Pete and Marie made our first air bnb experience smooth. Check in was super easy. Same with checking out. Description match what was advertised. Great area, safe , quiet and relaxing. We picked this location because my father in law is just a block over. Location made it easy for walking to see family and restaurants. The condo was clean. Pete and Marie are great! If you have any questions , Pete and Marie are extremely responsive. We cant wait to come back to Scottsdale. We will make sure to book with Pete and Marie again. Thank you !

The place was immaculate and the check-in was simple, straightforward and instructions for that were well done. Plenty of kitchen implements and bathroom supplies. Again, the only disconcerting thing is that i had asked about how the laundry machines were paid for at least two times before our trip and received no response at all. It would have been nice and so much more convenient to know that ahead of time. Again, other than that, it was a good place to stay. thank you.

This condo was very clean and well kept. The location is super close to all the buzz and entertainment but far enough away to not hear it when we were ready for bed. Everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. Loved that there were extra fans and linens on site. Though I didnt need it this trip, there was a pack-n-play and mattress for those with little ones. The cross breeze from the front door to patio was glorious. Pete and Maria were extremely kind and responsive. We would definitely stay at any of their properties in the future.

My stay was exactly what I needed after having a not so good hotel stay. Everything was expected and the slight hiccup with the door code was rectified in less than a minute. Friendly service. House smelt fresh and clean. Just what I needed. There were far more amenities than I utilized.

We have a slight issue with not receiving signal to get 1 of the TVs working. We contacted Pete about this & soon afterwards a service person came correct the problem. We liked the way speedy & courteous manner in which this was handled. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. Perfect location to drive where we needed to and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores and various other stores. Also close to the airport! We felt very comfortable and safe in the condo and surrounding area. Pete and Maria were very quick in their responses during our stay. We would recommend it and would stay there again! Great location. Enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, etc. Utilized pool and hot tub a lot. Very close to Old Town Scottsdale and interstates. For longer stays, a small dresser would have been helpful for clothes. We enjoyed our stay in the unit.

We had some issues finding the place because it was actually around the block from the address in the listing. If I remember it correctly, was the phase 3 building and the address listed was the phase 1 building. Everything was clean and well maintained. Instructions in the guest book were helpful. It was a very nice touch having k-cup coffee for the morning as well as salt, pepper and olive oil. There was one small issue I called them about and it was addressed immediately. It would be difficult to ask for more. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

The location is perfect. Close to Old Town and Downtown Scottsdale and restaurants. Condo size was just right for 2 people. It can accommodate a few more people with the pull out but can be a little crowded. . For people who actually use the kitchen to eat in. A few things were missing for long term stays. Salad bowl (Had to use the colander to toss my salad). The frying pans are pretty used up and should be replaced (we used the pot to cook our morning eggs ). Unfortunately the neighboring condo was under construction and so ongoing noises for most of our stay. Kyle was very responsive with a few little items upon our arrival. Everything else was just right. Appreciated the coffee station (need to add Decaffeinated coffee to the coffee selection) as well as the shampoo/conditioner & body wash mini bottles to get us started. Everything was pretty well stocked (towels, tissues, toilet paper). I would recommend this location.

My partner and I stayed at Pete and Maria's place for our week's stay in Scottsdale. The unit was a perfect size for us. The kitchen has everything you need to prep/make a meal. The bed was nice and comfortable and the balcony was a nice addition. There is a pool that is open until 10 pm every night. The downside of the unit is that the AC in the bedroom can get a bit loud at times and there isn't too much natural light that comes in. Location wise is between a 5 to 25 min walk to any main shopping center, restaurant, and entertainment district. Parking was very simple and the check process was as well. The hosts were very responsive to any issues or questions we had. Would stay here again!

This is a lovely little condo, thoughtfully designed with everything you'll need. The complex itself is beautifully maintained, very secure and very quiet. Location is great. Close to everything in old town and civic center areas. Scottsdale Stadium is an easy mile walk. We highly recommend a stay here and would definitely return in the future.

Great location to Old Town Scottsdale. Unit was very clean. However, there isn't a dresser to put your things in and it doesn't have central air conditioning. Communication upon arrival with directions to parking area and unit was very helpful. There are a lot of buildings and we would have been driving around trying to figure out where to go! The hosts provided an ample supply of towels and pool towels as well as extra linens if needed. A grocery store is just blocks away - which was very nice. The little deck is nice for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail!

Hi folks! Let me just say, this condo is wonderful and beautifully kept up. Its convenient to everything, mall, dining and local shops as well. Pete and Maria are wonderful hosts, whatever you may need theyll get it or find it for you. Great place to stay! Close to Old Town but still a little off the path so nice quiet neighborhood. The condo was great! Our only complaint was that the A/C is quite noisy. Otherwise a lovely place with pool access and close to restaurants and shops!!

My husband I really enjoyed this condo. It was so beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and very quiet. It was a great time of rest for the both of us. The location is ideal, close to Old Town Scottsdale and the mall. There are also so many great hikes and walks close by. Our host Pete was very quick to help us when we needed. Wonderful, cutely decorated condo. Favorite part was little patio off of living room where we spent long hours talking. Condo is close to shopping, lots of dining options, grocery store right around corner and kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Condo was clean, quiet & convenient. The pool area is wonderful & clean, guarded by security for guest safety. Condo is on top floor of complex which makes it quiet but overall the complex is also quiet & peaceful.

I stayed at Pete & Maria's place for about a week and was overall very satisfied with my stay there! Their unit was clean, cutely decorated, and provided all the amenities I needed during my visit. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the adorable patio. The check-in and check-out processes were easy and smooth, and Pete & Maria were very responsive when I reached out. The complex has a large pool and hot tub as well as a couple small gym areas with basic equipment. It's a 5-minute walk to Sprouts (grocery store) and just a few minutes further to downtown Scottsdale.

walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and Old town, The condo was clean, well-stocked and the pool and the hot tub were great to just hang by. Management was great to work with although we didn't interact much because everything was just as they stated and check in was an absolute breeze!

Pete and Marias place was the perfect size for a vacation that my boyfriend and I took over NYE. It was spotless, cozy and in a very ideal location, close to Sprouts and restaurants in Old Town! Having the private parking spot was a nice bonus, since we rented a car. Well definitely book here again!
