Our three generations enjoyed the privacy and comfort of the condo. itself as well as the spacious pool area. This is a perfect fit for groups of friends or family. We'd be happy to stay here again. Scottsdale on 83rd Stayed Mar, 2024 Review Pete and Maria's place was nice and very clean and exactly like the pictures online! Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out for my family of 6 (with 4 young kids). My kids especially liked the 2 TV's and the adults enjoyed the keurig cups for coffee in the morning! The overall location was nice, about 5 minutes from Old Town, and close to a park to walk and playgrounds for kids to play. Pete and Maria were very responsive to my questions. We had an issue with the hot water which only lasted for 2-3 showers. It's a quiet neighborhood and since it's a townhome and neighbors are right next door, one particular neighbor did not like that my kids were loud at times and liked to play in the front yard. We kinda felt like we had to keep them quiet which was challenging. Next time, we will stay at a stand alone house but definitely recommend Pete and Maria's if you want a quieter getaway! Host's response: Thanks for your feedback Katie. Yes, the neighbor mentioned that the kids were loud throughout the stay. We rarely hear from him. We do have house rules about respecting the neighbors as Airbnb and the state of Arizona have rules and laws about that. Our home is just like every home with a hot water tank. Once the hot water tank empties from multiple showers, it needs about 30 minutes to refill and heat up again. Thank you for your review and we hope to have you back. We came to AZ to celebrate our Aunt's 102 birthday! The place was great for us - it was easy to get around and we enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the morning, taking walks around the park, and hanging out by the pool. The place came with starter coffee pods for the Keurig and the Safeway was literally around the corner. We'd stay there again (let's what next year brings!)
