Bedroom configuration:
Master Suite is equipped with a comfy king bed, flat screen television and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. There is also a connected balcony with private views of the landscape, chairs and table. A fantastic place to unwind and talk of the days’ adventures.
1st Guest bedroom offers two queen beds with cozy linens, connected balcony and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a delightful tile and glass shower.  
2nd Guest Bedroom is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo and two queen beds. There is also a connected balcony which is shared with the living room.

The open floor plan of the dining, kitchen and living area give the space a warm and homey feeling. The fully appointed kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious feast. Don’t want to cook? No problem, there are many delicious restaurants located just a short 1.25 miles away in the heart of the Vail Village. There is seating for seven at the dining table with and additional two seats at the breakfast nook.

Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace while enjoying the game on the flat screen TV.  Other amenities include a stacked washer/dryer, building hot tub and summer outdoor pool. Plus, free underground parking is included!

Vail is well known for its skiing but there’s so much more! From shopping, hiking, hot air-ballooning to golf. Winter, spring, summer, fall this valley really does have it all. You cannot go wrong when calling Fallridge home base on your next destination vacation!

All Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Review

Great location - very close to the shuttle stops and walkable to Vail Village if you wanted. Oven was out of service, which was unfortunate for cooking at home, but could make do with the toaster oven! The hot tub within the building was a bit grimy, so we didnt partake. The condo itself was perfectly clean and comfortable!

Good but not perfect.

Its good accommodation and we had a nice stay. But the property needs a bit of an upgrade or perhaps even a refurb. It feels a bit old and some of the appliances are and not in perfect working condition, like the dishwasher that missing the tablet holder. But overall it was ok.

Great stay for ski trip

Had a group of 6 meet up to ski for the week and this place met our needs perfectly. A full kitchen allowed us to save money by making a few home cooked meals but the bus route gave us quick access to Vail Village on nights we were too exhausted to cook. Split between 6 people this was cheaper than a hotel room. Overall great stay.

Excellent spot. No issues. Extremely smooth check in and check out procedures. Shuttle system extremely convenient in the morning and Ubers/taxis to vail village very affordable and convenient at night. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location for Vail - end of the Golf Course bus, 10 mins to Vail Village. Easy to self check in, lots of parking and luggage carts to help get upstairs. Hot tub was closed for repairs unexpectedly, pool is only in summer. Apartment is dated, had issues with heating & oven, trash left behind, main shower is only 5 ft, broken vertical blinds. But bed is super comfy, nice to light the wood fireplace, a few games entertained our toddler, good price for the location.

This unit is in a great location close to the golf course. The management company is easy to work with and responded quickly. The unit is a bit outdated but 3 bathrooms for 5 people in Vail for a wedding was very convenient.

Perfect mountain getaway

I spent the weekend with my friends in vail. This rental was perfect with plenty of beds and space. The shuttle location was very close and easy to use to get to the mountain! Highly recommend!!

Vail review

Overall we were happy with the experience. The oven was a challenge! The controls were hard to figure out unless you shine a light closely on the knobs there is faint back lit print that tells you what to do. The kitchen was fairly well furnished with silverware some pots and pans. The dining area had wine glasses and a nice dining table. The rooms in reality are a little smaller than they appeared to be in the pictures, but the dimensions were listed online. The TV remotes were also a challenge. Not sure if batteries were good or not. It was farther from Vail village than we realized, but there is a free shuttle bus and storage lockers in Vail village. If we had questions the management told us we needed to call the owner yet could not give us the number to call. We liked having 3 bedrooms, but the vertical blinds in the room I stayed would neither open nor tilt and we were afraid to pull too hard on the cords. The bedrooms don't have a lot of room to move around the edges of the furnishings. Each bedroom had a private toilet, and either a half bath or a walk in shower and we liked that. There was ample parking underground. We were told we could bring two cars but upon arrival were told only one could be parked underground because of expected crowds during presidents weekend. Overall I thought the cost was higher than the property was worth and was surprised that by the time all the taxes, cleaning fees and add ons were totaled it significantly increased the price. We had an enjoyable time and of course Vail is one of the best ski resorts in North America.

Nice, but rugs could use a re-fresh

Property is very nice overall. Great location- quiet and comfortable. Rugs are a bit stained in many places, which gives the impression it isn't clean, even though everything else was perfectly clean. Shower heads are very short, so if you are taller than 6'0 it is hard to shampoo.

Located at the edge of Vail. nice 3 bedroom place with kitchen. close to the Vail village. no a/c and the dryer did not work well, but comfortable place for 7 people

Kids loved the pool.

We had a great time. Microwave and grill did not work properly. Thermal convection oven was difficult to figure out since we were not familiar with that kind of oven. Still had a great time. Clean. Beds as stated. Enough room for 8 of us. And, the pool was great. Kids probably spent 3 -4 hours a day in it.

Quiet, spacious retreat.

We had a wonderful 12-night stay at the property. The condo is as advertised and more. I dont think the pictures do the condo justice. The living area furniture is nicer in person than in the pictures. All of the beds are really comfortable. (So much so that my husband checked out the brand of the king mattress as it is more comfy than our bed at home.) The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. But best of all - the condo has long private balconies. It is on the first floor but above ground level, which is nice. The condo seems soundproof. We know we had neighbors and we never heard them once. I like the golf course area as main town was very busy while we were here and it was nice to be in a less dense area. The pool is small but warm and clean. Walk to the golf course, an easy hike on the mountain right behind the condo, and the creek. Quick bike to town or the bus is outside your doorstep. We found this location for summer better than being in town as we had easy access to good hikes where parking is hard to come by. We could simply walk to the trailhead. Love being near the bike path. All in all a great stay. We liked the unit so much that we wanted to come back in the fall but it was booked.
