nice bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The washer/dryer outside was nice. Did not make the house hot. The ping pong table was fun too. Pete and Maria were excellent hosts! They deserve 10 out of 10 stars. Thank you for always being available to answer my questions. That house is a little bit of a peaceful paradise!!!

We were very happy with the house. it was accurately described in the post. very clean. nicely remodeled. the pool and outdoor setup were great. the location was an older neighborhood, but convenient access to stores, restaurants and the highways. really nice to have a stocked Keurig available. reasonably priced. i would definitely stay there again

Pete & Maria made this SkyRun property a very convenient and smooth process for myself and my young family. Check-in was very straightforward, with detailed instructions and clear communication, with the house itself freshly cleaned and a wonderful layout with a beautiful pool. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and peaceful, but with gorgeous views and close to amenities and the Phoenix/Scottsdale areas. Would highly recommend, especially for families!

Perfect place to spend a week. We enjoyed all that the private backyard had to offer - heated pool, dining area, ping pong table, and spaces to relax and read. The house worked great for our family of four to be comfortable when sleeping, watching tv, eating meals, and playing games.

This home was perfect for our extended stay in the area. We have 3 kids, the 4 and 2 year olds shared the room with twin beds and a pack n play was provided for our baby. It was a bit too cold for the cute outdoor pool though. Overall a great place to stay with your family and I recommend!

Everything was just perfect here. The pool was so wonderful, outside tv was cool, patio furniture comfy, and the place was nice and clean. It had everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy our stay. There was enough space to spread out. The beds were clean and comfortable and a grocery store wasn't far, which made it easy to get needed supplies. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We also got in late and asked that a light be kept on for us, and it was. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy our time here.

We loved the backyard soooo much and almost never went inside! It was great that the pool was heated, and we loved that portions were in the shade at different times of day. Beds were all comfy, showers were all great, and everything was clean and as pictured. I was especially grateful for the quick responsiveness. Easy check-in / out - we would definitely come back!

What a wonderful home, hosts, and neighbourhood! The heat stopped us from exploring the surrounding areas, however, the house was definitely a welcomed relief from having to be in downtown Phoenix. The House was exactly as the pictures show. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was great, once the temps dropped below 92*F (hahaha- in summer that's a rarity). The kids loved that they had board games and a ping-pong table. We will definitely book with Pete & Maria next year if we qualify for the World Tournament this next season. There is a definite feel of "philoxenia" from the moment we booked until the day we left. Cheers!

Beautiful home. Had issues with the spare bathroom and sliding glass door. Overall great!! My biggest issue was having to pay extra for early check in. We have stayed at several Airbnbs and have never paid extra if accommodated.

Hi ShaunaThanks for staying with us and for your feedback. Early check in requests would mean that we have to bring extra staff to prepare the home, earlier in the day. That extra staff, gas, and the time to prepare a home earlier than originally planned, does take time. Also, having access to the home, earlier than what you agreed to, is an amenity. Hope this makes sense.

Excellent home for our family trip to Phoenix with our 2 kids - ages 2 & 5! Great location - 3-5 minutes to Walmart, target and Starbucks. Lots of other great local spots within 15-20 minutes. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Heated pool was amazing and the outdoor seating meant we could enjoy every meal outside. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.

Very clean home with nice, neutral decorating. Great pool! Very responsive owners. Loved the dining table outside, comfy sitting area and string lights. It really does look just like in the pictures and was so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the gas grill while we were there. (very nice grill) The rainfall shower heads in the showers are great and it was nice for our group to have two bathrooms to use. We would definitely stay there again!

Our family loved staying here. Its a beautiful home and the pool was our favorite part. The house has EVERYTHING you need. I would love to stay here again in the future. The company was also very responsive to anything we had questions about. Very clean and great location. We ate at a place near by called Papi Gordos also highly recommended if you stay here, ask for Marissa. But anyways this house is perfect for the whole family. The beds are extremely comfortable.

Booking this Airbnb was the best decision for our family of 4. This was our 7th time visiting AZ & the best yet! The home is beautiful, clean & not too far from the things we wanted to do. Pete and Marias house was perfect for our group. We travelled with 4 adults and 2 babies. The weather was 45 degrees Celsius so having the pool was awesome. The weather was way too hot to go out with the babies, so we ended up moving from the pool to the air conditioned house throughout the visit. We went to a Phoenix Mercury game which was a 25 min drive or so. So if you are planning to stay here when its not scorching hot, Id try to stay somewhere closer to the action. (Scottsdale or DT) But If you are like us, just there to relax and swim - the place is perfect for that.The only small thing it didnt have was a cutting board and cleaning supplies. We stayed 9 days and wanted to wipe down the tables and counters. So if you are ok to use dish soap and water and not disinfectant wipes, its fine. Also they are pretty strict with the check in and check out times. We asked to check in early and they couldnt accommodate. We asked to check out a bit later (noon) and they only gave until 11am or you had to pay extra. We checked and There wasnt anyone staying in the place for another 3 days. I get it, its there business but it would have been a nice touch. Overall great place !

This home is clean, quiet and thoughtfully appointed with all we needed. The pool was sparkling clean and kept at the perfect temperature. Super quick and easy access to SR 51. This air bnb blew me away! It was so beautiful, clean, spacious, and well stocked. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is amazing. The pool was perfect and the landscaping was beautiful. We had our toddler with us and we were able to use the playpen. Communication was quick and clear. Check in and check out was very smooth. We would love to come back!
