Boasting 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this resort-like home has plenty of fun amenities to ensure a memorable vacation for the entire family. The private house comfortably sleeps 10 and features a boat dock for those interested in bringing their personal watercraft. As you enter the home you will immediately go into vacation mode. The large entryway leads you to a variety of places to explore. Tucked directly to your left is a cozy den with a comfy sleeper sofa, over-sized bean bag chair, decorative console with TV and arcade-style golf game. A perfect little hideaway for the kid in all of us. Immediately to the right is the two-car garage entrance and a staircase that leads to the second story bedrooms. As you continue into the heart of the home you will find the formal dining room with a large, ornate wooden table with seating for 8, and buffet table to place all the delicious foods you will prepare in the gourmet kitchen. Just a few steps away is the inviting living room with over-stuffed couches, ottoman, chaise lounge and large flat-screen TV. Watch out for the octopus! French doors and large windows offer up amazing views of the pool and canal, as well as access to the backyard oasis. Around the corner from the living room is the spacious and updated kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, high-end appliances and warm toned cabinetry.
