At over 5,100 sq/ft spread across three expansive living areas, there is ample space to accommodate your entire group while allowing for complete enjoyment of the tranquility, relaxation and luxury of this awesome custom home. This private home has just joined our program and has never been a rental before. Bring the groceries to prepare gourmet meals. You will be creating memories for your family and friends.

Located with a short 20 to 30 drive to 4 major ski resorts. Easy drive to Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain. Drive a little further and you can be in Vail or Beaver Creek.

Hiking Trails run right though the Three Peaks Development. You can hike from the front door into the surrounding national forest. Other summer activities include fly-fishing and sailing. The gold medal Blue River is world renown for its monster trout. The nearby Dillon Reservoir, which is in view from the home, features Pontoon rentals, sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing.

Return after a day on the slopes or hiking trails to the private hot tub or the game room at this fabulous home.

There is an outdoor gas fireplace on the lower level porch along with the large private hot tub. The grill and patio furniture are located on the upper level deck. Both the deck and porch boast incredible views of the Silverthorne valley. You can see from Keystone to Breckenridge.

The main floor master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath. The bath has a jetted tub and dual headed shower with an additional rain fall shower head from the ceiling. Boasting similar views to the living area you also have a private deck.

The large upstairs bedroom is great for kids. With 2 twin bunks and another twin over double bunk there's a total of 6 separate beds in this bedroom. This bedroom also features its own TV and chairs with and ensuite bathroom.

There are three additional bedrooms down stairs.

The first downstairs bedroom is considered the second master. It has its own exit to the deck with great views of the Silverthorne valley. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a large bubble bath (not jetted). This bedroom has a King Bed.

The second downstairs bedroom has a Queen Bed with an ensuite bath shower/tub combo.

The third downstairs bedroom has two twin beds.

There is a bathroom with a shower and door that leads out to the hot tub area. The shower features a steam generator.

We had a reservation with Vacasa and upon our arrival to the house were told that it wasn't available. Their alternative was far from satisfactory so the situation was beyond frustrating. So, we hopped on Airbnb and found this wonderful house. It exceeded all our expectations including a very responsive host who had us in the house within a 1/2 hour of our first finding the listing. The house was spotless, well appointed and had everything we wanted including gorgeous views and easy access. For us 5 long time friends, it was the perfect accommodation. Highly recommend!

This property is incredible for a group vacation. We had a multi-generational gathering and there was a space for everyone! The outdoors is beautiful and serene, and the hot tub is well situated to take it all in. The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Good Times at Good Elevations

I loved my time at Good Elevations with my kids and grandkids. It's like staying in a luxury hotel but it has a lot more to offer. The house is beautiful and very accommodating. There were 'only' 8 of us and we loved the space and privacy - when wanted - that this house provides. The view is spectacular and we saw a lot of deer, fox and birds. We especially loved feeding and watching the hummingbirds. We were there the third week in May and I would add a word of caution for anyone considering that time of year. It was a lot colder than we expected it to be so some outdoor activities were limited. And it SNOWED - 3 days out of 6 and multiple times per day! It did always melt pretty fast. The Florida grands were so excited the first few times because they had only seen snow on the ground before. It did lose it's charm after the 3rd time! They decided hey would rather go to the snow instead of having the snow come to them?

The Best Views!

If you are looking for a mountain getaway to go skiing, hiking or just relax, you can not go wrong with this lovely home. The views are amazing from every room. The kitchen is HUGE and plenty big to host your family (or two!). Well equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen to games to hot tub (which also has amazing views). We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

Beautiful views and spacious home. We enjoyed our stay, and had fun playing pool. The hot tub was unable to be used the first 2 nights, so that was a bummer, but overall we loved the place!

Great vacation home for a multi generational family!

This is our second summer in this home (and our 5th summer home through SkyRun). Like last year, it met all our needs and desires for our multi generational family ranging from 3 years to 68 years! It's a more remote location yet conveniently close to coffee, groceries, gas, playground and hiking trails. Good Elevations has an incredible view of the mountains with no electrical or cable wires anywhere to mar the view. We loved the multi level bedrooms and family areas providing privacy and space for all. The massive kitchen/dining/living areas on the main floor very comfortably accommodated us and no one felt crowded. The hot tub, fire pit and pool table were enjoyed by all. Should we return to the area again next year we would definitely stay here again!

Home with Spectacular Views

We had a family reunion (6 adults and 4 children) at the Good Elevations property. It is a gorgeous home with all of the accommodations including kitchen furnishings that we needed for 10. Our family had a fabulous time at the home and it's location was perfect as a central hub for all of the activities and adventures we participated in during the week. I highly, highly recommend this home.All communications and contact with Sky Run Property management were outstanding. They followed-up upon our arrival to ensure everything was OK and offered to provide any items that we needed that might be missing. Would definitely rent through them again.

We had such a good stay at this house! For a large group, the house has tons of space and the views are spectacular. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and we cooked multiple meals at the house. We could not recommend this house enough!

Truly a beautiful property with outstanding views and high quality throughout. Location was great as were skiing at Copper Mountain and could get there in 20 mins. Neighborhood was great and felt very private while at the same time being just a few minutes to stores and restaurants. Service was communicative before check-in and responsive to minor requests as well.

Review

We had a wonderful stay during a long Labor Day weekend with our two grown-up sons and their families, plus a baby granddaughter. The house was beautiful, spacious and welcoming. We really appreciate the layout with a master bedroom on the main floor, and 3 bedrooms in the basemen, plus a large den/tv/pool room with a bar area in the basement. It meant that our sons had plenty of room, and the baby had her own room right next to her parents. The downstairs bar with a sink and fridge was also really helpful. We loved the location. It was quiet, and 100 ft up the road were lovely hiking trails into White River National Forest and Eagles Nest Wilderness area. We hiked once or twice every day with our dogs. The golf course down the road was lovely, and challenging. We also rented a boat on Lake Dillon. Silverthorne offers a lot to do! We would happily return and would rent this house again.

GREAT Elevations!!!

This location is not only Good - it's GREAT! Everything about this home is exactly what it states! It's beyond gorgeous! Our large family had more than enough space to relax, play, cook and rest. Sky Run was easy to work with! We'd definitely go back to this home and use their services!

Beautiful House & View

We had 6 different families for a work retreat stay here. Everyone had their own space with their room/ bathroom but nice common areas as well that we could all hang out in. Lots of fun stuff to do in the house and a relaxing porch to hang out on. Very clean and well stocked house!

The best time!

We stayed in the house for a ladies' summer get-away and the house was perfect! There was something for everyone with the fire pit, billiards, nearby hiking, and plenty of epic bathrooms. The views from the house are entirely underestimated in these photos!!

Great property slight hitch with pre arrival communication

The property was terrific - quiet and serene. Made for a great summer time vacation spot. The major hitch for me was no communication (access code to property) from Sky Run prior to arrival which added a lot of stress. Follow up with them provided an appropriate response. The source of the issue was a "glitch" in their system.

Great stay at Good Elevations!!

Excellent location, views and property for our multi generational family vacation!!! Ease in booking with great communication from booking to arrival to departure! Immaculate Property

We had a group that came up to celebrate a birthday and Engagement weekend.The house is immaculate. A nice open floor plan up and downstairs. Great for group entertaining with ample space. Comfortable sleeping accommodations. Beautiful views all around as you sit at the top of the hill in Silverthorne. Large driveway but some parking shuffling had to occur as you can't park on the street in the winter. Overall, parking was not an issue.We had an absolute blast and will never forget it. Highly recommend as I could not imagine a better place to stay.

Incredible!

This property was so beautiful and spacious, and had an array of amenities to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking for large groups. And the views were unreal. We would definitely stay here again.

Family ski trip

The property is beautiful and the location is amazing what made me give you less than five stars was weve arrived with no driveway shoveled or walk shoveled and we had to trudge through that in the ice and snow trying to unload our things. The other thing was the bed in the master bedroom is a adjustable bed but only one side of the adjustable bed works making it really uncomfortable for the person on the other side other than that the property was beautiful its amazing space for big enough for huge families gatherings in the property is well taken care of

Christmas

We had our family & their partners join for Christmas21 ! The hone is beautifully appointed & served as a great base camp for both snowmobiling, skiing & offers great logistics with Whole Foods within 5 miles ! We had a great time & really enjoyed hiking the path next to the house - Eagles Nest Trail !Love everything about it

Great house

Great house, great location, well decorated and stacked. Only minor comment: the kitchen had all supplies you could ever need to cook except a whisk which I desperately needed to make pancakes… ended up using a fork. And 1 of the dinning chairs was wobbly. Other than that it was perfect for our group. Will come back if I ever vacation again in Silverthorne!

Wow! This house is amazing! Gorgeous views from every window and the absolute perfect setup for large families or multiple families. The enormous kitchen was very well stocked with quality, large cookware and utensils. They even had quite the variety of seasonings! A closet full of family games was a huge hit for our crew when we could peel them away from the pool table. Everyone in our party aged 1-61 had an amazing time. Everything in the house was very comfortable, couches with fluffy throw blankets, gorgeously done up beds, ample space in the dining and living areas for everyone to hang out and visit as well. Every room also had a bathroom which was super convenient. Well definitely be back.

A great place for our honeymoon. The master bathroom was incredible, the giant window looking out towards the mountains is beautiful, and the privacy was wonderful. The SkyRun staff were very helpful and took the time to contact me a week beforehand to make sure everything was set up perfectly. We will be back!

Summer At Good Elevations

This was a fantastic home, with fantastic views and fantastic staff. Spent nearly a month in the house and wouldnt change a thing. Well appointed kitchen, clean, great location, spaciousbetter than the pics online. If you go in the summer, take advantage of all the nearby trails!

Wonderful Stay!!

Spacious and Relaxing

Our stay was wonderful. It accommodated our family perfectly. We cooked nearly every meal while we were there and the kitchen was well prepared for that. The extra fridge downstairs was perfect for all the drinks and food we had for our large group. The view were stunning and the quick access to town was fabulous. We would stay here again & plan too!

Great Time at Good Elevations

Really enjoyed our stay in Silverthorne, CO at Good Elevations. The home was spacious, included lots of amenities, and the views out the back windows toward the mountains were spectacular. Was nice it had good internet speed as a few in our party had to work a few days. Everyone in our group had their own bedroom and bathroom too. The Skyrun property Mgmt co. was responsive and good to work with. Would highly recommend this home for a big family or multiple couples.

Weekend Escape

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. The views from the deck of the mountains great. It was a weekend escape with family. The address listed on maps when I got access to the location had the wrong address number listed, check in was supposed to be by 4pm I didnt receive the code to enter until after 4pm where I was then given the correct address. Any issues I was able to text the company and get a response. The fire place/heated matt/lights outside down stairs were not working but they sent a maintenance guy to come fix them so that was good! Overall great stay and would definitely come back.

Great spacious location for a family gathering
