Northstar home.

Great Home in Northstar

We had a great time staying at this home for our ski trip. The kitchen was well equipped, house was clean, and fireplace made it so cozy. We enjoyed the sleds provided to have fun in the snow on the golf course hills. Would definitely stay here again.

Review

We had an amazing time staying here. Our group was able to comfortably enjoy the entire space. There is a ton of cozy space and room for people to lounge and relax after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen is huge and incredibly well-stocked with all the dishware and cookware you need to make big group meals. The back deck is a nice amenity with the grill and hottub. Each room has a comfortable bed and all the towels/extra blankets you need. In terms of location it is hard to beat this spot - it's a 5-10 minute drive from NorthStar but you can also get to Palisades in about 25 minutes. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and two garage spaces. Loved this place and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful location looking out to the snow covered golf course, the kids had so much fun playing in the snow. We booked for a family ski trip and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and had very nice high-end appliances. The home was very clean and comfortable. The communication between us and SkyRun was excellent. The hot tub on the deck and the BBQ were great and in good condition and the shuttle to Northstar is so quick and convenient. Picks up at the driveway. Well worth the price and would stay here again.

Great location!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Lots of cooking items, snow sleds, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and the location was ideal. We took the shuttle to Northstar Village for shops & the slopes. The backyard was perfect for sledding too!

Fantastic home and location

We loved our stay. The attention to detail in this home is impressive. Beautiful decor, high end appliances, fully equipped kitchen, and wonderful layout, with additional dining nook and a bedroom office, in addition to a giant sized Scrabble board in the TV room! Even the bench in the garage for putting on and taking off your ski boots as well as places to store your stuff out of the way of the main living spaces makes everything so easy.. Shuttle to Northstar ski lift that you can reach with an app is the icing on the cake!

Great location, beautiful house

We stayed with children and extended family over Christmas. The two things I liked most were a free shuttle to Northstar and plenty of space right at the back of the house for playing with kids in the snow. Ah, and jacuzzi it was hot and perfect! Also, everybody who cooked noted that the kitchen was well- stocked. And WiFi worked well.

Booked the cabin for the New Years weekend.Great communication and a lot of information and follow ups before we arrived, thats was really helpful.Loved the place, it was super clean, nice looking kitchen and a lot of appliances for cocking and cleaning.We also went to snowboarding at the Northstar tracks that was only 6 minutes drive from our place! The hot tab outside and the new BBQ were great.Cant wait to come back again to this place again.

Excellent Weekend Stay!

This home was amazing! Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful view of golf course from deck and hot tub. The kids were thrilled with the game room and size of the humongous TV! The adults were thrilled with the lovely living room with fireplace and vaulted ceilings. There were 12 of us (adults and teens) and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. I highly recommend this property!

Great modern house in Northstar shuttle

This was a really nice house with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Great layout for up to 3 families. One of the more modem houses I have stayed at the village. The house is on the golf course which gives a lot of space for kids to play in the snow while the adults can talk and watch them from the living room.Very convenient to the resort using the shuttle service. As is common in some of the houses Ive booked online, the blankets could be improved. I would invest in simple white douvets with covers that could be washed with every guest. The towels were very nice.Ive stayed in several houses on the village and this one is one of my favorites. I would stay there again.

Amazing property and location

Property was modern, appeared recently redone and had a perfect layout for 2 families. Golf course in the backyard was brilliant for sledding. Free shuttle, only minutes to Northstar. Honestly I cant think how this property could be better - will definitely stay here again!

Super bowl Weekend

We had a great time at this property. It is a beautiful home on the golf course which is the best thing ever when it has evolved into the best snow play area EVER! The shuttle to and from NorthStar is wonderfully convenient. We will stay here again!!

Great place

Up scale vacation place

This place surpassed our expectation. The house has been renovated with great taste, a pro kitchen with big gas range and superior frige, the amenities were plenty and you could find anything you need. During our stay it snowed quit much, and was very beautiful.

The communication between us and SkyRun was excellent. We were notified before, during and after with important information during our stay. We did not have any problems with the home (i.e. utilities, etc.) and would expect that if we did, SkyRun would have responded timely. Our experience was positive with the home rental and it was consistent/accurate with what was advertised on Airbnb, Inc.

Review

We were able to combine two families into this one house for a wonderful week-long summer vacation in Tahoe. The house is awesome. Very spacious for what we needed, along with all the amenities. The kitchen was very well-stocked for our cooking needs- in fact, we ended up eating in most nights. We were pleasantly surprised by the little touches even- hand soap at every sink, for example. The furniture and layout of the house is really nice. We have stayed in some Airbnb's where the couches looked way more comfortable in the pictures than they actually were. Not so here. All the furniture was comfy, all the bathrooms (and kitchen) are current in terms of style and functionality. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the deck every day, and what a wonderful view of the trees and the golf course. We made use of every bed available but still felt like there was space to retreat as needed. We LOVED the shuttle access into the North Star village and to the rec center/pool. Price-wise it is more than we like to spend on lodging, but in the end all paying parties agreed it was worth it. Overall it was a great week and we would stay here again.

June Family Visit

Beautiful Fully Equipped Family Friendly Home

From the moment we stepped into this lovely, fully updated home we were delighted. Everything you could possibly need for cooking, entertainment, and relaxing was provided. Wonderful house

We were amazed by how nice this house was - unlike many rental houses there was plenty of space, and everything seemed brand new. The upstairs bunk room with 3 bunk beds was perfect for the kids, and the TV/media room was great. Hot tub was extremely nice too. Definitely the best place we've stayed at Northstar.

It was a beautiful home. The playroom was a great bonus. Keeping some of the rooms was an issue.

The kids room and the bedroom with the sunroom were hard to heat. Maybe the beds blocked the air vents. The hot tub was wonderful and having the shuttle pick us up was so convenient. The heated floors were lovely. It would be nice to have some paper goods like paper plates,napkins and coffee filters. A few condiments would be helpful too. The sleds were really fun and nice to have there. The garage is really small. Overall we loved it. We had a great weekend

Excellent!

We LOVED our stay. The house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were top-notch and the hot tub was lovely! We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 children. The shuttle made it super easy to get back and forth to the village. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun stay at North Star. We hope to be back next year!

Nicely updated and comfortable house

Beautiful house and well furnished. Bathrooms and kitchen have been recently updated with higher end finishes. The game room was awesome allowing kids (or adults) to hang out without disturbing others. One tip about the hot tub. It takes a awhile to heat up, so plan ahead if you're going to use it. We set it to the desired temperature in the morning, went skiing and it was ready when we returned. The shuttle pickup couldn't have been more convenient. Just call and wait in the driveway. We would definitely stay again.
