Only 15 minutes from Buffalo Chip, and about 25 or so to get to Old Town. Ubers were easy to get so this was no biggie and enjoyed the location. Comfortable beds one adjoining bath for three bedrooms and one bath in master and another in the casita. The bedroom that had bunk beds too was great for the kids..did wish that room had a door though. We spent lots of time enjoying the outdoor tv enjoying football games. Pool table was great, enjoyed ping pong and mini golf outside..we even got to sunbath and enjoy the heated pool! Kitchen was nice size with propane stove large fridge for are two week stay. Casita was nice, we did have a breaker blow that controlled the heat..they did try to fix that asap for us. Overall we were very happy with our stay..did experience wild hogs the last night and they like the garbage cans..so we recommend putting a heavy brick or something on the cans. Lots to do outside with pool and other activities. A few issues came up, but Pete and Maria responded promptly and took care of our needs. The only things I think that can be improved on is having some kitchen basics like foil, plastic wrap and storage containers for leftovers. Pots and pans cold be updated. The outdoor kitchen was awesome, but needs batteries changed for lighting grill and side burners and a long lighter would be helpful. Over all we were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay! The backyard is a true oasis and we spent every possible minute of our stay that we could back there enjoying the fire pits, outdoor TV, heated pool, and multiple game options. You could easily have 3 families stay here together with kids and enjoy an amazing vacation with this backyard. It truly has a resort feel to it. If youre a golfer this place is even better due to how close it is to many of the North Scottsdale courses and you can hone your skills on the putting green each evening or hitting drives into the practice net. North Scottsdale on 70th Stayed Nov, 2021 Review Great place with plenty of room for a large crowd. Backyard is amazing with tons of games and things to do. The only issue is that they have a noise device in the backyard that notifies them of a decibel level over 55. With 14 guys, this was near impossible to stay under. The neighbors are far enough away that there was no way they would have heard us, but we still had to go inside every night by 10 PM because of this. Location is also a little far if you are trying to go out to Oldtown - 25 minutes or so away. Host's response: Hi BrianWe appreciate your feedback. Staying in the backyard with your group was not a problem at all. The noise device only triggers a warning when the noise is consistently loud during our quiet hours of 10pm-8am. It only triggers us if the decibel level is consistent for 15 or more minutes. 55 decibels is the loudest sound of a garbage truck. When we reached out to you about the noise, you had mentioned that you had music playing. Once you turned the music down, the sound of you and your group was acceptable. There were never any restrictions of people being outside. Its just the loud music that had to be turned down, as it can echo and disturb the neighbors. I booked this home for a girl's trip and it was the perfect choice for what we wanted - endless things to do on the property meant we didn't have to plan activities for every hour of the day. North Scottsdale on 70th Stayed Apr, 2021 Wish We Stayed Longer Coordinated a Scottsdale golf getaway with the max number of guests allowed (15). We're all in our late 20s/early 30s. For most of us, it was our first planned trip since COVID. I had to reserve this property well in advance and had plenty of questions for the property management team, all addressed immediately and usually via text. Very responsive. I thought they did a terrific job informing us of the property's full features and expectations for the stay. The listed price included everything in the photos - heated pool, waterfall, gas for both fires - I was really impressed with the amenities at this property. Plenty of room for all 15 of us, although the one drawback (and this was common among property listings in Scottsdale) was that there wasn't enough bed space for all 15 guests. You really had to double up in all the beds to limit those who needed to find couch space or other areas to crash for the weekend.The location of the property was pretty far north of Old Town - 30 min on the map but definitely a drive and a rental car or some pre-arranged transportation is absolutely recommended. We found it impossible to call or schedule Ubers/Lyfts where we were - one person spent $100 on an Uber to get to the house from the airport. There are plenty of terrific golf courses nearby, but plan accordingly for logistics.Keurig coffee was included in the stay, though there were limited mugs. Good amount of plates and glasses, but limited bakeware. We cooked a good amount at the house and used the grill out back quite a bit as well. Plenty of towels and detergent pods were provided for laundry - new washer and dryer were available in the house. Bathrooms were in great condition and the showers had great water pressure.The house had more hangout spots than we initially realized. There were two other fire pits on either side of the house and a full area of horse stables in the back we never really explored. We played music throughout the evening and noise was not an issue, although the property does warn against noise after 10pm.We had a minor issue with the pool leveler but we were informed in advance by the property group and it did nothing to impact the pool experience. Pool table was in great condition too - level and the cues for the most part were in good condition. Stayed in contact via text with the property manager all weekend to ensure we had everything we needed and that we checked out properly.Great stay overall!
