SUBMIT Amy Stayed Jul, 2024 Review House is nice but you can tell it's been used as a rental for a while (broken screen door on the deck, stained carpets, etc.). Overall it's a nice, spacious house with beautiful views from the deck and living area. We enjoyed having the private hot tub on the deck. There were a couple of issues during our stay but SkyRun was fantastic about dealing with them right away. This is a great place for a family or group of friends looking for a spacious home in short driving distance to Fisco, Breck, Keystone, etc. We would stay here again if looking for a place in Silverthorne. It was so spacious for all 6 of us, a kid and a dog! We loved skiing at Keystone and Breck and jumping in the hot tub after. Location was great, it was super clean and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The heated garage was a great addition and lots of places to walk our dog. The open kitchen and living/dining areas made it great for social settings plus the many windows looking out to the beautiful surroundings. Alexandra Stayed Aug, 2021 Review overall, fine, place and good location with lots of space. hot tub is nice. a little overpriced in my opinion for really outdated kitchen and bathrooms and other missing amenities. many of the patio Adirondack chairs were broken when we arrived... only a couple of kitchen towels for a large house and long stay. the walkway up to the front door was way overgrown as well which made it difficult to get in and out of the place that way. additionally, I did read a review later that said the neighbors have a camera in the window facing the master bed and I did see that and find that very odd. also, the garbage bags they stocked for the kitchen were so thin, one would normally never use those for a kitchen bc they'd break/tear in a second. Beds were also very comfortable. Plenty of cross ventilation in the summer with windows open and A/C was not needed nor missed. Only issue is that this duplex unit sits on a fairly busy road (Ryan Gulch) serving this community and car noise is pretty significant during the day. Not a huge deal for us as we were out and about during the daytime hours but noticeable nonetheless. That said, we would definitely stay here again. We are big cookers so we really enjoyed the well designed and well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was in the kitchen for making so many meals on our week trip. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. The only negative was the couch. It looked like it was 30 years old. The pull out bed was not even an option for sleeping. No really wanted to sit on the couch as you sunk deep into it. So really this house has 2 less sleeping spots then stated. The hot tub was a great perk! It was well maintained. Stayed Dec, 2016 Wonderful Thanksgiving We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! The Kitchen was fully stocked (I had brought many things from home for Thanksgiving preparation, but did not need too!). The unit is very open and has lots of room for everyone. The Hot Tub was wonderful and it was great to be able to bring the dog. It is close to the Keystone slopes so it was nice to be able to ski with ease. Of course, not far to other slopes if you prefer. Great view of Keystone runs at night too! Two families had kids under 2 and one had a dog and the home was spacious for all of us. The open floor plan on the main level was great for cooking meals and spending time with kids. The private hot tub was perfect and was used each day and night. It was very quiet in the neighborhood and easy to get everywhere. The property management staff was extremely helpful and quick to assist. Overall we had a great and I would recommend this property to anyone. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood, the hot tub, the views. While the condo is pet friendly, don't hesitate to stay here even if you do not have pets, the place is very clean and comfortable. Wendy Stayed Feb, 2016 Review The Sauterne Sanctuary was a great place for our family ski trip! It had almost everything we needed and more. I didn't realize that Silverthorne was an outlet mall location where there was plenty of places to visit for the rest days or for the people who don't ski. It was 20 min away from Loveland and Keystone resorts. The house was large and comfy. The living room and kitchen open concept was a great open space for all of us for game night, or watching a movie. The hot tub was so nice at night to relax our tired muscles from skiing. They had a bookshelf full of games and a full kitchen with pots/pans, plates and everything. The only hiccup was that the oven didn't seem to work, but perhaps that can be simply fixed. The rooms each had a humidifier which was SOOO helpful for sleeping. The showers have soap, shampoo and conditioners so that makes packing a little easier. It's all about the details! It was so nice! We had a great time at this house and absolutely loved the layout. It had an open concept living room with plenty of seating for everyone. The private hot tub on the deck was great to have and we used it every night. We also were very pleased with how clean the home was upon our arrival and how well stocked it was from the kitchen to bathroom supplies, etc. I loved the large master bedroom and the jetted tub was nice. The heated garage came in very handy keeping our car and ski equipment warm. The only suggestion we have is a newer TV in the living room but the one there worked just fine. We don't watch much TV on vacation anyway so it wasn't a huge deal. We really enjoyed the location as it wasn't far from I-70 but it was quiet and nested in the trees...very serene. It's hard to beat relaxing in a private hot tub after a long day (or a morning dip after a long night). Plenty of space to feed the group, and enjoy the evening. It even has a big garage to store your vehicles and gear. This was a last minute rental through SkyRun and everything worked out perfectly. Kendra was able to line things up and when she sent me the information, I was pleasantly surprised. I've actually stayed at this place multiple times in the past during ski season under different management and the unit is as good as ever and dealing with SkyRun is as convenient as ever. Hard to beat them if you are staying in Summit.
