Great area, safe , quiet and relaxing. We picked this location because my father in law is just a block over. Location made it easy for walking to see family and restaurants. The condo was clean. Pete and Marie are great! If you have any questions , Pete and Marie are extremely responsive. We cant wait to come back to Scottsdale. We will make sure to book with Pete and Marie again. Plenty of kitchen implements and bathroom supplies. Again, the only disconcerting thing is that i had asked about how the laundry machines were paid for at least two times before our trip and received no response at all. The location is super close to all the buzz and entertainment but far enough away to not hear it when we were ready for bed. Everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. Loved that there were extra fans and linens on site. Though I didnt need it this trip, there was a pack-n-play and mattress for those with little ones. The cross breeze from the front door to patio was glorious. Pete and Maria were extremely kind and responsive. We would definitely stay at any of their properties in the future. If I remember it correctly, was the phase 3 building and the address listed was the phase 1 building. Everything was clean and well maintained. Instructions in the guest book were helpful. It was a very nice touch having k-cup coffee for the morning as well as salt, pepper and olive oil. There was one small issue I called them about and it was addressed immediately. It would be difficult to ask for more. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. It can accommodate a few more people with the pull out but can be a little crowded. . For people who actually use the kitchen to eat in. A few things were missing for long term stays. Salad bowl (Had to use the colander to toss my salad). The frying pans are pretty used up and should be replaced (we used the pot to cook our morning eggs ). Unfortunately the neighboring condo was under construction and so ongoing noises for most of our stay. Kyle was very responsive with a few little items upon our arrival. Everything else was just right. Appreciated the coffee station (need to add Decaffeinated coffee to the coffee selection) as well as the shampoo/conditioner & body wash mini bottles to get us started. Everything was pretty well stocked (towels, tissues, toilet paper). I would recommend this location. The kitchen has everything you need to prep/make a meal. The bed was nice and comfortable and the balcony was a nice addition. There is a pool that is open until 10 pm every night. The downside of the unit is that the AC in the bedroom can get a bit loud at times and there isn't too much natural light that comes in. Location wise is between a 5 to 25 min walk to any main shopping center, restaurant, and entertainment district. Parking was very simple and the check process was as well. The complex itself is beautifully maintained, very secure and very quiet. Location is great. Close to everything in old town and civic center areas. Scottsdale Stadium is an easy mile walk. A grocery store is just blocks away - which was very nice. The little deck is nice for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail!
