My only issue was cleaning was not up to par. Floors were dirty, a few dishes were dirty and there were a few items that needed repair but this definitely did not damper our stay! The house was very well maintained and we felt right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and all my girlfriends said they got a good nights sleep. The pool was large and warm. Fun yard games to play. This house had everything that we needed for a fun pre Mothers Day sleepover. We would definitely stay here again. Easy check in directions, laundry was great to have, as we had already been traveling for 4 days prior to our stay. We enjoyed every minute outside in the pool, lounging in the chairs, playing golf or cornhole! Convenient location to local attractions, and in a quiet neighborhood! Pool was amazing, nice home just the perfect size for our family of 4, including two teens 18yo and 15 yo. If we go back to Phoenix/Scottsdale area, we will stay in the same area, if not the same house, with the same hosts! I cant say enough about how we enjoyed this house! We always try to accommodate early check in requests, when its available, however we had a guest that checked out at 10am on your check in day. It takes 6 hours to turn over a home. Washing linens, making beds, cleaning the inside and outside by a team of 3 people, takes the entire 6 hours. Everything was as listed. The property was gorgeous and the Host was very responsive for any questions/concerns. My only suggestion would be to possibly add additional TVs in the 2 bedrooms without them, but again thats personal preference as the other 2 bedrooms are stocked with TVs and so is the Living Room. Looked exactly like the pictures. Instructions were clear and host was very friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries. We couldnt get over how many towels they had which was amazing! From stocked coffee pods, olive oil, salt and pepper and all the kitchen utensils we needed it was perfect for making meals. If I were to say one thing for guests visiting Arizona during the cooler months, the pool at this properly is beautiful however it never got above 74 degrees for us during the peak daytime hrs. It was cold out but with two little kids that wanted to swim they couldnt go in for more than a few minutes without shivering. The pool is set to heat to 86 but it never reaches that temperature. I think if there was an option available that allowed the pool to heat overnight instead of timed for 12 hrs during the day it would likely help the pool reach its set temperature and would have made me easily give a 5 out of 5 rating on this location. Host's response: So sorry that you were visiting when the outside lows were 31 degrees and the average high was 50 degrees. All of Arizona outdoor swimming pools would never get to 86 degrees. Our group of 8 came to Scottsdale for a golf trip and found the home to very spacious and a good fit. The property was clean and provided all the amenities you could ask for in a pool, putting green and corn hole boards. We played Grayhawk and We Ko Pa, both of which were less than a 20 minute drive. The space was pristine and beautifully decorated and the backyard was perfect to hangout in. Pete was so quick to respond to our questions and even came out within 30 minutes when we needed help with something. I would highly recommend their place for a group trip!! The pool was super warm and clean you could get straight in. I loved how the living room/ kitchen area was open so our group could mingle in one area whether we where playing pool, watching tv or fixing food in the kitchen & on the plus side Scottsdale is so beautiful with lots to do such as water activities, shopping & the night time scene is awesome! The house looks like it would be bigger based on the pictures, but it was the perfect size for the 5 people that we had. Someone is supposed to come to clean the pool, but the pool was on the dirtier side. We may have just gotten unlucky with our timing and missed the pool cleaner. Aside from that, the house was perfect for us. Pete and Maria answered every question I had very quickly and helped anyway they could throughout the duration of our booking and our stay. Looking forward to making another trip to Scottsdale in the future and checking to see if this home is available. The pool is not only heated but is also large and fairly deep, so you can do some real swimming if you want. Thankfully, the pool was warm enough for my nephews and there was plenty to do in the house (e.g. pool table & plenty of televisions). The place was a great size for us to accommodate three families with kids, comfortable beds, fun outdoor space. Great kitchen and dining space. We had multiple kids and infants and the host was very accommodating to provide an extra crib and high chair. We did have a few disappointments with cleanliness and upkeep. Pete addressed the unclean bathroom and sent the cleaning company back but it was a disruption to our first night there and we weren't comfortable using the bath tub during our stay due to the issue. The outdoor furniture and games were worn out compared to the pictures listed. Overall it was a decent stay but we expected a little more attention to detail given the price. This home is located in a great neighborhood, is clean and looks just like if not better than the pictures. The pool was a bit chilly but still relaxing. The whole stay felt like home. Pete and Maria responded to all of my questions promptly. The first thing I noticed is how CLEAN everything was, thats super important for me. The swimming pool was great on the hotter days and after long hikes, but our boys LOVED the pool table more than anything. We played every morning and evening and it was so fun! We also enjoyed that the home had a Keurig along with kcups, sugar, cream, etc. So much was provided for our stay- even toiletries. You can tell Pete and Maria care about their guests. They even text to check in and make sure our stay was going well. We felt so at home during our stay. Location was also great for us- Starbucks and several stores and restaurants were nearby and it was centrally located to the areas we traveled to for hiking. HIGHLY recommend this home! If youre between homes youre searching to stay in, book SkyRun, you wont regret it! We would love to come back to AZ, if we do, well 100% stay at SkyRun again! As for Scottsdale- If you like fine dining and all the shopping in the world- this is your place! Such a beautiful city!! Easy drive to Phoenix and less than 2 hours to Sedona.
