Scottsdale on 64th Stayed May, 2024 Review We stayed here prior to surgery at the Mayo Clinic. The location was perfect for that. I really liked the pool and the outside patio.Great in the morning.Washer/dryer very convenient. I also appreciated the service moving trash cans. Not all places have that. Bathrooms were clean and easy to use. Very close to Kierland Commons and Promenade. We hope to stay here agsin. As soon as you enter the home, it feels so homey and comforting. Each and every person loved every aspect of our stay and utilized all spaces comfortably. Location is great, everywhere we went did not take more than 25-30 mins to get to (especially the PHX airport)! The hosts were awesome and friendly, but most importantly they are fast responders. Walking distance to a nice park. Close to grocery, trader joe, really everything you might need. Only thing we missed in listing was King bed is in a secondary bedroom without bathroom. The home was comfortable and had the essentials we would need for a weeklong visit. We came in the week between Christmas and New Years, but the pool was heated and was warm enough to swim in daily. The location and price was very fair for the days we were there and Pete and Maria were very responsive. We noticed low water pressure in both bathroom showers and cabinet knobs were loose. Scottsdale on 64th Stayed Jul, 2023 Review I wanted a place that we would feel relaxed, a place that would accommodate our family. The pool was such a plus, the children enjoyed the swimming. Although the heat was a bit much for us the pool made up for that. We all got rest the beds were so comfortable. Parking was nice, I liked not having to park in the streets. It was a very quiet neighborhood, we were very close to grocery stores, we were close to other shopping areas and a theater. Enjoying coffee outside in the early am was so relaxing. We immediately felt like home. From the beautiful large kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms, including one with a walkout and the gorgeous backyard, everything was amazing. The backyard was so nice to relax in all of the chairs and loungers next to the pool. We loved every minute of our stay! We appreciated all of the kitchen amenities that you had. We will definitely be doing this again in a few months! Checking in was easy and the space was great. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. We did have some issues with the kitchen though. The microwave stopped working after only a couple uses so we had to use the stove top to heat things but that source of heat of was also quite slow. Several of the dishes still had stains and muck on them so had to clean them. We had to go out and get our own dishwasher pods because we could not find any in the house. Other than these inconveniences in the kitchen, the experience was great and I recommend it. Scottsdale on 64th Stayed Apr, 2023 Review House was clean, living room comfortable, had great ac unit. One bed in the double bedroom was uncomfortable for my friend, the king I found comfortable. The patio is large and nice and faces a 4 lane street so you hear traffic, however not while in the house. One of the electrical connectors didnt seem to be working in the double bedroom it didnt impact our stay. Kitchen had all stocked, great coffee, salt and pepper and unopened olive oil which was nice. Pool pump was not functioning one day, created pool cloudiness. Alerted owner, quick response. Maintenance guy got pump to work . Friends and I did not feel safe in pool that day unfortunately, but pool guy came next day, added chemicals and pool became clear three hours later. Nice neighborhood there is a small park walking distance, Frys not too far for groceries. A+ for response time. Scottsdale on 64th Stayed Apr, 2023 Great location Nice property with lots of privacy. Was a quiet neighborhood. If youre looking for neighborhood property within short distance of grocery and shopping plus quiet at night this is great. Had everything we needed to make our meals! Rooms were all very updated very nice washer/dryer and garage to use. Pool was fantastic lots of decking space with sun and shade. Great find. Would stay again. Very clean. Prefer to stay here over resorts when we return to Scottsdale. Only recommendation is to get Youtube TV or easier free access to local stations and news and sports.
