The location was perfect. We loved riding our bikes, hiking and walking around town. Having dinner then walking home was so nice. The home was well appointed and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub, but couldnt figure out how to turn it on.

Great Vacation Stay

This is an excellent clean compact efficient property located in the heart of Aspen with a 5-10 minute walk to hiking trails, Aspen Gondola, restaurants, rafting pickups, bus to other parts of Aspen / Snowmass with a central pool and hot tub. Our Grandkids loved the facility and its location. It has all the amenities a family or friends need including a gas grill on the front porch which is also an excellent dining spot overlooking a pretty neighborhood. It offers access to all the beauty of the mountains and if a skier, great access to all the mountain slopes. Our Grandkids from Louisiana were transfixed by the mountains and want to return and we will definitely try to book this property again.

Great location, great condo! This condo was perfect for our party of 4. We loved that it had two master suites and bathrooms attached. The space was lovely and the kitchen was stocked with all the things necessary. The views are great from this condo, you can see the skiers from Ajax. The hot tub and pool were good, the jets weren’t working on the hot tub but that was our only complaint. Other than that it was a pleasure staying at this place. Check in and check out was a breeze and the office stored our stuff so we could cruise around town before leaving for the airport. We’ll be back!

Great property with an amazing location! Two level, corner unit with easy walking distance to two Ajax lifts/gondolas. The condo was very comfortable for our party of 5. I appreciated having the mud room / laundry on the first floor to store our skis and gear. Upstairs, from the living room you can see skiers coming down the mountain, you can confirm that the Shadow Mountain lift is running, and you can sip your coffee while you watch the interesting neighborhood comings and goings. It felt private but townie. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything a chef could ask for making cooking at the condo easy. Skyrun's manager was responsive and communicative. No issues with check in or check out. We would be happy to return!

My home away from home

I've stayed in this condo multiple times over the years and I can say only that it is PERFECT! It feels like home! Everything you could possibly want to be comfortable. It's gorgeous - but not stuffy. It's so well appointed that you'll want for nothing, whether you're a cook (there are googles to put on to protect your eyes from the sting of cutting onions), or you like to hand wash your clothes (there's a carefully hidden bar on which to hang your wet ski wear or bathing suit so you don't have to see clothes hanging everywhere), everything you need is at your fingertips.This includes the fabulous Aspen mountain! Just a block away from the gondola! You're right in the middle of everything in the town of Aspen, and yet, YOU CAN PARK YOUR CAR! Aspen has become more popular than ever and parking is an issue. Not with this condo! Easy peasy.The host is incredible and so is this place. I 100% recommend it - only please don't book it when I wanna go back!!!

I have rented many places in Aspen and this one takes the Lead! I could not ask for a better Host and a perfect Location. I have always enjoyed this condo and am disappointed when it is not available. If you're a cook, the kitchen is well appointed. I can't speak to winter, but summer is quite comfortable with a balcony for dining. The pool is clean and the area is well kept. Fabulous location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the gondola and trails. No noise from neighboring units as I've experienced in other properties.

Fasching Haus # 3

Location, location, location. This property is the perfect spot to enjoy your Aspen stay. It is walkable to everthing you need in downtown or for access to the mountain. It is beautifully accented and has all the makings of home when you stay. For those who usually cook on extended stays and it wants for nothing. I would highly recommend it. You will feel like an Aspenite!
