Take a day trip to Winter Park Resort while the kids stay and play in our large backyard. You will step right into the very open main living area. Here, you will find a spacious entry way and seating for you and your guests. There is a sectional in the living room. There are plenty of windows to let that Colorado Sunshine in! This home features an eat in kitchen with full-size appliances... Ensuring you have all that you need to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay. There is seating for four in the kitchen- perfect for breakfast or a warm cup of coffee while you plan your day trip. Full-sized laundry is just off the kitchen on the main level. You will find the Primary Bedroom upstairs with a king bed. Bedroom #2 is also upstairs with a queen bed. There is a Smart TV... And a closet for your comfort. Upstairs, you will find the first full bathroom. Downstairs, you will find Bedroom #3. There is an adjustable queen bed and a large vanity. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this spacious retreat offers modern conveniences, cozy spaces, and easy access to everything Arvada and the Denver area have to offer. -THE SPACE- Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. While there is a 4th bedroom that is not available for guest use, there is still plenty of room to spread out and relax. Upstairs: Two cozy bedrooms (king and queen beds) and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Main Level: An inviting living area and a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities conveniently located nearby. Lower Level: A private bedroom featuring an adjustable queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the best of Colorado’s outdoor living with a charming private backyard, complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
