OUR GUESTS LOVE:

SOME GUESTS DON'T LOVE:
- The Master bedroom's shower stall instead of a bathtub.
- Upper level yard not fully enclosed.
- Hearing farming & animal sounds. The shooting range at Fairgrounds used occasionally.

Other things to note:

If visiting Yosemite National Park please check the official website for up to date information during your intended stay.

This property is surrounded by nature. Be mindful of critters that might want to come inside. Please do not leave doors open as they can walk, crawl or fly inside at anytime. Please never leave children or pets unattended.

We welcome pets!
During your stay, we ask that you keep your fur-babies off the furniture or use a cover, and clean-up after them.
We charge a per pet fee and an additional charge may be collected if there are any damages or carpet/furnishing cleaning costs, if urine or feces clean-up is needed.

Please be aware that the yards are not fully enclosed (so we may not be the best fit if you have a runner). Please be sure to bring your pets supplies and accessories.

Please remember that you are staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Everything is in working order, however should there be any issues, getting vendor support in this area can be difficult, and it may not be possible to fix it during your stay.

Our mountain community is prone to occasional power outages and/or internet service interruptions. If you discover that the power is out, first look to see if it is out through the entire house. If the outage is just for an area or appliance, you may need to reset a GFI switch (by pressing the button in the middle of the outlet).

If power to the whole house is out, it means there is an area-wide outage by the PG&E infrastructure. If this is the case, please let us know so we can start monitoring the outage on the PG&E website. Internet can be slow in our mountain community. We are not responsible for general outages or service interruptions.

You'll find LED lanterns for use outside as additional light or during a power outage in the hallway linen closet.

Keep in mind we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that is not toilet paper. DO NOT FLUSH "FLUSHABLE" WIPES, PLEASE!
