This house had everything we are looking for. We had the thought “wow, they really did think of everything” from the towel warmer to the boot dryer to the ski racks in the garage. This was such a great rental and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and especially the private hot tub! The staff at Sky Run was also super nice, helpful, and accommodating. Skied at Keystone and Copper and was a quick 15 minute drive with minimal traffic.Having a hot tub, fireplace, and access to the garage was essential and the layout was perfect for our group of 7. Only reason I didn’t rate a 5 was there were some stains on the linens and towels. Would still recommend! The kitchen had all the essentials and the beds were very comfortable. The skiers loved the hot tub after skiing at the nearby resorts. Stayed Jan, 2023 Annual Ski Trip 2023 This is our 11th annual ski trip to Colorado with our kids. We loved this property because it had all the amenities we were looking for, including being pet friendly. It's a short distance away (18 min) from Keystone Resort and about (40 min) away from Vail. This property is exceptionally clean and well stocked with blankets, sheets and pillows, as well as kitchen items. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with it's own full bathroom. Bed was super comfy. The property seems very upscale, nice stone exteriors, the townhomes are not too close together, quiet, plenty of parking, nice walking trails, the view from the living room and master bedroom with the lake are so beautiful. The area is close to restaurants , all ski areas , shopping but far enough north of the highway and town that it was super quiet. We loved it and will definately go back. . Stayed Sep, 2022 Great Family House on the Lake We had a wonderful family of 5 stay at Ponds on the Blue River. The very clean house with 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths was plenty of space for our family and visiting friends. The kitchen was stocked well and was roomy so more than one cook could be in the kitchen at a time. The bedrooms were also roomy and the beds were comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and we used the grill, hot tub, and kayak while we were there!! Sky Run was great to work with, the hot tub needed some shock and there was someone adding shock within the hour....great service! We have been coming to the area for 10 years and this condo has fallen into the 1st place slot!! We will be renting Ponds Blue River again on our return!! Eleesa H. Stayed Aug, 2022 Amazing!
